Visited Bob’s furniture in Schaumburg on 10/24. The moment I walk-in I was greeted by David- Sales associate. This guy is so humble and knowledgeable. I didn’t felt I was speaking with a total stranger. This store has reasonable prices, items in stock, promising service and best part not a pushy sales associate. Thanks David for making my In-store experience so much easier.
I’m not someone who posts reviews often but When I receive exceptional customer service I certainly think it’s well worth putting it out there. Maria, Sabina and Gloria are exceptional workers and a prime example of what customer service is all about. Maria was the one who I initiated the purchase with. She was so extremely friendly and answered all my questions and provided tons information. Sabina and Gloria were the ones who helped me fix a slight mistake I made in ordering my furniture. They were SO nice and friendly and eager to help me and solve my issue. From changing my bed size, to scheduling the quickest delivery, to actually getting my bed delivered- it was all so great. Such wonderful, sweet women who made my experience so great and easy! Thank you ladies. Absolutely love my king size bed and loved my service even more!!!
We went there with our minds set on a table we had seen online. We had also set the price with just the delivery. When the representative quoted us, she gave us the wrong price and kept telling us the on-line prices were the same. It seemed she had added a protection to my order without me requesting it or even informing me about. I was able to catch on to the price because I was buying on a budget and had gone to the store knowing how much I wiuld spend. The store should make sure that the sales rep are transparent and not add protections simply to make a commission.
Two stars because it was resolved. Make sure you are monitoring the delivery and installation of the furniture you order. We had a mattress and bed frame delivered. After it was set up, the techs told us everything was good and to sign. We trusted them because we ordered from them before. After they left, I went to inspect. The mattress has a 6 inch deep cut underneath. The foot board was damaged on the left side and the top panel was broken. I reviewed security cameras from my drive way and not only saw the damages as they were being unloaded but over heard the techs talking about it. I called and had to wait a week for someone to come inspect the damages. I only believe that we got a replacement because I had video evidence showing it was damaged upon delivery.Update:We got the replacement products. However, the delivery company Bob’s uses refuses to park in the driveway. They will park on the side of the street and walk up a hill carrying the delivery. They have done this twice now since the incident explained above. My guess is the delivery company out a note on our address to avoid the driveway due to cameras. Shaddy business.
Erik was great, second time I’m here and made sure to go straight to him. Personable outgoing and knows how to connect to a human being. Helped us pick out a kitchen table and sofa set for our new house. Made everything as easy as you’d want and out the door in >30 minutes. Terrible experience!!!! I just want people to be aware that Bobs outlet in general, and Schaumburgs location especially, is the store where you will get a better deal probably, but will pay extra on a long run with their delivery! On June 6th I purchased the nightstand to match one I already have in my house. Not only I mentioned in the store that I want exactly the same nightstand that I purchased back in November of 2020 from Bobs (its on my account), but I also found it in the store and pointed to it. The seller person Erik H guaranteed that I will get the nightstand I want in 2 weeks. Well in 2 weeks I got the wrong nightstand, see the pictures. After speaking with the customer service we rescheduled delivery for another 3 weeks only to get WRONG ITEM AGAIN! And now customer service lady telling me that I have to wait until August (no even exact date) to hopefully receive my order. I can not reselect because I want to match the nightstand that I already have, and I can not walk away because Bobs DONT ISSUE REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT, and I had 500$ store credit already from January when they were keep sending trundle bed with missing parts for 3 times in a row! I am stuck with Bobs and their terrible business, but you dont. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE! GO ELSWHERE!
I bought 4 nice pieces of big, expensibe furniture! I bought the goof proof accident proof warranty for over $2000! I thought definetly perfect to make sure I cover my products guarenteed! Well my advice to Anyone to NOT PURCHASE GOOF PROOF warrnaty, it does not cover anything, they do not guarantee it after said and done! I will tell everyone I know not to even shop there giving false advertisement, ripping innocent people off! Well one thing for sure I learned my lessons, NEVER AGAIN I WILL FALL FOR ThatTRAP! PLEASE PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT WE SIGN and make sure you work with Honest words and people and companys, it makes a world a difference, if I only looked at reviews before I just brought my furniture there!

