We were so excited to visit this store, since we visited from out of town for the weekend. There are no Lush stores in our home town. Got a complimentary demonstration of different hand scrub products and lotions by a wonderful sales associate. My hands never felts this soft before. Ended up buying one of the scrubs at a really good deal, plus we received two free samples. Overall, we had a great shopping experience there. We will definitely return in the future.

The smell. So wonderful. Absolutely love the Rainbow FunBar. Smells so great and the kids love playing with it!

The lotion/shower gel Sleepy is AMAZING 👏 I cant get over how much I love it. The lady gave me a sample and I had to come back the next day to get more. I have soo many lotions but this one takes the top spot.Cant go wrong with anything from lush honestly.

Everytime I come here Ive had an amazing experience! The workers are very kind and informative but not pushy, a huge selection with something for everyone!They are also taking covid precautions and doing it far better than most places Ive seen, I never felt unsafe in the store.

Decent store if you are looking for bath salts and soaps. They are usually busy and there are plenty of workers to guide you around. Pricingbis high but this is in Woodfield Mall. They allow a limited amount of customers at this time in the store and throttle at door.

When i came i waited by the pick up counter and when i arrived the line for IN STORE SHOPPING was full! so i wait calmly for someone to assist me. finally a girl comes to the front of the store and she completely IGNORES me and talks to the people in line. i’m sorry but i’m picking up an order. i thought i would be handled first since i’m PICKING UP and order. i usually have amazing customer service with connie i believe her name is but the girl like the pink hair was very rude

Unlike any cosmetic store Ive been to. My lady was ecstatic at the plethora of products offered. Personally, I was impressed at the highly knowledgeable & friendly staff who was more than happy to give us samples and demonstrations of each and every product offered at the store. All natural, cruelty free products that can make a huge difference in the cosmetic industry. You pay for more for products that genuinely work as described. Cant wait to experience the next store!

I know the staff is supposed to be really nice, but theyre GENUINELY really nice! They also give samples away. I found exactly what I needed. Everything is super cute and many of their things are so exfoliating and useful.

Officially my favorite non-clothing store! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Everything here is AMAZING. The quality of the soap is worth the cost. I have a lot of skin allergies and the soap is natural, smells wonderful and doesnt irritate my skin. Love Lush!

I brought in my fiance to get her something nice for her birthday. She had never been to the store before, and felt a little overwhelmed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We left with some soap, lotion and lip balm and she cant wait to go back. Excellent customer service!

I worked with a girl names Noelle and she was lovely! Ive been sick for the last couple days and I didnt think Id be able to handle talking to anyone and she was just perfect. Incredible products and staff! Per reviews on the shampoo bars, I purchased some for an extended trip in SE Asia. I loved the product, they smell wonderful, leave my hair clean and healthy, and last forever.I visited this location and had the joy of speaking with McKayla about a minor issue I experienced with my shampoo bar towards the end of our trip. She was amazing, informative and helpful. She handled the issue quickly and thoroughly and I left the store feeling grateful to Lush for hiring such passionate employees. I will be back!

Wonderful customer service! I had never been and even though it was quite busy, I was approached and helped twice when looking at displays. I got a test of the products I was interested in with their in-store sinks (plus a short hand massage!) and ended up purchasing two items. I was also given a tester of another product to take home. I only wish I remembered the names of the associates!

I absolutely love this store, and tonight exceeded my expectations. The girls were all so wonderful and pleasant, I remember Stella for sure, because she shook my hand after she asked my name, after helping me with face lotion! She even showed my daughter the Rocket science bath bomb and “how pretty and cool it is”. (She turned 2 today). Anyway, I believe the other ones name was Sarah? Something tells me I’m wrong, but she was equally as sweet. Then 2 other girls decided to come and talk to us, and wished my sweet girl a happy birthday. It was such a great experience, and reminds me why I love going here so much, (the number one reason is actually the fight they put up when it comes to animal testing! But the staff is usually a close second!)To the girls who worked the night of Wednesday, March 6th, 2019, you were all so incredibly sweet and I truly hope your managers and supervisors see this!! First time visiting this store.Great products but customer service was bad, left the store buying 2 products and the sales people or even the cashier didnt even bother telling me I can bring back my empty containers to get a free mask of my choice. I found this out thanks to my cousin

EXCELLENT customer service! I was immediately greeted when I went into the store. It was very busy but they still offered me to test out some of their products. I was particularly looking for a exfoliating mask and I got great recommendations as well as a couple samples to try out. I definitely didn’t feel pressured into buying certain products. I look forward to coming back soon!!

