So I called one of the sales numbers listen for IL because that was closest to me. First the person doesnt say the name of the company when answering g the phone so it sounds like you just called someones person number and you think you have the wrong number. Then the guy says he is with a customer and needs to return my call. No problem I wait for a call back. In the mean time I look around at other options as well. When he calls me back I give him some information so he can help in the decision of the best option for my situation. But instead the guys just keeps telling me everything is online and just before I hang up he says I caught him away from everything. BUT HE IS THE ONE WHO CALLED ME. When I call a sales representative I am expecting them to give opinions and options for my specific situation instead of being rude and dismissive. I just wanted to know what has the best jets for a small spa as my father will be the only one using it so we dont need a very big one.

This place is a scam! Bought in May 2019. Was told 7 weeks. Now going on 9 months and no swim spa. Paid $17k up front. Kathy (sales/customer service) is awful. Cant get a hold of her and when you can she has no idea where the swim spa is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

This company is a joke. I own one of their hot tubs just purchased last year which i paid extra for an extended warranty. Of course the unit broke and they simply will not honor the warranty. I was first told that my warranty does not cover labor (that was proven false). Then told on 5 separate occasions that parts are on the way. Nothing has shown up...and its been 3 months. I have wasted hours on emails, phone calls etc. which i now have to get the unit repaired elsewhere. Guilty parties I spoke with are Larry from the factory in Tennessee (complete BSr), Gerry Huffman who sold me the unit who keeps referring me to the BSrs in Tennessee. Buyer BEWARE!

I purchased our hot tub six years ago, the selection and delivery process were seamless, including the store manager coming out and supervising the installation process. Whatever routine issue I have had as a follow-up, need for replacement filters, etc., I call or text and receive an immediate return call, the same day. We bought a hot tub (Lifestyle Series X12) in December of 2014. We dealt with Gerry and he was GREAT! Everything was delivered to perfection at our home. Fast forward to today...for the FIRST time since December of 2014 we got an indicator on our panel that something needed to be fixed. All these years later, I called Gerry, he was still there...and he was SO helpful! Not to mention, the customer service department he connected us to for repair was equally as great. Our hot tub was fixed ASAP! Because of Gerry we referred this company to my daughter and her husband in St. Petersburg, FL. Back in June we paid $6000 for a hot tubWe were told it would delivered be no later thanSep 22 - ( 14 weeks ) November came still no hot tub so I canceled the order - was told we would have credit back to card 7-10 business days it’s been 16 business days and still no credit -DO NOT buy from this place unless you want to donate $6000 - horrible company

We loved our experience here! Gerry was extremely helpful with keeping us from buying something we didnt need. Our hot tub has been awesome. We had no problems with the delivery or setting it up. It has worked like a charm and have had no issues. We even contacted the manufacturer with a question and they were very helpful as well. Gerry was really quick and went right to the point . Helped us pick the right tub at the right price. After everything was done and set in our gazebo we realized the cover lifter doesn’t really work as we thought it would. Bought the G-13 18 months ago. It had a pump break this week. Conveniently my warranty for service expires. I have to pay 400 dollars for service. A hot tub that is only 18 months old should not have a broken pump already which is what the service company said as well. I emailed Gerry Huffman about this and no response. Would not recommend this hot tub or company

Online says open at 1pm, went there, nobody around. Called the number and male answered said they only operate by appointments. Asked if someone could come since we are actually at the building amd he said not today. Terrible customer services. Also by the looks of the building doesn’t appear to be good.

Look no further ! This place rocks! We ordered a G-10 Hot Tub and after Looking at there gallery of hot tubs And we even sat in a couple to try out . Gerry was awesome very knowledgeable and We did have a lot of questions . After we picked out and had hot tub custom built to our specs at factory it was installed between 2-3 weeks,The price for the Hot tub was excellent compared to other places we have been to . And the guys that brought over to install were what i thought engineers to figure out how to get in my back yard and they even took down part of my gate and reassembled after they were done, so we have had hot tub for a few months and use it weekly and the benefit is truly remarkable!

We purchased the G13 spa from Gerry. He was very patient,answers every call and question i had to throw at him. Very knowledgable. And went out of their way then and since to be sure we are satisfied. As with many other reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. The spa hasnt been working correctly since a month after we bought it. Very hard to get in touch with anyone at LPI, their supposed warranty company.Once the spa leaves their facility they throw up their hands and point you to this overwhelmed company that cant keep up with the repairs. Do yourself a favor, go with a local company who will stand behind their spas.