I do really love my couch, but feel a bit ripped off by the warranty I purchased. The selection isn’t super stylish, but there are a few good and affordable sleeper sofa options that would be way more expensive from other brands.For the warranty—my dog barfed on my couch and the texture was a bit off in one spot after cleaning it so I put in a claim since “bodily fluids” by pets is an option. I got a response about 2 weeks later saying I didn’t quality’s because I used a spot cleaner. Did they expect me to let vomit sit in my couch for 2 weeks? Lol. I can probably use a fabric shaver for fix but feel like I wasted money.So not sure Id purchase another item, but this one worked out minus the warranty. Unless you think you’ll physically break your couch, save your money on the warranty.
My fiancé and I went into this location this morning to handle a bad situation with some previous furniture. Lisa, the sales person, did a great job in addressing our needs and concern. We also worked with Andy, who is a store manager, and they worked with us to make sure that we left as happy customers. I was quite irritated when I walked in, and left feeling quite happy and feeling good about my business with Bobs.And that’s a true measure of customer service, when they go the extra mile. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! My wife and I ordered furniture February 1, 2021 and were told that it would be delivered in April. Each month since our delivery has been pushed back a month citing COVID and supply chain issues with their overseas manufacturer. My wife and I have tried to be reasonable and last month we were told that we would receive our furniture September 2. Now, they are pushing it back again another month. This is ridiculous! My wife asked for a refund and who knows how long it will take to receive that. We ordered this furniture for therapeutic reasons and had been patient. Dont buy from Bobs! Their communication is nearly non-existent and customer service is lacking. The point is, they are selling products that are not in current inventory.
I had such an amazing experience at this location! Nina was our sales rep and she took care of us like family. She was very tentative, informative and patient. I spent about 3.5 hours here and loved every piece/set I purchased. We spent a pretty penny at Bobs and I was slightly disappointed about them not having a Memorial Day Sale, but I must say they where fairly comparable to other well known furniture stores. The service made all the difference in us buying with Bob Vs. Going to another place. Thank you Nina for all your help!!!

Why to Bobs after receiving less than acceptable customer service at another furniture store. The greeter at the entrance and our Dales associate were very empathetic to our situation and worked to make us happy customers. Would definitely go back for future furniture purchases.
I purchased a sofa from this location on August of last year at which point the sales rep told me it would take a month to deliver to my house. I waited a month and got an email notifying me that my delivery was delayed another few months. I had to wait until late November until my sofa arrived and it was great until it broke.It lasted almost one month breaking at the end of December. The back support wooden beam broke in half as I was sitting on it. Bobs had a technician come out to look at it and ruled it to be a manufacturers defect covered by the warranty and would replace it but couldnt fix it. The replacement was set to arrive on May.Come May and it was delayed again. I called the support number and they told me they could not give me a refund and take the sofa but instead I could go into the store and do a reselection and pick something else. All the furniture that was similar, a power recliner two seater sofa had a delivery time months out to June. I decided to keep my sofa and wait for the replacement instead, come June it was delayed again, and again.At this point it is scheduled for delivery in late July early August.In summary, I had to wait 4 months to get it delivered. It broke in one month at which point I have had to wait another 8 months to get a replacement which will probably be delayed further. I have been told I am not able to get a refund and all other reselection items are also have a delivery time of months with no guarantee it will come on time.I would strongly advise that you do not shop here for your furniture due to the poor build quality and ridiculous wait times and their inability to offer a refund after all of this. Ive only had a working sofa for one month out of the entire year.
If i could give it 0 stars, i would.I dont know how this store works. We ordered a corner in march 2021. They assured us that we will get it by may. May passed, june passed, july passed, and at the end of august i get A HALF of the couch. They delivered just a half of our couch!!! Saying that probably the other half is in another delivery truck, and we will get it in a week. Now its september, and i decided to call to confirm when will we receive the other half of the couch. End of October! Thats what they are telling us. Its a joke. I wish we had chosen another store

