Best converse collection. My go to place for all my shoe collection

I am so upset I went to go buy some red converse at the Journeys at Woodfield mall. I went home and I only find one shoe in the box, and it was the display shoe. So I had to go back to the mall, and get both shoes and I doubled check to make sure both shoes were in the box. He was so quick to make the sale, but couldnt even double check if both shoes were in the box. As a customer I should have checked if both shoes were in the box to begin with, but it is there job to double check if both shoe sizes are matching and if both shoes are inside the box. I wont be coming back to this journeys. Double check the box before you leave before you go back and find one shoe in the box.

I would have never thought I’d need a guide to buy myslef the right socks, hugh props to the shop assistant with the cuttest smile I’ve seen all week long in white top and black leggings for not hesitating to inform me that my choice of socks is completly wrong!

Kudos to Teri, she gave us great customer service. She was very attentive, polite, cordial and the list goes on and on. I have a lot of respect for people like her. Keep doing what you doing girl.

I always get my shoes from here. They have the best sales on vans and always have exclusive shoes. The service is the best no matter what location. They treat you like a regular costumer even if your not. The variety online is just as well if not better then in store.

I do not really come to this shoe store, but everytime I go to any journeys they never have my shoe size. Employees are very friendly at this journey I will recommend to buy your shoes here. From dr. Martins to Adidas.

Personally prices are a little high but service was great. Cute lady was so nice and totally was friendly.

My very good friends from Canada were in for the 4th of July parties and when they come into town, they spend a lot of money at Woodfield. The assistant manager came over to them to thank them for their large purchase and totally started to insult them by spewing her ignorant and uncalled for political opinion. Wrong place, wrong people. Maybe she should save it for when she is not working with the public.

Today I went to this journeys at the Schaumburg mall and I had an Awesome experience with the help of alex (female) I had questions and she answered them like a pro. I wish everyone that I encounter would be like her. Thank you Alex for all your help today.
