Update! Alex helped accelerate my driver delivery and I received it five weeks after order. Quick spin at the driving range and so far so good. Very excited to try it out on the course!Alex was great to work with. Really took time to know my swing, explain all the data, and find a club and shaft that should give me more 15 more yards on my drive. But- he indicated I would have the club in a couple of weeks. When I called to find out where it was, they said it would be another 4-6 weeks. If I had known I’d miss 8 weeks of summer play, I may have made a different decision. Worse, customer service promised a call from Alex and he’s never phoned.I think a premium service should deliver premium service, right??

Had a full bag fitting today, and wasnt sure what to expect going into it. Let me say that Alex Praeger knows his stuff. All expectations were exceeded, had a great experience. I ended up getting the Titleist t200 iron set and an Odyssey putter all built to my specs. Cant wait for them to come in! If you were on the fence about getting a full bag fitting, do it - well worth the $$

I was referred to Club Champion through a friend and my experience was awesome. Alex, at the Schaumburg location, was tremendously helpful and I highly recommend a fitting if you are on the fence. I was given a gift card for a whole bag fitting for my birthday, so I can attest to all aspects of the different options. My favorite was the putter fitting. You are not going to find the technology they incorporate many places, and the ability for Alex to adjust my clubs on the spot was a huge bonus. I never felt like I was being sold anything, and the ongoing communication between myself and Alex regarding next steps, options, and support is refreshing. Kudos to Alex at Club Champion for being a positive contributor within the organization. A+ in my mind.

Alex spent time with me today fine tuning my driver adjustments several years after purchasing my Epic Flash from him. I had changed some hosel settings on my own a year ago that was causing a ball flight with an unpredictable fade. He detected and corrected my setting flaws in a matter of minutes on the Trackman. His after-sale support is outstanding!! Can’t say enough good things about Alex and CLub Champion.

Had a putter fitting with Ben earlier today. Such a great experience, really awesome dude who answered all my questions and gave a great recommendation.

Professional and friendly staff who seem focused on pleasing the customer. Enjoyed my putter fitting immensely. Was not forced into anything and got a great deal. Getting fitted is key and these folks are awesome...highly recommend.

Lupe was fantastic. I had an amazingly terrible case of the shanks and he was extremely patient. He gave me good advice to get back on track and we had a great session. Getting fitted for the full bag was a lot more swings then I’d normally take, but I really appreciated his insight. I would highly recommend him and his expertise. Their technology is amazing.

Had an awesome experience getting fitted for new irons at Club Champion. I worked with Alex and I wasn’t sure what to expect but he made everything very easy to understand and really dove into what parts of my game I wanted to improve. Alex did a great job explaining all of the numbers that are shown with the Trackman technology. I swung a variety of shaft and head combinations until we found the set that showed the greatest improvement. There was no pressure to buy then and there (though I did) and I couldn’t be happier with what I got. It took longer than usual to get my irons (COVID-19 and all slowed things down at Callaway) but Alex kept me informed and up to date the whole time. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and I will definitely be back in the future. Driver fitting is next on my list.

Awesome experience. Im a pretty average golfer on a good day, and the experience was very positive. Trackman software and Alexs insight helped me to really understand some of the interactions between my swing and the clubs and shafts I was using. There was no pressure to buy clubs after the experience, and they even recommended I stick with a few clubs from my bag. I will definitely recommend the fitting experience to friends.

Fitting experience was great. Lupe is a professional. Coming in to the fitting I felt my driver had to much dispersion and my iron flight was to low. Not only did the the driver I was fit with reduce dispersion it also gave me more yardage and confidence. The new irons definitely got my ball flight up. Lastly, even though I have a Scotty Cameron putter that I love I hadn’t realized that the face was to lofted for my stroke. After the adjustment the putts are rolling great. All aspects of my game have gotten better and so has the scores. Best of all I love the feel of the clubs and am enjoying the game more.

If you want to be fitted like a Tour Player ...Lupe is the guy. What a great experience! Club Champion is 1st class. Lupe did not rush anything. It was important to him to get me in the right equipment. Loved it! Thank you Lupe!!!!!!!!!

Alex was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about all brands. He takes the time to get you into the correct club and not just any brand. I have bought from him and club champion at multiple locations and numerous irons, wedges and drivers. All fittings have helped me improve my game.

I have been to demo days a clubs run by the different club manufacturers, but no one had the breadth of shafts and heads to try. Their fitting process is something everyone should go through if they are interested in purchasing any club or putter. Try everything on their trackman to see all the specs from everything you hit. They also have a nice computer putting analysis system as well. Alex in the Schaumburg location was great to work with.

Unbelievable experience! I went into this not really sure what to expect. Im a higher handicap golfer (shoot mid-90s) and didnt think that the clubs I was using can be that detrimental to my game. Boy was I wrong. Alex put the correct club with the correct shaft in my hands and significantly improved my numbers on the Trackman. Hes extremely knowledgeable about the products, metrics and took the time to explain everything in detail. He also didnt push clubs that were already close enough for me. For example, my wedges and putter didnt show a significant increase in performance to warrant a replacement. Knowing now that Im using the right equipment for me is a boost of confidence and will hopefully carryover onto the golf course. If youre on the fence about getting a fitting just do it.

Alex was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushing any clubs I didn’t need. He explained what metrics we were looking at and why. I was thrilled with the entire experience.

Found out alot about my swing I didnt know and they were very helpful well worth the money!!