I placed an order for couch in early May, I was told it would be no later than August 11 from the sales rep. He even said might even be sooner. Its now end of August and every time I check my order online its more and more delayed. No later than obviously means nothing to sales reps who just want commission. I even reached out to support and was straight up ignored and never received response.Worst experience ever, stay away.
0 stars if I could, not only did we wait 5 months but the chair finally came and there is no adapter for the legs to be screwed into. The whole experience was horrible with customer service. They had no idea when the chair would be delivered and said it would be an additional 3 months but then I get a call the store has 1 in stock and will be delivered the following week. Of course the malfunctioning one. And a new chair won’t be back in stock now until 2024.. no thanks will go else where. Waste of time!

Perfect Place to get Scammed and Cheated. They mis-sell insurance products of Guardian giving false assurance of quality of products. But in reality, all their products within 18 months of use are far worse than second hand furniture. When Filed a claim for these damages with the guardian they outright denied saying normal wear and tear is not covered. You can check reviews for Guardian and Bob Furniture on net and lawsuits filed against them before making your mind.
STAY AWAY!! If I could leave zero stars I would. The issues all began when the sales person lied to me about when I could expect my order. I ordered a six piece sectional in September 2020 and received my first piece January of 2021. I currently have four pieces and wont be receiving the rest until May.Not only that but one piece I received came without an adapter so it doesnt recline. After a technician came to my home he ordered a new piece and an entire month later after inquiring multiple times I am told that the piece was never shipped out and that they need to resend it.Dont plan on shopping here unless you need your furniture a year after youve ordered it. While I understand theres a lot going on in the world they shouldnt promise customers that they will receive their order within 3 months. Ill be lucky if I receive my order within 6 months!
I went to Bobs in early January and ordered the Charm Plush mattress for delivery 2 weeks later. One day before delivery, Bobs called to say the item was out of stock. After being on the phone with their customer service for over an hour, I got someone to offer delivery 2 days later. I really couldnt wait 2 more days. I needed a new mattress. But what could I do. I was at the mercy of the store. They acted like it was no big deal and treated me like I was in the wrong. When the mattress did arrive, it was all wrapped up like new carpet. I didnt order a bed in a box; I was promised it would come as a regular sized mattress. This company needs customer service lessons immediately. So much headache. If you want a great shopping experience from payment to delivery, Bobs Discount Mattress is not for you. They took advantage of me.
The delivery team arrived early. They worked independently of each other which resulted in a quick delivery. I was disappointed that I had to clean up the packing materials which broke during assembly of my dining table, as well as plastic wrappings. They did remove the box in which the table was delivered, however, that’s about all they removed.
Took 6 months to get half my couch. And it was the wrong color.
Although I have not made any purchases just yet, this store has some nice furniture and reasonably fair pricing. They wear masks and appear to keep items sanitized. I do feel sorry for some if their employees as they seem to be kept at a high sales expectation based off their need to push sales. They were all very friendly, irregardless....I would recommend stopping thru, take a look sound, and compare prices.

