The guy at the counter is rude, arrogant and proud. Doesnt listen to any customer grievances. The price written on the price board was not honored many times. I never had quality issues but few friends had some issues.And who does not do card transaction below $10. What sort of weird rule is this? Some dept must investigate this.

They quote a price on the board but charge totally different. When u ask, they say its a different variety. I did not find this shop customer friendly.Chicken doesnt seem like harmone free. It was really tender and naturally bred chicken is not so tender.I would shop here again.

Attitude problemThe owner has some attitude problem. Blindly supporting his workers. Guys keep an eye while the cut the meat. They are slicing large chunks of meat while removing the fat. The owner does not want to listen to the problem and was rude

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Due to COVID, we ordered our meat via phone- I ordered 2 goat legs, along with a LOT of other chicken and meat/beef items. picked up my items and came home. Upon coming home I saw the ENTIRE goat meat was missing. And I called them- and they refused to listen/ cooperate or accept that there could have been a mistake. I asked them to check their cameras - to see if anything went wrong in the back by mistake. But they were very rude and refused to even acknowledge my concern. They said I should have checked before coming leaving the store. It is COVID. We are not shopping Instore. I put my trust in them for my order to be complete. I will NEVER go back to them again. I suggest NO one go to them unless they change their attitude and policy. I would give them less than one star if it was possible.

Really good place and super nice owners. The prices are what you would expect from Pakistani/Indian place.

Overpriced and arrogant. The owner prices the products at his own convenience while billing even though it was labeled differently, and when questioned refused to acknowledge the sticker price. Would give this place a zero rating if possible.

I recently visited this store, it was unfortunate that all the customers were wearing masks but the employees that were butchering the meat were not. How is this safe?

These people sell expired products. I bought meat which was smelling . after calling them they didnt accept it back. I am going to register complaint with FDA. Please refrain from buying meat over here. They sell frozen meat. I bought around 8 pounds of goat meat which started smelling in a day . Thanks.

I am buying meat from this store since 3 years, meat quality is good. Today they gave me a wrong order, when I went back to tell them that they gave me a wrong order, no one accepted their mistake instead the guy who cut meat told me that this is what I had ordered. I told him that i don’t need this one So please cut fresh meat for me. At 8.30pm, he told me that sorry their machine is closed for cleaning so they cannot give me, he was rude. The guy over the front desk simply supported those guys. I am so much disappointed with their customer service.

Owners rude and doesnt like accepting his mistake

There was something wrong with their phone line, called twice and it was not going through. Meat is good and fresh, desi grocery items are expense specially rice. You can buy the same 10lb rice in 12 bucks which was 15 bucks at Marhaba. Lady on the register was nice and polite.

We can’t be serious with the 3 star rating for this place, and the name should be anything but Marhaba (welcome). Walked in and asked who must be the owner older man at the checkout where can I order meat. Sends by the Mexicans cutting the meat in the back. I stand there for nearly 20 minutes while the workers cutting the meat completely ignored me, then the old guy from the checkout comes by them and I am thinking ok he is gonna ask them if they took my order, nope! He started talking to them about how great his freezer is working since he got it fixed. I decided it was time to leave and I wasn’t so Marhaba at this place. STAY AWAY AND FIND A PLACE FOR MEAT THAT CAN SHOW YOU APPRECIATION FOR BEING A CUSTOMER.

Fraudsters, they gave wrong order. Fine, ppl make mistake. When we came all the way back in cold weather, they argued that we ordered that wrong item but I still insisted the butcher gave wrong one.when asked for refund, they tried to convince to keep the wrong item (the item we wanted no longer available) and said next time they will make sure that we will get the right item.(they want the money, it doesnt bother them, that they gave the wrong item, no guilt)Shame on them asking us to keep what we have not ordered, when insisted again on refund the owner says, he will take the item back but cant refund, since credit card transactions are difficult to refund(really?!) and told us to come back again and get meat, not money (he will hold the money until then).Wow! How much they love to keep others money without rendering a product or a faithful service?When things heated up, the owner gave the cash. Misleading and fraudulent ppl.It matters how you behave when its your fault: arguing, lying and do everything to keep customers money isnt a faithful service.

I never seen such a headweight &rediculous management, though the merchandise is expired & stinking, he nags to address the customer concerns.

So i just placed my meat order over the phone,aguy who was taking my order was very rude, he took my order and without telling me when its going to be ready he hung up on me i had to call back just to ask him when its going to be ready he told me come whenever and before I say something again he dc the line.. Very bad customer service they dont deserve a single star...

I went back to marhaba food to give them another chance after 8 years but they dont deserve it. On there website and on the store they say it closes at 9 pm. I was there at 8pm the butcher said in a very rude tone that he cant give me chicken, because theyre cleaning up for closing. I was very mad I told cashier but he didnt react! Last time they gave me spoiled lamb when we complained the owner he said They are not responsible if the meat is spoiled. Never going back again. BAD BUSINESS!

SINCE 4 YEARS I WAS A CUSTOMER OF MARHABA FOODS. bUT TODAY WHEN I BOUGHT CHICKEN ASSUMING AS USUAL ITS FRESH BUT REALISE IT WAS FROZEN CHICKEN LOOKS LIKE A MONTH OLD FROZEN. THEY ARE SELLING FROZEN CHICKEN BY SAYING FRESH CHICKEN..THIS IS OPENLY CHEATING..EVEN I DOUBT ITS ZABIHA HALAL...(Allah knows best) INSHA ALLAH NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

Our family has been going here since they opened. Recently they were rude and treated my mother poorly. We host large partys sometimes and make big orders ahead of time and have never had to leave a deposit. They were adamant about it the last time even though weve been loyal customers to them since they opened. No longer, were taking our business elsewhere. They need to learn how to properly talk to people.
