Bought an adjustable frame for my Dad who is having a hard time moving around. Tony made this a pleasant experience and had a depth of knowledge. We had a great experience.. Tony, the sales person really wanted us to get the mattress that is good for us.. he suggested we tried a variety of mattresses to see which one feels better.. we came with a 2year old and he directed us to a corner where they have a lego table for kids to play so we could take our time while trying out the mattresses.. at the end he gave us a very good deal on everything we got.

I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Got the bed I wanted at the price I wanted and took it home with me. Best experience ever cudos to Spencer he is on it to win it.

Husband and I walked into the store still unsure of what we wanted/needed, but the older gentleman at the Schaumburg/Hoffman location that serviced us did a great job beginning to end. Excellent customer service. His focus was on the both of us. He knew what follow up questions to ask after each of our responses. We tested out a couple of mattresses before helping us find the one we both knew we wanted. From the moment we walked into the store and he welcomed us, to the “mattress testing” to figuring out which mattress, which base, what accessories we wanted, down to financing and warranty everything went completely smooth.

The salesman to the delivery men were perfect customer service and the price was really good. I have a very comfortable bed now!

They had a nice selection. My Wife and I wanted to test a Purple Mattress before investing in one. Its a good thing too because Purple has been advertising like crazy for their Purple 2 Mattress and we almost bought one sight unseen. When we tried it in the store, we both hated it. We tried the Purple 4 and hated that too. Ironically, we both loved the Purple 3. Go figure. Mattresses are so salt to taste that everyone has very specific tastes and needs. Very glad we were able to try before we bought. Mattress Firm delivered and installed our new mattress two days later on a Sunday of all days. Their people were friendly and very helpful and took away our old mattress. We couldnt be happier with our purchase or service. I’d like to share how good of a job Anthony did for us today. We came in looking for the on-line “Daily Deal” mattress which was a great price. Our Sales Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure about purchasing a mattress from a stand alone mattress store, because I thought the prices would be so much higher and the sales person would use high pressure sales tactics. I was totally wrong on both of these biases. We did a ton of research on prices, and they were competitive and offered discounts. They also gave me a military discount. Our sales rep was not aggressive, and answered all our questions and showed us a variety of mattresses. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm in Schaumburg on Golf Road if you are in the market for a new mattress.

Be aware that if you finance a mattress, they will bill you 10% over whatever you were approved for. Even if you pay money in store. Therefore, you will get a flag on your credit report that you are using 110% of a credit limit and knock your score down 35 points. This was not explained to us and now my score is being negatively impacted. If they were forthcoming with us, we would’ve just paid more in store that day. It was a very shady way for them to make a sale.

Overpriced and a dump for your money with an unfair return policy that makes sure the store never loses money but its customer does. I purchased my first BeautyRest Pressure Smart medium firm mattress and 2 weeks later exchanged it for another one because as soon as I got it from the store it seemed to be refurbished or mishandled. When I received my second mattress 2 months later I had to file a warranty claim on it because parts of it were sinking in and the memory foam seemed to give in and never bounce back - this is only 2 MONTHS later. Now I have a voucher that I must use in the store but I want to get an extra firm mattress now, which will cost me an ADDITIONAL $1300 on top of what I spend already. Worst case scenario if this more expensive mattress does not work out for me now I will have frozen $2100 in either a warranty claim or lose $500 by returning an item to its manufacturer.I wish they offered 100% money back for unsatisfied customers or for dysfunctional products.

They even was able to get us delivery for the next day even though they had a packed schedule of deliveries.Now let me tell you, one of the best delivery teams in the business. I got two automated calls. First one confirming my time window. Second one was when they were approximately ten minutes out. The team was super duper quick. The entire thing from setting up our motor base and putting the mattress on top was probably 10 minutes total.Quality of service all the way around. And definitely able to communicate to all people of color just the same which we greatly appreciated.

Last year we purchased a mattress from this location. Just the top mattress and not the box springs since we already have that. We were NOT informed this would disqualify us for the factory warranty. Less than a year later we have dips on both sides of the bed. We called this location in hope they could help us and we were told they were busy and would call us back. They never called us back and now we are waking up with back aches every morning.The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because at the time of purchase, they were polite. But they should have seriously told us we needed to buy the box springs or we wouldnt have been in this situation.

Great customer assistance. Disappointed in delivery dates as waiting 4 weeks for desired mattress was not an option. Salesman ordered us an alternative with promise for a full free exchange if we dont like the alternative. We were all set to get the highly recommended Frio mattress pad...again, wait time of 4 weeks. Settled for one step down with no return/exchange possible.

I arrived at this mattress firm store hoping to buy a mattress for that immediate night as I just moved in this area. Unfortunately the one I wanted was not in stock at this store for us to take home right now. All of this was fine to me. Hoping to buy a great mattress and to get it in the same day seems overly optimistic after all.But the salesman was selling unpleasantly. It seemed like he wanted to sell badly and that desire outweighed customer satisfaction. He let us try a nonreturnable sample mattress just because that was the only one we can buy right now. It did not feel good for me. That can still be justified by he just wanted me to have a mattress to sleep on. But this justification for him is wrong. More importantly, he told us he can place an order for the two pillows I wanted and it’ll ship fast when I wanted to buy two pillows online as I suspect they’ll arrive sooner when ordered online.Well, after 11 days, ELEVEN DAYS, I finally received a notification saying my pillows have only SHIPPED. I’m feeling cheated by that salesman and from what I observed, he did not care for me as a customer. I also feel I was just another person whose wallet he can dig money from the other day in the store.