They will keep delaying your order the night before delivery is scheduled for months. They delayed it 5 times.When you call to ask why product is delayed no one has an answer. Escalate to management and no one knows what customer service is. They are there to get a paycheck and that is all.Not talented management at all. My 2 year old kid can help you better.
Have a problem with a chair I bought close to 4 years for $799.00 plus Bobs Goof Proof warranty. Had technician come to my home for about 10 minutes for $ 79.99 plus tax to tell me what was wrong. Which I knew what was wrong. When setting up this appointment I mentioned to call center person to have technician bring this part. Bobs Discount Furniture people apparently know more than the customer. Technician show up with no part. Before technician left he had me call there order department for the part. The person I spoke to could not give me a price for the part, but they needed my okay to order it and a credit card for payment but still no price. I waited on hold for about 30 minutes and just hung up. I did received and email for the part needed and I was suppose to confirm the order, still no price was given for part. I than later received a call from the Schaumburg store, I was told that I should put a claim in for the chair with the warranty that included accidental stains or rips. So I did, claim was declined. Last Monday, April 19, I called Bobs Discount Furniture call center to find out the price on the part and to confirm with email. Out of 3 calls I received 1 email with an attachment for the technician service that I paid for on April 8. Finally went to Schaumburg store and the part was ordered and paid for on April 20. Today it is April 27 have yet to receive part so I can call to have technician come back to put part in.The person that help me at the Schaumburg store was great. Everybody else that talk to has no clue how to go about taking care of customers.If you buying furniture from Bobs Discount Furniture dont get suck into the Goof Proof Warranty. There are other ways to clean stains off of furniture and also repair furniture. I paid for warranty and must paid additional money to get this chair fixed.By the way when I purchased this chair I actually purchased 2 chairs at $799.00 each plus the Goof Proof warranty. In buying 2 chairs they would not discount the purchase any farther down. I am still waiting for the manuals for these chairs also.

The damage you have reported is not eligible for coverage under your protection plan. We ordered 4 bedroom sets with mattress and when we received our delivery after 3 weeks, they were missing a part. Only 3 beds got set up and one bed is still waiting on a part. When I called to check on the missing part, I had to go through 4 customer service reps to get my information. I still havent received my missing part and my bedroom set is still unassembled. Bobs customer service is horrible and the sales lady in Schaumburg location didnt add mattress foundations to our order. So now we have to order that as well. Bob needs to get better experience workers. I would never recommend this store to anyone! Horrible service 😑

Terrible experience. Ordered two couches in Nov, delivered end of May. Two pieces arrived missing 8 legs. One piece arrived damaged. Replacement for damaged piece took 2 more months to arrive, and arrived damaged again! Of the 8 legs only 1 has arrived and it took 4 phone calls for them to get that I needed all 8. Very disappointed and not worth the cost savings.And to make matters worse, they already started charging me for the whole set even though one piece is damaged and I am still missing feet!
I am so fed up with this company. You can’t even get a real person in the phone. We have been going through some bad experience and your records show. Now have employees come to my house and entering with no mask? I said it multiple times on my camera. I decided to record me saying. We are in a pandemic for this to be okay for customers. The delivery and set up was fantastic great workers. However the date for my delivery kept getting switched, customer service isn’t a big help. We were told by our salesman and confirmed over and over during our time at the store they would take our old mattress and box spring. Come delivery day the workers told us it wasn’t in their notes and when I called the store all I got was a sorry for that. We had to pay a different company for our old furniture to be taken.

If you want excellent customer service where you get your items when expected, dont go to Bobs. They tried to deliver a mattress wrapped up like a rug. I was told the mattress would come regular sized. I experienced order delays, poor customer service and frustration. I wont go to Bobs again.

