I begrudgingly come to this location only out of necessity as the Jewel is right gyt next door. They have the worst attitudes when it comes to letting customers use coupons. I also had a negative experience while waiting in line outside the store an employee didnt like the conversation I was having with my mother about their attitudes about coupons. The woman told me I couldnt go in the store if I continued to talk like that. I waited in line for a bit and told her maybe she should mind her business as I wasnt even speaking to her. I went in and she still had attitude. It is an issue everytime if I have multiple coupons. I never have a problem at any of the other locations.

Worst customer service. I took my mother thinking they would be polite or helpful looking for the $1 pocket hand sanitizers and no one offered help. A worker heard me and my mom looking for a specific one and offered no help. The other one on her phone in the front just saying hi and bye.

Staff is very attentive. Products are very nice. Smells are free!

Good service but I dont shop here. If you have a sensitivity to smells I would not advise visiting, the smells are confined in the space. The store and staff were nice and helpful. My friend I went with loves the wall diffusers.

This place just isn’t what it used to be. I remember I used to have such luck finding great deals and good finds... ( room sprays and wallflowers, rare candles) not any more. The store rarely carries any variety and all their candles were super old on candle day. I guess I Probably outgrew my bbw phase and seeing their quality decrease as well as prices climbing faster than light... I’m glad I won’t miss it.

Good products but felt very rushed at the checkout. I didnt select the correct items for the sale. I either go find and wait in line again or just check out. I just got checked out. They were helpful in finding the wrong products that didnt qualify. Dont think Ill go back again.

The employees are very helpful and they greet you at the door. There is always someone around to help you and answer questions. They never seemed bothered or put out by your questions.

The girls here are super rude, particularly one that had an attitude the whole entire time we were shopping, I asked for help and I was polite, she looked annoyed that I asked for an item that was beyond my reach. She proceeded to tell the other girls there to get things ready because they close in 3 minutes hinting it to us as if I didn’t know. She opened the door for us and when I walked my sister said she said “you’re welcome” under her breath. I don’t know what the hell her problem was but if you’re having a bad day you don’t take it out on your customers. I’m glad I didn’t hear that.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!I went to this location today with my mom around 6pm to buy some essentials.We purchased about 6 full bags of their products, and as the cashier (Cashier: 3160740) was ringing them up, I had politely asked her to place the products in small bags. However, she just ignored me, so I asked my mom to speak with the cashier. She then asked the cashier the same request, and she followed this time.It was 6pm, they close at 7pm, and we were the only customers at this time.When we asked to get the receipt so we could check the bill prior to going out of the shop, she immediately said we can’t. Also, she said due to their “protocol”, they’re supposed to staple it with the bag now. (might be due to Covid-19, so this part is understandable).As we were picking up our bags, the cashier (same person who rang up our products), told her staff: “Wipe this out now!” -pointing to the counter where our bags were still on. And she just stood there staring at us.My family and I always come here, sadly, we might not come back anytime soon or ever again. I don’t usually post reviews like this, but I wanted to let the company, management, employees, and customers know that this is unacceptable, and very unprofessional! My mother and I found her to be extremely insolent. I was flabbergasted with her impertinent attitude. I have never encountered such individual whenever shopping at this location until I came across this cashier.Bath and Body Works, I hope you read this review, and take action!

Terrible customer service i was directed to the sale only selection then left to wonder around the store while the employees joked aroundI shop often online most bath and body works are full to capacity it was nice there wasn’t a line the store was nice and of course clean but I understand why now not too color friendly

It pays to belong to the rewards club. If you enjoy scented body care products and candles or know people who do like them this is the place for you. Their candles are the best and longest lasting. Also love the hand soaps. There is great variety. Check out the specials.

I love shopping at this location. All of the employees are just awesome! I always have very large orders when I come in and yesterday 7/18/18 was another large shopping day. Employee Sarah helped with locating EVERYTHING I needed, as well as helping with carrying the heavy bags to the counter as well as to my truck. This is one of my favorite stand alone stores in the area. It’s very well stocked! I can always find what I’m looking for. The sales associates are very friendly but not overwhelming and pushy. This location is also very large and roomy. This one also isn’t as busy as the other locations in the area.

Rude girls wouldnt let me in the store they didnt seem like they were sober-minded they were putting up a sign in front of the door and guess what they didnt let me inside neither did they tell me any news they just glanced at me for a second isnt that pathetic they should go glance in an unemployment line

I LOVE going here to sample and smell new products. What Ive notice by coming here often is that the younger sale associates are VERY RUDE, AND JUDGEMENTAL BASED ON A PERSONS APPEARANCE. If I didnt have any money, I wouldnt have came in the first place. I appreciate the More Sensible and Non JUDGEMENTAL sale associates. So Ill just shop here only after checking to see what staff I Have To Deal With at that time.

So yesterday I called to speak to a manager in which told me I could do a promotion and use a coupon up to three days I explain to her I was driving a great distance to the store and she okd me coming in and getting the products we discussed...yet I go in today...after driving over an hour...being late to work...and Heather and Shelly(different manager) tells me she cant honor the deal...they had no clue who I talked to...they could do nothing for...Heather couldnt even provide corporate information and barely knew the head managers name.. I am beyond pissed I wasted my time and gas....the whole point of calling talking to a manager was to avoid this....I left $96.00 worth of candles right on the counter! I will not be returning back to bath and body works for anything and I will be canceling my credit card...the rude, unprofessional, disregard heather and Shelly had for the situation was appalling to say the least.

Their return policy is amazing, and their customer service is impressive. I always find what I need there.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The store had about 4 guests but the staff appeared to be too busy to assist anyone with purchases. When I waited in line, with one person in front of me, no employees offered to help at another register. As soon as I turned to look at the many items on display beside the line, another customer walked up to the line and was immediately waited on by what I can only presume is the manager since the other employees asked him questions. Do not go to this location I will be going to many other locations where I have had much better treatment. For example; Woodfield Mall and the Arlington Heights stores.

Sales people more concerned about talking and unpacking than helping people at the registers. Lines 8 people deep when Zoey was asked to open addition register she said no the other cashier was pretty quick. Didn’t even attempt to help wrap or bag for her. Three customers put their bags down and walked out.
