Had acne breakouts lately. Only place that comes to my mind for repair action is Sephora. Tried a couple products, helped by the GM and the products seem to have done their job. Murad is my favorite of all the products at Sephora. The toner and cleanser is a must have for everyone if you have an active skin like mine. Walk in and quickly walk out with some points and freebies! Great Job Sephora!

Terrific personalized service. Walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted with products. Kathy was my make up professional and tried variou types and shades until it was what I liked. No hard sell but liked the products well enough to purchase. Manager had left for the day but returned to help with check out. Will definitely return for refilling my products. thanks

Claimed a reward for some ceramic jars. Came shattered, cut my hand open and bled everywhere, called customer service. She (Lorna) called me slicing my palm open from the damaged product an inconvenience and gave me 200 points for an apology. Sephora has the worst customer service.

Those nice ladies working in this location where very helpful and understanding. It was a nice experience shopping there and I will definitely come back there, even though its further away :-)

The things sold are great quality but, the workers are not that friendly.

The ladies (and gentlemen) at Sephora were AMAZING!!!!!! They were so patient with my mother inlaw and I and took the time to explain the purpose of all the products that we inquired about! I had my baby with me which was a struggle but they took time to acknowledge and play with her as well! Ill only shop at this location from now on! P.s Ask for Rocky... Worst sephora store ever, trying to check the product tester on the shelf when an incompetent employee, who does NOT know her job, told me not to touch the tester... I have been a customer with Sephora for ever and never had delt/seen such attitude, behavior and rudeness.They just lost my business!!!

I went to this location yesterday. The manager was very rude!!! I had a project to do for my retail management class and informed the employees that I have to take a couple pictures of some of the products.while i was working on that, the manager (short lady) came up to me trying to accuse me of stealing...this is just very unprofessional and unacceptable! Ive been having a membership for over 3 years, and will never return to this location!!!