I purchased a sofa and love seat from The Bobs Discount Furniture Store in Schaumburg, IL on 3/13/20. About an hour prior to delivery, I received a call from the moving company asking me to rate them as a 10 on a subsequent satisfaction survey. When I informed them the furniture hadnt been delivered yet, they said they would appreciate that rating because they have been having issues lately. Thought that was odd to say the least! When the sofa/love seat was delivered, the love seat was in excellent condition. The sofa however, had a damaged LEFT headrest which appeared to have been crushed in transit. The delivery person said the headrest would expand in a few days and would be good as new. When it didnt, I called Bobs Customer Service and was informed by their representative that they have been having problems with delivery damage in my area. With that said, the rep scheduled another delivery a week later with a replacement sofa. I was so impressed by this action that I returned to the store and made an additional purchase of (1) coffee table and (2) end tables that I saw in a previous visit. When the replacement sofa and new tables were delivered, once again, there was damage! This time, the replacement sofa had extensive damage to the RIGHT back support and headrest. This was a different delivery team than before and they took the right back support from the sofa they just removed and placed it on the newly delivered sofa in an attempt to remedy the situation. The problem that created was the power reclining feature would not fully return to the original original upright position. Also, the leather flap on the backside of the sofa, which hides the motor, cannot be affixed to the Velcro strip on the frame because it tears away when you fully recline. In addition, the leather on the entire front lower portion is loose and wrinkled. The coffee table had a noticeable chip on the top and side. When I asked the delivery person to take both items back, he said Bobs allows you to keep the damaged product(s) until you receive the replacement. Once again, I contacted Bobs Customer Support and they requested photos this time for review. After I submitted the photos and history, they responded by email that the damage was not consistent with a factory defect and the sofa seems to be up to standard; there was nothing further they could offer. It appears Bobs contracts with substandard movers for all deliveries in my area and unfortunately, it becomes the customers problem when damage arises as in my case. If you are ever in the market for furniture, I strongly suggest you take your business anywhere other than Bobs Discount Furniture. You certainly dont want the aggravation I have experienced!!!
First time customer in Bobs Furniture Store and we had excellent customer service! Brian was a very friendly sales consultant! He did a great job! We absolutely love our grey sofa chaise. It is very comfortable and it’s also a sleeper!! It is just perfect. We highly recommend!
A great place to shop! The employees were super helpful, and the prices are great for the quality of furniture they have. We shopped around at other stores and found a lot of them to have almost double the prices on a lot of similar pieces, so we know we made the right choice with Bob’s! Definitely will be back, and absolutely recommend to anyone else!
I ordered a couch from Bob’s Furniture on November 27th, 2020. They told me they would deliver the couch on December 26th. Two pieces of the couch got delayed to January 8th, missing two pieces that I ordered.One of the couch motors was defective and completely stopped working on the 31st, in which I contacted them and they said they weren’t open.I then received a message on January 5th, that the two missing pieces were further delayed to January 15th, 2021. I then contacted them again on January 7th, 2021 about the problem, asking them to have someone come take a look, as I purchased the warranty. They offered me a $472.10 store credit instead of scheduling for a technician to fix the issue. I declined and they then offered me $539.60 stored credit. I took this, unaware it was store credit. They said they would email me the store credit in 3 days.I then received another message on January 22nd, saying the two missing pieces were delayed for a third time to January 15th.On January 13th, 2021, I still had not received my “gift card” and contacted them again. They then said there was a delay and it would actually take 7-10 days. Which it had already been. I was then made aware it was store credit and told them I would just like my couch fixed instead of the store credit. This being as I have already had so many issues with this order.They said they would send a service technician over January 30th, 2021. The technicians texted they would arrive in 15 minutes and they actually came 2 hours later. They rang the buzzer for a second and then left and said we would have to reschedule. They rescheduled for February 11th.The service technician came and said he needed to order three separate parts to fix the broken recliner. He said the package with the parts with the parts would be delivered in one week.It has been three weeks. We have not received the package with the parts or any reconciliation for our faulty product.

It was all nice when we ordered the item, once but to deliver it to the house its been 6 months since we ordered and still not delivered. they do some or the other mistake everytime and dont deliver the items. thier truck breaks, the delivery team decides not to deliver, or the item is not available after it is scheduled for delivery. Very bad. I will never buy it from them ever again.
Dont ever buy anything from any bobs stores it took three months to get my bunk bed then when it was delivered it was damaged so now after waiting four months for the replacement parts the service tech informed us that the whole bed has to be replaced so now i still have to wait and after calling there customer service they were nothing but a complete joke all i was getting was the runaround and nothing being resolved i still have to wait this store is a joke dont buy anything from there stores go somewhere else and dont put up with there lies
Solid store, good quality, good price, good selection. Bought furniture here because it was among the best bang for the buck. A place I will always check out if I require new furniture, may not always get my business but always keeping in mind.