Amazing natural products!! We truly enjoyed shopping at Lush store. Friendly customer service, wonderful selection of bath products and scented lotions. A little pricey but whats your beauty worth to ya! My daughter loves this place but there isnt one close to where we live so we always stop in when we are close to one. They have products for you to try in store and will give bath bomb demos in store so you can see them in action and feel how soft the water becomes.

Ocean Salt...love it to get my hands really clean after yard work. Alas...i do not have a comfy tub to soak it...would love to try a bath bomb as they smell so good. My daughters like the lip scrubs and solid shower gel whose name escapes me.

Great products, but be sure to check for allergens. The staff is hit or miss, either politely helpful, or politely pushy sales. The fragrances can be strong, and hard to individualize within the confines of the store. Many products I have purchased smell somewhat different at home. The location of the store is also problematic and makes online purchases much more desirable.

Its a good store with vegan stuff.But deodorant bars choice is very limited I guess..I could not find a particular smell I wanted .

The workers are so kind and helpful! They literally help you try the product and do samples for you. They are also very knowledgable and actually use the products. I had never been to a Lush store, but now I absolutely love it! Its so nice and theyre so friendly!! Definitely recommend coming here if you need soap, body scrubs, shampoo, cosmetics, and more!

They have awesome soaps. Love the scents. Some smell sweet and there are some that smell natural. Would so go back and buy their items.

I used to make fun of people who would spend $8 on a bar of soap until Ive been to the shop. Anytime I buy something from here it has lasted me up to a year. I am literally washing my face twice a day morning and night and the face wash less me three months. for the price that it is if you do micro pricing and write down how much you spend regularly a week on a cheap bar or a cheap product of soap, you end up spending just as much on an even better product that lasts you almost double the time. Definitely worth trying at least.

I LOVE Lush but I hate that at every location the employees want to bag all my products in their little paper bags. I try to use the least amount of waste possible so when Im there I expect to walk in and out with no packaging except once or twice a year I get a face mask and a bar of facial soap (which is preweighed and wrapped in paper for pricing). That really bothers me.

Visiting from out of state and was super pumped to see a Lush. Staff was super friendly and gave a bunch of recommendations. Its hard to beat Lush product and staff.

The salesperson, Brett, gave me a tour and explained a lot about their soap. My sister bought one of their knot wraps. What a cool idea, and the proceeds go to a worthy cause. However cool their soap is, I could definitely tell the difference between this soap and the all natural soap we make.

Whats not to love. Tons of cool soaps. Unfortunately, I cannot spend too mch time in there as the smells can give me a headache. But until that happens, Im in love. They are equally enjoyable on the eyes and make wonderful gifts. For anyone complain about the price, these are fancy soaps for gifts and display.

Every one at Lush is really nice! They are always there to help and answer my questions about their products. I traveled from Champaign, IL to this location and I think the experience is worth the drive even though you can order online.The first time I came to Lush I was looking for a cleanser because I started to break out for the first time in my life. The lady was very patient and listened to my concerns. She recomended a few different products explaining the benefits of each. She really knew what she was talking about! She even let me test it by putting it on the back of my hand, showing me how to use it.I was also looking for a moisturizer and she helped me pick one out, also letting me take home a sample of one I was unsure of. It has been almost two weeks since my visit and my breakout cleared up significantly! The fresh face masks are amazing - I took home a couple samples and cant wait to go back to purchase. I love lush ❤️

I first discovered Lush while searching for a less harsh deodorant and quickly I found so much more. I have never been very picky when it came to body soaps and shampoos, as long as it smelled good I was happy. But after trying lushs soaps and shampoo bars I was hooked, they smell amazing, leave your skin and hair feeling great and best of all they dont have any Tetrahydronucleomutagens (mocking shampoo ingredients I cant pronounce).

I can say I loved the customer service.they were beyond nice. And helpful. matching products that matched my skin. I am coming back for sure totally go.

Staff is a little pushy, when I go into a store I like to look around and take my time selecting my items by myself, I dont need an associate talking to me the whole visit. Bath bombs are #1 though.

I love this store except for the overwhelming smell and that its crazy busy no matter when we go. Its pretty expensive too but you pay for what you get and it is quality material. I really love that they are against animal testing and wish they would start using natural dyes! Ickle Baby bot and Avobath or something to that effect with lemongrass is our favorite. They are always getting in fun new products!

Only my favorite go to store for bath and beauty products. The minute I walk in the smells place me in a better mood . The staff is always so nice . The more you buy the more you save, the always have some kind of good deal going on.
