I been going to different swarovski for few years and I never had this experience before at this particular store (Woodfield mall). I had the worst customer experience today. The staff that works there didn’t even pay attention to me even though I was next in line. She went and helped the customer after me. And didn’t bother to help me. She was in a rush when I asked her about a ring I liked. I wish I had her name but I dont. I will not be going to this store.
Do I even need to say anything here? Its Swarovski dude... Theyve got the best crystals. Love their tennis bracelets and watches.
Today my family and I visited this showroom in the Woodfield mall and we were greeted by Lila. She was amazing and incredibly helpful/attentive to our needs. Lila was very helpful and let us try out several pieces before we purchased. The experience was a great one and I’m sure we’ll be back as we are already huge Swarovski fans. People like Lila are what makes you want to spend your money. Thank you, Lila! May God bless you.
Bought swarovski watch for my wife on her birthday. Great surprise. Great product. But the only thing is getting the strap adjusted is a a big task. Either the manager is not available or they are too busy.
This store is fantastic! Both my wife and I have received incredible customer service. We bought both of our engagement rings here. My infinity ring has very delicate/small details and a few of the smallest crystals had fallen out. Klaudia went above and beyond and was able to exchange the ring. Not only at the original purchase, but every single visit she has provided an extraordinary experience. She shared important knowledge with us and made us feel important ✨. She is exceptionally friendly and we will always do our shopping at this location! Klaudia, keep up the great work!
Waited in line for 15 minutes for one single product. Of course the people inside who were aimlessly walking around took that product and it was the only one this store had. It’s a very popular pair so it should be something they have several in stock. Absolutely poor excuse for inventory management.. The sales rep kept trying to push other items on me. Horrible customer service. No one was attentive to the line or even greeted. They let people walk around for 15 minuets not buying anything and the capacity said 4 only but there were 8 customers in there. This store needs a LOT Of work. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I visited the Swarovski store to return a purchase. I noticed there was one worker in the store handling 2 customers. I wasnt in a rush. I stood at the counter, out of the way. I was seen but was never acknowledged. Finally, the worker put something on the counter that belonged to one of the customers she was helping as I was standing there (again at the counter) but still I wasnt acknowledged. As I caught her walking back and forth, I asked nicely with a disappointing return and all, Do you take returns? Your worker barely wanted to help me from the start and she had an attitude. She didnt treat the other customers the same way. I spent almost $300 on a purchase where a stone fell out after wearing my item for 3 days and your worker treats me less than? Before she even knew what I wanted?...and I had to drive 50 minutes to return it? All customers deserve the same treatment and because YOU DONT APPRECIATE EVERYONE IM SKIPPING YOUR STORE NEXT TIME.
I have had the worst customer service at this store. I went with my friends there and their police was to let only 4 people at a time and I understand that we were 5 but the problem is that only 2 of us went in and after my friend did not come in with us she let 7 people in the store and that is not acceptable and she was really rode with me she acted like she did not want to help me with what I was buying. I even called her to help me and she ignored me I don’t know what was her problem. Basically that store has the worst customer service.
