Love the Walgreens on Schaumburg Rd! The photo center is great and always does a great job with the photos and the staff here is awesome. I wish I remembered the guy’s name at the photo center but he was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my picture book came out perfect, thank you!

No issues with the people, but when you get a message to call the pharmacy for something and literally have to fight the automated system for over 3 min just to finally be transferred and then left on hold for another 5 minutes, makes me want to go somewhere easier to deal with.

Pharmacy gave my prescription drug to another person. So when I showed up I was informed it has already been picked up. Then they discovered that the other person brought it back but they couldn’t give it to me anymore, and that was the last box! Ridiculous! How do you give a presentation drug to someone else?!

I called the pharmacy tonight (6/2/17) from the ER to get a list of my grandmas prescriptions as she had just been admitted for a stroke. The female pharmacist started out cooperative and asked to speak to a nurse. I stated the nurse was very busy and asked me to call for her. She began to list the medication very quickly so I asked her to slow down and spell the names as they were very long and complicated. She said in a very rude tone, Thats why I asked to speak to a nurse. After spelling one medication, I indicated that I believed there were more to which she responded, Youre talking so much that I cant tell you the next one. Finally, after spelling a very complicated medication I asked for verification that it was one long name. She then said, No, its two. When I stop talking, you stop writing. When I start talking again, you start writing. She spoke with such attitude and disgust that I was truly appalled. Absolutely not the way to treat a family member of a patient who has just had a stroke.

I despise this store! It’s close to my house, so sometimes I go there thinking it’ll be quick, easy, convenient! Never, ever turns out that way! Service is slow and oftentimes downright rude! For a much better experience, head down the street to Target, or over to the Hoffman Estates Mariano’s on Golf Rd.

Stopped in this Walgreens store on the way home today. It is easy to get into from the main road. They have all of the average products as other stores. They have a pharmacy and photo center for your needs. The service was friendly during checkout.

My elderly mother was suffering from nausea (from an antibiotic), sinus headache and congestion, and dehydration on a Sunday (no available doctor!). I asked the pharmacist Anneliese for advice and guidance, and she was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain my options and help me to best choose a few solutions. Mom was on the mend within hours and I am grateful for access to such a wonderful resource. Thank you Anneliese!

Located in a prime spot and service and store is pretty much what you would expect. The workers were friendly and the store was clean and well organized. Good bargains to be had and they have a wide variety of anything you might need, with usually less wait than visiting a supermarket. Weve been in countless Wallgreens and theyre all pretty standard. This one is in a nice part of town, and Id also recommend it.

The worst, rude, and careless pharmacy I’ve ever come across. I had a schedule II controlled prescription refilled last month and It was missing over half. I didn’t notice until I was at home and checked, called the pharmacy, and they claimed they gave 60 when I received less than half of that. On a separate occasion, they claimed to have problems with refilling my prescription due to my insurance and said they would call. One week later my insurance said they never called, and I got it refilled at Costco instead. The managers are rude and don’t try and resolve any problems, and excuse themselves. I’ve never had a pharmacy that didn’t refill my prescription correctly. This is by far one of the most unorganized unprofessional and shady Walgreens. Check your prescription to make sure it’s refilled correctly

This pharmacy is awful. They will say your prescription is ready, you go to pick it up and then they say it was denied by the Dr. I understand that, but couldnt you have told me this beforehand?

This Walgreens always has long lines and wait times. Pharmacy staff always seems angry and rude. I go here cause of location.

I ordered “Same Day” photos. They weren’t printed 48-hours after ordering.

Terrible manager! I stepped into this store a minute after closing time and she refused to sell me a single item. I understand that they may have some kind of policy for late customers but this is not my major complaint. The worst thing was an unacceptable, scornful attitude towards me. After my second question the manager just turned away and started to ignore me. Is that the proper way of handling that situation? Do not even try to find a solution and/or advice for a client? All I needed was a simple explanation and maybe some information about the other open Walgreens located nearby. Next time I will definitely choose other place with more client-oriented personnel.

I think its clean, has lots of items to choose from. They have some discounted and sale items that are great. The staff is so-so. But, I go in...get what I want and leave. Im not expecting the same service as I would get at Coach or TUMI high-end store. Its a local drug store. This Walgreens serves its purpose. A fan from the community.

I go this pharmacy to buy different items I find no problem with the staff.

We live within walking distance of this Walgreens and have had to move our prescriptions to other shops. Weve had had to return up to 4 times on more than many occasions get a refill completed. We get calls that a script is ready and when we get there we find it has not been filled AND it is not in stock. The staff does not communicate with each other. When told by our doctor that a script has been called in, they tell us they did not receive a call. When we pulled out the phone to call the doctor, suddenly the filled script appears on the counter.No reason to stop here. There is nothing to see.

Management is HORRIBLE. General staff such as cashiers, have always been so nice, but the lack of care from management is disturbing. If they treat customers this badly, I can only wonder how they treat their employees. I recently got married and the usb with all my photos from the day came in, I decided to give Walgreens a chance rather than ordering from Shutterfly as I usually do, but what a BIG mistake. I selected all the photos and sizes I wanted and put my order in at the store kiosk, and was told my pictures would be ready in one hour, which is fine, my husband and I decided to walk around and pick out some other items to purchase. After 45 mins in the store, we hear our name called, the photo employee was having trouble with our pictures printing, as the kiosk we used was malfunctioning and she could not get the photos to transfer, she apologized for the trouble and called a manager out while we stood there. She had to call the manager two more times after her initial page, before she showed up. Once the manager showed up she didn’t even acknowledge us or try to help, instead she was rude to her employee, and called up the associate manager to help. Once this manager came up, we still were not acknowledged, they worked around us, avoiding eye contact and any communication, they restarted both kiosks but they still had error messages on both and clearly were not going to be working anytime soon. The two managers simply stood behind the counter with their backs turned to us, gossiping, and then went into the back room and did not return. My husband and I waited patiently for another 10 mins to see if they came back out, they did not. So, we left our cart filled with a variety of potential purchases at the counter and walked out. I am angry and disappointed, I can assure you I will NOT be going here again, for anything.

Absolutely hate having to use the pharmacy here. Worst thing my insurance company has ever done by switching to tjis place. Nothing is ready when they tell you it would be. So much more expensive for same prescriptions. Now they switched our mail order service through them too, and the headaches never end. Was told that my script woild be ready for pickup by 11:00 am. 12:24 pm and here I sit waiting for it to be filled. Unbelievable. My time is important to me to, people!!

This location is by far the worst location of walgreens in town. The staff is really rude and they always act busy .. ACT BUSY.. they always take a longgggg time to just help you with the simplest thing. This location needs some serious help with this pharmacy staff and their customer relationship management.

WORST PHARMACY. They lied to my insurance and said they dispensed my medicine to me yesterday and they never did. I have been calling them since yesterday and they keep lying about my insurance not covering my medicine, but both my doctor and I spoke to my insurance and THEY DO COVER MY PRESCRIPTION. Please have your medicine filled somewhere else, this place is a mess.

The staff are rude and incompetent. Dont ever call, you just sit on hold forever. The drive-thru wait is always long. This location has just a bunch of stupid people working there. Go to another Walgreens, or better yet, find a CVS. After going here for the past few months, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Waiting over20 minutes only person on drive thru. Chronic under staffing. Finally got someonee it took less than a minute. Worse part I know this location is awful. Accidently sent RX to this time vacum.

Pharmacy lunch hours are 1.30 to 2.00

All the workers are very nice! And every thing is in order!!!
