Ordered two Elegant brand lighting fixtures on May 15 for a remodel of our kitchen. The sales floor was very helpful with helping us choose the right fixtures. We put a 50% deposit on the order. When the fixtures arrived in late June we picked up the fixtures and got half way home and realized no one asked us for the remainder of the balance. We turned around to go correct this but it did not seem to matter to them.Upon inspection of one of the frames we noticed it had minor damage so it was returned on July 8. I am shocked to read all these praises on their customer service because we have not seen anything. They do not return calls. When we do call and speak with someone we get the same spill as if they are reading it off of a card. That they will contact the vendor and see when we can expect delivery. At this point we may take everything back and shop somewhere else. It is hard for me to read that Each client serves as an extremely valued relationship where we are both committed to seeing each project through to a successful completion. We have not experienced any of that.

Littman Bros Lighting has the best selection of lighting and outstanding customer service. I have been looking to replace my dining room chandelier for quite some time and with the help of Michelle & Dave, they made my vision come to life. They went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend Littman to anyone and will definitely be using them for all my future lighting needs.

I absolutely love this store! I have been shopping here for 18 years. I have never encountered such a huge constantly changing array of merchandise and unbelievably spectacular lighting. It is like art for your home! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with design ideas and merchandise knowledge. I am obsessed with this place. I find reasons to change my lighting or even my furniture! They go above and beyond with customer service as well, which as we know that is a lost trait with most businesses today. Benson, Lisa, Dave, and Jen are all fantastic!! It is my happy place😀

I officially gotta guy - a lighting guy! Dave was super helpful, not pushy, been doing this for 33+ years. Helped us pick out 8 different lights and a ceiling fan. Compared to other lighting stores we went to, Littman has a huge inventory so you can see and view the lights (so hard to pick from a catalogue or the internet - better to see it lit), they allow returns (so many dont) and had no problem down-selling us less expensive options. They also install, which also separates them from other lighting stores, big box stores and the internet. Dave gave us great deals on several last one lights. This is definitely worth going to with whatever project you have coming up.

Littman Brothers is worth the drive! I buy a lot of lights online however now Ill only go to LB. They went above and beyond with their customer service, had a price that couldnt be beat and even worked on my chandelier to make it fit perfectly with my dimensions. I cannot say enough great things about Dave, Rose and the rest of the crew. Im so happy with my fixtures!!

We had a fabulous experience at Littman. We walked in and Rose was our consultant. We were replacing lighting in our entire home and had a long list of needs. She helped us identify which chandeliers would look nice in our spaces and the pricing was very reasonable. We love our lighting and the electrician they recommend was great too! Great customer service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high end, reasonably priced lighting.

Everyone here is very nice and eager to help you. Moderate selection of pendant, fuse mount and other lighting sources. However, they do not follow Covid standards. Everyone either did not wear a mask or wore them on their chin, no social distancing and did not have a hygiene station. I understand this is not a hospital it is proprietor business as well as that we are all following different sources of information during the pandemic. But, my Health and my family’s health is first and we felt uncomfortable being there. Therefore, we did not want to go back just to stay away from a possible super spreader. Sad because we really liked a kitchen pendant light that we had not seen anywhere else. We went somewhere else and were happy and felt safe.

It began when we needed to replace our ceiling fan and light. There was no doubt who we would go to for help. Littman Bros. Years ago, we purchased a front hall chandelier, three hall lights and 3 outside lights. We were and still are pleased with the products.We were shown an Emerson, Penbrooke fan and light with 2 remotes. It was a little more than we planned to spend but we liked what we saw and thought it would be a good, long lasting product for our home. We purchased the products and are very pleased that we did.We needed someone to remove the old fan and install the new. Litman Bros have two wonderful men who came out to do the work. They were VERY careful in the movement of a large ladder and through out the work they performed. It was like they were working in their homes. They were professional from beginning to end.The job was a perfect install and the fan/light combination looks very good. You can not hear the fan at all when it runs. The fan has 6 speeds, 6 light levels and is reversible, all from the wall switch or a remote switch on our night stand. You can’t beat that.We also had the two installers assist us in replacing 20 bulbs in our hall light as long as the are on site with a proper sized ladder. There were 6 dead bulbs and the others were old. This was the time to replace them all. At the same time we were able to clean each of the glass pieces.They seemed happy to help us. The end result was worth the charge. The lighting is like new.Once again, we have to say thank you to Littman Bros for providing the products and helping us with install. This was a pleasant and profession experience from beginning to end.

I came looking for a chandelier for our kitchen. Looked at a few things briefly a week ago and then came back with my husband yesterday to make some final choices. No one helped us! We were greeted and asked to wait for a couple of minutes. 25 minutes later no help appeared despite us standing near the center desk. We left without being helped. It was disappointing because I like buying from local stores whenever possible.The staff was not busy at the time. It felt as though our little project was not important enough to merit their attention. It’s a shame because the staff are knowledgeable. They helped with all the lighting in my house years ago and did a nice job.