Went to return a gift item Ive received, and was basically treated like a 2 class citizen, because my gift was from an outlet...The first lady, who I am assuming was a manager since she was training someone, mentioned that my gift was bought from an outlet like 4 times, and did not give me store credit, instead I had to exchange for something else at the store on the spot.I came in with a gift receipt and the item within 14 days, so I dont understand why store credit was not an option. In addition, the mention of the outlet store was excessive, making me feel bad to my friend who bought this for me. The younger lady was very nice, but she was still in training. From a global store like this, one expects a little bit more than a 14 day return policy, no store credit, and maybe no mentions to an outlet Swarovski store as a 2nd grade place, because frankly I could not care less if this was from their outlet or their regular store.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A 0 I WOULDMOST DEFINITELY WOULD. IMAGINE WAITING IN LINE FOR AN HOUR TO BE GREETED BY THE MOST UNFRIENDLY, ARGUMENTATIVE MANAGER/SALES PERSON IMAGINABLE. CAME IN FOR A GIFT EXCHANGE, INSTANT EYE ROLLS FOLLOWED UP WITH INTERRUPTIONS WHILE I WAS SPEAKING WITH HER. “NO YOU CAN NOT GET THE 50% OFF AT THIS STORE GO TO THE OUTLET”. REALLY? SHE DIDNT WANT TO SHOW US ANY OTHER OPTIONS, WHILE SHE WAS TAKING CARE OF OUR GIFT CARD (MAKING US BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE AND WONT PRICE MATCH AT THE STORE). THE OTHER SALES ASSOCIATE WALKS BY US AND DOES NOT SAY HELLO NOR WANTS TO SHOW US PRODUCTS. NO SHE WAS STANDING THERE LIKE WE WERE GOING TO STEAL SOMTHING! TREATED LIKE A LOW CLASS CITIZEN AND FELT AS IF WE WERE JUDGED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
The wife love their collections so it gotta be 5 stars
The staff are friendly and accommodating. I love to look at the crystal objects and jewelry. I had put off buying an ornament at Christmas. They didnt have it but called other stores until they found it. Wrote down phone number and gave it to me so I could contact store.
Need more product and more helpful staff
Dont get the ring if you would like to wear it for longer than a year and not have your finger turn green :(
Terrible experience at this location yesterday. I believe the people working here get payed on commission. I went to buy a birthday gift for an aunt of mine. While there the staff there were fawning over a mother daughter duo who were purchasing a few items. When I went by the counter to get rung out the tall young man kept talking to the mother daughter duo that was already being assisted by another associate. They spoke about Lois Vuitton and that they wanted to shop there so the guy spoke about what locations were nearby. Meanwhile same ladies wanting to go to Lois Vuitton were trying to get more discounts. Finally the guy tells me my total. I couldnt access the counter because one half of the mother daughter duo was blocking the whole counter. I had to ask her multiple times excuse me. So I could gain access to pay. Meanwhile the associate who had no problem conversating about Lois Vuitton couldnt speak up to ask the customer excuse me can you please step aside so I can ring out my customer...unbelievable. After those ladies left he thanked me for my patience. But through his actions showed more value to those other ladies.
Ive been shopping at this particular store for years. In fact after we moved to Naperville, we still would go to this store because of the experience. Last night and today has shown me a very different view of the company however.I was gifted a ring and one of the crystals fell out. I went to the store to inquire about my ring, as well as make another purchase. The girl who assisted us told me that they dont have the ring, but the Aurora store probably would. I told her I didnt have a receipt specifically, and her response was dont worry about it. Theyll just damage it out. Wed do the same thing here but we dont have the ring. We made our purchase and left.Today we went to the Aurora store and dealt with arguably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I told the girl in the store what happened and they said they couldnt help. I was obviously upset as we had driven all the way there under the impression that wed be taken care of. Not only were we not, but when I inquired as to why they couldnt do what I was told they would, their reply was we cant sell that one. So essentially our sales goals are more important than taking care of the customer. I could understand if this was a different vendor at a department store, but this was very obviously their ring, and was in great condition, minus thesingle missing crystal. I was told the managers were all busy and couldnt talk to me.Im currently a customer service manager for a global corporation and I can safely say if one of our clients were treated in this manner, Id be absolutely mortified. Needless to say if the matter doesnt come to an amicable solution, Ill be returning the purchase from yesterday (which was quite a bit more expensive than the ring), and ceasing business with the company moving forward.
Got my mom a pair of earrings for her Birthday she loved them so much
Went to Swarovski in Woodfield, tried to exhange an item. We had the original packaging and receipt. The manager was very unpleasant and wouldn’t exchange because we didn’t have the outer packaging. We had to travel to Swarovski on Michigan Ave, where the staff is extremely friendly and had no issues exchanging our jewelry. It was a huge inconvienence for us but mission accomplished. Won’t shop at the Woodfield store anymore, Michigan Ave anytime.
Charming, sparkly collectibles. Many pretty styles of jewelry.
Henry was so kind and helpful! Thank you
Excellent deals and a variety of products
I cant seem to walk away from this store without buying my wife something.