BF and I bought a queen bed set (frame w/head & foot board, mattress, box spring) less than 2 years ago from Bobs. Our order was entered incorrectly at the start and we received only the head board for the frame, and had to send it back and reorder the complete frame. We then suspect that the techs who put the frame together either did something wrong, or that there was something wrong with the integrity of the frame and they ignored it. Last night out of nowhere, I sat down in bed and the corner of the frame collapsed. We tried calling customer care. Sat on hold off and on for over 2 hours. Tried again today. Same thing. Tried calling the store. Nobody answered. Went online to chat with an agent. Lots of empty apologies but no actual help or resolution. Called the store and got an actual person, who couldnt do anything to help us (call customer service, she said). She took down our name & phone number and promised that she would send an internal note for someone to get back to us. At this point, we may be better off just going somewhere else to get a new bed frame. We are definitely not recommending Bobs to anyone we know.
Definitely going back !! The employees are taking extra precautions during this difficult time in which I appreciate! The ladies greeting at the front of the store are super nice. At first they introduced us to a sales representative in which he didn’t really seem so happy to help ...but then Ed came to the rescue and helped us purchase some great furniture! 100% recommend. Look for Ed !
They were very safe, checked temperatures on entry, all masked and sanitizer stations throughout the store. Our sales rep Ed was patient (my wife... 😳) and answered all our questions. Just a heads up, theyre a clearance house so dont assume you can pick different colors, fabrics... What you see 👀 is what you get, probably, depending on stock.
Loved our salesman, Ed. He was great. One piece never arrived on delivery day and looks like it went on back order. No big deal but that was months ago and we havent heard anything. So I called today and got Joel in the call center who now tells me itll be 4 more months before its supposed to come in. Ugh, I wish someone would have called us to let us know. So as I was telling Joel that, he HUNG UP ON ME mid sentence! Not quite the customer service one would expect so for that, its a 1 star review. If you hire someone to be in customer service, you gotta make sure they know how to play nice in the sandbox with others.

I had originally given them good reviews. I am now dealing with issues of damaged furniture. I purchased the Goof Proof Protection plan. I have a 5 year warranty. I went to file a claim, and asked if things would be covered, only to be told later after several photos sent, that they will not cover it. What did I pay for?? This is so disheartening as I spent so much on my furniture, that was damaged. So, on this aspect, I’m not pleased and stuck with furniture I can no longer utilize. I need my money back on the goof proof or furniture replaced. Now if there happens to be another damage, then what?
They have a large selection of furniture but the wait time for delivery was quoted to be eight to ten weeks by the sales person so we went to Big Lots and bought our couch and loveseat and got them in two weeks
After spending 2 1/2 hours on hold trying to get though to customer service I finally decided to call the Schaumburg store to help me figure out how to reschedule my delivery. I got disconnected and had to call back. Joel answered the phone. I explained that I was disconnected and that I just needed to speak with the person that was helping me. In a irritated and condescending tone he told me that they couldn’t help me and I needed to speak with customer service. I was trying to explain that I had already talked to customer service and they did their part and I needed to reschedule with the store when he started talking over me then hung up. By this time I had been dealing with this situation for 3 hours. I called back he picked up the phone and hung up again. I called back and the same thing happened. I called again and the woman who was originally helping me picked up. I explained to her what just happened and she apologized. She scheduled my delivery apologized again and transferred me to the store manager.The manager had Joel call me back and apologize for how he handled the situation.I’m definitely never going back to the Schaumburg store. If I ever buy something from Bob’s again I’ll go to Vernon Hills. I’m not spending my money at a store where people can’t be professional regardless of the day they’re having.
The store and staff is absolutely terrific!! We loved working with Cathleen, she is a sweetheart, very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and extremely nice! If you’re looking for affordable and beautiful furniture/home decor - this is your place to go! And Cathleen is your girl to work with! You will not be disappointed. You will feel at home from the moment you walk in. We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives in new home with new wonderful furniture! DO NOT BUY THE GOOF PROOF INSURANCE. It barley BARLEY covers the basic stains and spills. Theyll try to sell you on it and most likely take advantage of your lifestyle...if you have kids or pets. Its a waste of your money and time trying to get the claim approved and have someone come out and clean your furniture. Bobs Furniture stores customer service is so poor and unjustifiable, they honestly could probably get away with not having one at all. Even if you want to go to the store with an issue, they literally say that they cant help you at a store level and to contact the customer service line...which is literally no help. This place, their customer service, along with the Guardian insurance company will send you in CIRCLES with reasons why they cant help you. Id GLADLY spend the extra money or even open a credit card at another furniture store, then ever give Bobs Discount Furniture my time or money even again.