My wife and I placed an order over the phone on Saturday, October 24th. We were informed that the order would arrive within 2 weeks. After not hearing back, we called November 13th to find out that the order won’t be ready until January. My issue isn’t the delay, it’s the fact that I have to call 1 week after the promised time to find out. Very unprofessional.Mind you, prices online and in-store are different as well. Sales rep stated everything for that day was 20% off. It’s funny because the online price was the same as their “sale” price, even after the sale ended.If you want great stuff at great prices, please save your time and go to Horton’s on LaGrange Rd. I had a great experience with Littman Bros Lighting. It is the place to buy outdoor and home lighting, they have such a large variety of lighting options in so many styles and the people that work there were extremely helpful. They have a lot of experience and carry every designer lighting brand I could think of and more. When I wasnt sure about a certain type of lighting to pick for my bedroom, the design team gave me such great advice; they walked me through this whole process in a professional yet very friendly manner. Littman Bros Lighting is a family owned company and when you walk into the showroom, you really do feel like youre a part of the family.

I ordered it from Littman Bros., and while it was back ordered a week their staff found the item and had it shipped to me in a day and a half. My correspondence with their staff was easy and professional; their service was exceptional. Ill absolutely purchase from them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I drove all the way from Woodridge and was excited to buy a few pieces for my new home. I walked through the entire showroom with my daughter, not one single person greeted us or even said hello. There was an older woman receiving excellent customer service from a sales rep, so I slowly walked through the store, giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were just busy. I left feeling extremely angry and disappointed. Ill never understand why they didnt want my money. Oh well.

Several months ago, I purchased a new grand piano, and I wanted a brass and crystal chandelier to stand next to it. Due to the space and the lack of an electrical connection, hanging a chandelier was not an option. In my mind, I envisioned a magnificent chandelier atop a floor lamp to stand next to the piano.I began my quest for the perfect lamp, which quickly ended at Littman Brothers Lighting of Schaumburg, Illinois. After explaining my needs to Dave Miller, Senior Design Consultant, he immediately knew what I was thinking and opened the American Brass & Crystal catalog to the floor lamps section. The Rosetta floor lamp pictured there (Model FL2572-A-12G-ST) was exactly what I had envisioned in my mind. Working with Dave was amazing because what I wanted was not your everyday floor lamp! After selecting the finish, crystal, and candle cover options, I placed an order that day.Due to a number of reasons, manufacture of the floor lamp took a lot longer than expected (the solid brass castings came from Italy). However, the lamp finally arrived. What more can I say than it was well worth the wait! The lamp is absolutely stunning. The quality, beauty, detail, and craftsmanship far exceeded my high expectations.Far too often, customers are quick to complain, but reluctant to pay compliments. I was so delighted with the lamp, that I had to write a letter of thanks to both American Brass & Crystal and Littman Brothers. The lamp certainly is deserving of my compliments. I was particularly impressed with the level of attention given to it. As a very top-heavy lamp, American Brass & Crystal secured it to a large marble base to keep it firm on the carpeting where it would be going. (Of course, the last thing I would want to find is a heavy cast-brass lamp toppled over onto my piano!) The lamp now stands proudly next to my piano just as I had originally envisioned it in my mind. I am sure it will be enjoyed for years to come.I was so impressed with the quality of the lamp that I decided to replace some of the other fixtures in my house with American Brass & Crystal lights, starting first with my dining room. I again worked with Dave Miller at Littman Brothers to place an order for a chandelier, a couple of wall sconces, and some table lamps. I am sure the quality and beauty will be just as spectacular, and I eagerly await their arrival.Both Littman Brothers for their service and American Brass & Crystal for their products come highly recommended. I have been searching since October for a dining room chandalier and found the most beautiful crystal chandelier at littman. The showroom is over the top. Dave was very welcoming and patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of each fixture and after minutes I knew I was working with an expert. I can’t wait for my chandalier to come in and now I’m shopping for outside lanterns in time for spring. I sent an email to Littman Bros. explaining what happened. To my surprise I received not only an email acknowledging my email, but that they were sorry and shipping me a new one ASAP.I was surprise again that within a week, I received a new one. I purchased an item which Littman represented on its website that it had in stock. After the purchase, Littman told me that the website had incorrect information and it did not have any in stock, so I ended up waiting almost a month for it. Customer service then told me I would receive by a certain date, but in reality, they gave me wrong information again. When fed ex finally came, fed ex left because it could not get a signature -- Littman never told me that the product would need a signature even though they later admitted that all products from the particular vendor requires signature. When I complained, customer service basically blamed vendor and fed ex and takes no responsibility. Lesson: go buy directly from the manufacturer or another re-seller and dont trust anything on Littman website.

Horrific. Only way you can describe it. Was on the site and ordered a light 5 months ago. After 3 months of having it not at my house yet I called them and asked what the scoop was. They said it was out of stock and very popular and it was not going to be in till July. I said Ok but it would be nice if they put on that page of their site that the item was out of stock, like all the other websites did when I was looking for it on their sites. I waited til July and nothing showed so I was hoping to cancel the order and find a different light. I called and called and no one called back until finally I reached the owner and suprprisingly he answered. He was very nice and polite and had someone call me immediately. THis person assured that the order was going to be canceled and that the $500 I paid for the light would be refunded in two weeks with an email stating that it was refunded. Instead I still have no light, no money returned and no email. Not trying to exagerate but this truly is the worst customer service I have ever experienced on a item I spent this much money on.

This place is horrible!!!!! Do not order anything from this place or location!!!! The ladies there are rude and not helpful at all!!!! They treat you like they dont even care!!! We tried ordering a light from there and was suppose to be delivered within a week, we even put a rush on it but when we called they kept giving us the runaround and was not even delivered!!! They didnt even put the order in when they were suppose to!!!
