Yeah great clothes, but Ive heard they arent actually LGBTQIA+ friendly. Tell me if Im wrong but until I am 100% sure they are, not shopping there.

Decent store for specific items with their brand. I dont shop in the store but my son needed to buy some items for Christmas. They do have overpriced clothing and most people today were shopping in the clearance section in the back. Good store if you are looking for their items.

I went in for an EVEN exchange although it wasn’t that. I understand from indiana to Illinois there is a tax difference but from retail management that I have been in for over 5 years you mark the purchase as the same price as the other to price match. So I had to pay even more when wanting to spend nothing with an even exchange. The girl had no idea what I was talking about.

Love this store, I always go in to see what they have on sale or if I like anything Ill get it. Prices arent too bad compared to other stores, employees are very friendly and welcoming. Overall great store and atmosphere

Great merchandise, like the best, best for millennials but there is some pretty cool stuff for almost everyone?? Maybe not older men. The only problem is that its outrageous prices. Really expensive for things that shouldnt be. Some dresses will go to $100 and itll be a really regular day dress rather than like a homecoming dress.

I somehow managed to find a pair of shoes here for $3. its a one-floor shop inside the mall, so its not gigantic. Still a nice place to pop in to see whats there.

Staff were great! Products are meh and super overpriced. Like, whats the point of a mug you cant microwave or put in the dishwasher? The nail polish is fabulous and well priced though.

UO used to be hip back in the day with a lot of unique items you didnt see anywhere else, but now it is kind of fake feeling. Like a place for posers. Or maybe Im just old and dont know what is hip anymore. I think they are trying to appeal to the masses now, which is not how they started imo. But I still keep coming back, hoping...

Absolutely not recommended. They took 148$ for shoes and send us used Adidas. It was on really bad condition. We wait 1 week and get used shoes. Never come back to this place.

It is a bit overpriced, as are all Urban Outfitters; however, because it is vast, the variety of clothes and goods they offer is nice and refreshing to see.If you are looking for vinyl, I would recommend an actual record store, as Urban Outfitters only offers very notorious albums (and for a slightly inflated price as well). In terms of clothes, designs are (for the most part) unoriginal, but you may find a gem or two in the clothes racks.My favorite part of going to Urban Outfitters is the unique, hilariously simple knick knacks they offer. Yes, UO also offers beauty products (and minimalist ones at that), but their knick knacks knock my socks off.

Know this! I really only buy my clothes from urban in general. Between the wooodfeild and oak brook locations it’s the same distance for me.. and I would choose this woodfield location a thousand times over!! Its such a great atmosphere. I love spending time in there. the employees are personable, accommodating & amazing! All great people. The store is always visually set up and buyable. Shopping at this location has been my spot for years. I am a regular, and there is a reason why!

The staff was friendly and the things there are really cute.

(2/26/2019 5:58 PM TUESDAY)Manager on duty this day & time and the one working on the cashier are so inconsiderate and very poor customer service. The store itself is good and the brand is good ofcourse but staff like that destroys the good image of the store and the brand.We ordered an item online and a wrong item was sent to us then we were told to return the “wrong” item to store in order to get a refund. This Alone was very inconvenient that the mistake was not on our part but the company’s part. we did not even get anything from the brand even some percentage off of a new item or etc.. nothing. But we were just gonna move on and not even say anything cause we love the brand NOT UNTIL we returned in at the Woodfield Mall Schaumberg, IL store at 2/26/2019 5:58 PM that we were welcomed by lifeless, inconsiderate and very poor customwr service staff, so we returned that item and they were like rude to us and when we returned the item we asked for a simple paper-bag to put in the return receipt of the “WRONG ITEM” that was sent to us when we purchased something and they answered “oh sorry we could not cause you did not purchase anything, sorry” with attitude! @urbanoutfitters please explain this inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Dont particularly care for the clothes themselves, but the staff/management wasnt very nice to me. The store is unneeded in a sea of better stores nearby both for products sold and staff.

Staff is horrible. I was wearing leggings and a crop top and birkenstock’s and they assumed i was stealing things and talked terribly about me to my face. In about 2 minutes all the staff were rolling their eyes at me and following me around talking loudly about me to each other. Never going back.

Terrible. I got charged nearly $100 for merchandise I never received. When I brought this to their attetion they told me I was wrong and the pending charge would cancel, but low and behold the next morning I woke up to see a completed charge in my account. So here I am missing a bunch of money, with no product to show for it. Now I have to go out of my way to somehow get the money back. The woman helping me, Shana, was also extremely rude. I wont shop at this store anymore.
