Our overall experience here was excellent.The furniture is expensive however it is great quality as well as the service. We got our dresser from here and love it.The delivery men were great. Very careful and did not damage a single thing.

I was very disappointed in the customer care from management at this store. I purchased a Jensen bed for $2,800 dollars and it looked nothing to me like the store sample I was shown. Below in the picture on top is the store sample and on the bottom is what I received. I am well aware that cuts of leather can vary but this looked absolutely nothing like the store sample. I believe I even paid more for a leather with shine to it and my bed appears very flat to me. When I called to get more information a manger told me to email some pictures. I sent pictures over and heard nothing back. I sent more pictures and again, asked for a reply. Two weeks went by and I got no reply. I finally called the manager and when I was able to reach her she stated that she did get the emails but couldn’t really see. Why did she not even bother to reply to my emails in the two weeks span of time??? Why did this manager let me sit around for 2 weeks wondering if I had email the right person????. I even asked her to please reply in the email so I know that I sent them to the right place. The manager never emailed me back and when I finally had to call her she just simply stated she couldn’t tell and wanted to stop by to look at it. This was very inconvenient for me because I work nights. I ended up having to cancel my day apt because I work nights. Once again, I emailed the manager and let her know how disappointed I was in the customer care, difference in the bed and sample I was shown., and I informed her that I needed to cancel my apt this week. I never heard back from the woman again. I wasn’t sure if she got my email, I didn’t know if she was still going to show up at my house. I got nothing from her. All I wanted to know is why there was a noticeable difference between the sample in the store and what I received. My bed looked very flat in color and I did pay for one of the more expensive leathers because it was supposed to have a shine to it. When it came to my place it looked very different, as you can see in the photo. I just wanted information or an explanation, and I felt like it was pulling teeth to get this lady to work with me. For the money I paid this was not worth it. I received better customer care ordering from Wayfair then I did from the management at Ethan Allen. My designer was great and very helpful but the management really dropped the ball. Again, my designer was very talented and helpful but I could not be more disappointed in lack of customer care from management.

Ken Brockway is a joy to work with! I highly recommend-hes a great listener, but hell push you out of your comfort zone a bit to create an amazing space.

Christine came to my home, then went to the store and created a beautiful design. The fabrics she helped me select really compliment my style. I’m looking forward to the delivery and watching everything come together.

Our consultant Gail Writt was outstanding. Her customer service, follow through and suggestions were all fantastic. We had a great meeting in our home and she helped us take advantage of special sales pricing and free delivery at various times during the year. Highly recommended.

Great design ideas were given to me by Christine Tell & the delivery was on time. Very happy with everything.