This store does not even deserve one star unbelievable bad customer service terrible communication with delivery department I ordered furniture in July won’t be here some of it until the end of October and then some in November and a lamp until December never again will they get my business save yourself the headache go some where else! To update everything was delivered by December except a rug which the manufacturer stopped providing and they credited me delivery charges so they did make good on that but I had to drive to the store as they never answered their phone so a lot of headaches
I purchased a bedroom set on 02/13/19 and filed a claim this year on the 18th. My nightstand has a HUGE CRACK. The wood is split on a side that literally never gets touched. Since it is just over a year they responded with “ While our goal is to find every opportunity to satisfy our Customers; I am sorry that in this case, we cannot honor your claim.” The quality of their product literally lasted a year which is all they obviously expected it to last as they barely made it out of the claim window. The set looks incredibly nice but not worth it when it doesn’t last very long. Would not recommend if you are looking for quality/long lasting sets.
My first time here and I left within an hour with a gorgeous bed & furniture! I had a lot of issues with Ashley furniture and had to cancel my order, and I came here and Lisa turned my bad experience right around! She was extraordinary sweet, not pushy, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to give me something I felt comfortable and happy with. She was patient with me as I am extremely indecisive, and was just wonderful. I’m so happy with my purchase, but mainly with my experience as well. It makes you feel extra secure in your choices when you have someone willing to be patient and not push you. Lisa, you are amazing! Thank you & bobs furniture for my new amazing set that’s coming in less than a week! Can you believe it?!?

I visited the store in Schaumburg, IL and was immediately greeted by very friendly sales staff.Dominick was superb and took the time to assist me find the furniture pieces I was looking for and also provided me alternatives. I was impressed he spent so much time with me to ensure all my questions were answered without ever being pushy.I came back to the store for a second time to make my purchase and all instructions were thoroughly explained to me. The manager also finalized the sale and answered all questions.This was my first time visiting this store and I definitely will be returning and will be spreading the news to my friends.Thank you so much Dominick, for all your help and patience. Really poor product quality.Great when u buy it but very poor quality after u start using it.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOLD TIMES IS 2 + HOURS, THEY DONT CARE IF YOU HAD A BROKEN PRODUCT FOR MONTHS.
Fantastic experience both times we have used Bob’s in Schaumburg! Erik H was awesome and very helpful. We purchased our sectional and coffee tables here when we moved into our new home. We then needed a couch for the basement and he helped us find one that would fit down our tight turn stairs. Will be back again I’m sure!
Terrible customer service. Ordered a couch in September. Has been rescheduled 4 times. Now I cant even get anyone on the phone to cancel my order. No explanations, no effort to help make this right. Will NOT buy from this store again.
Good furniture, when entering, you first get a temp check, hand sanitizer before going in that is awesome makes me feel very safe. Thanks upper management for making my family n myself feel safe there at your store
Amazing staff, great prices, and a great selection of furniture.Mia was amazing at helping my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. She had helped us a few months prior and she was definitely the reason we returned to this location. She has great knowledge of the selections in the store and even helped us match an amazing lamp to our new furniture.I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get some ideas, purchase, or find a huge selection of furniture at a great price to check out this location and ask for Mia.
Very long delivery delay. I ordered the items in September, they promised to deliver it by November 14th. Then delivery was rescheduled to 28th November. And today (27th Nov) they called and said that the delivery will be on December 8th. This is my first and last business with them. If you want to wait your furniture forever then go buy something from them
Very friendly and prompt service. The associate Cathleen was wonderful to work with. I appreciated her suggestions and the time to wander the showroom and think about how I wanted my new place to look. My new mattress is extremely comfortable, and I cant wait for my couch to arrive. I also love that I had the option to have it delivered right into my living room. I will definitely be returning to shop here for future furniture and decorating needs!
My husband and I were very pleased with Mia and Dave helping us find the right fit for a bed and mattress. Excellent presentation of the beds how you choose one and how it works. We actually left to check out another place and the other place was not as professional, information and was 1,000’s of $ more so went went back to BOB’s Furniture and purchased our frame and mattresses also as we were walking out we even seen a desk we liked. We will definitely come back and refer others.
This by far the worst place to buy a couch. First I waited two months for the couch and when it was delivered it was all full of dirt and white powder and splashed crust all over it.The delivery team was great they got it in and out quick, the stains were def from manufacturer.I returned as fast as they brought it in unfortunately. Im waiting for a call tomorrow and Im asking for a refund. Received a call from Bobs about after the delivery team left. They will be delivering a new couch on Oct 4th. Also they will be inspecting couch pre delivery. UPDATE. The new couch arrived on time but..... the new one that came had stains on it also it looked like splattered mud. I used the Bob stain kit and luckily it came out. By the way the preinspection is unwrapping in the front of the house.
After shopping many stores and returning a defective brand new sofa and loveseat from Ashley, weve finally believe we have found the right set at Bobs. Picked a leather sofa and loveseat power reclining set. Sales person and manager were both curtious and energetic though vague on some important warranty questions and return policies. Whenever you ask a yes or no question that does not get answered yes or no, pay closer attention and follow up. Just a note, seems better to always get white glove delivery at an extra $100.00 as if you reject the furniture, they will take it back immediately no extra charge. If you dont get white glove, you will have to pay to ship it back within the 24 hour window. I expect furniture in about 10 days. Fingers crossed. Will update on quality of furniture and shipping process later.
Cher greeted me when I walked into the store. I had been on the website so I knew which bedroom set I wanted. She took me directly to it and explained all of the pieces to me. Then we looked at mattresses. She had me try out several different ones until I found the one that best suited me. The transaction was completed and I left the store a totally satisfied customer. I have other furniture pieces to purchase after I move into my new home. I will definitely be back to Bob’s and see Cher again !
We worked with Dominick Y. and Andrew (the store manager) and our experience was fabulous. We were expecting out of town guests and needed a new living room set. We ordered furniture from another furniture store only to have our order delayed by several weeks they day before we were told it was to be delivered. Dominick and Andrew helped us find a set that was in stock and schedule a delivery and saved the day. Good selection. Great value. Definitely recommend Bob’s Furniture.

Went in to look at some couches. Ed was very informative and let us know some basics before we started looking, then let us actually look without hounding ya. Ed was great to deal with and we will definitely be back for future furniture needs.
Ordered a sofa from Bobs 1-800 number and apparently it has processed through this store. Although for the most part all the employees I dealt with were very nice, the lack of correct answers were short. I was told on many occasions different dates that my sofa would arrive. I was told a total of 7 different dates. A month later I am now being told that the order wont arrive until mid December. Totally disappointed and disgusted with their service.
Amazing and quick experience. Everything was explained in detail. Cathleen was very friendly and welcoming. She really made my daughter and I feel taken care of and not oversold.
