Where do I start! Clean, friendly staff and excellent service.I ordered a bag of decaf Sumatra beans, a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Soy with both liquid and powdered vanilla and I ordered 2 Grande Carmel Frappuccinos with 2 decaf shots in each, 12 shakes of nutmeg into liquid before blending (only in one of them), extra Carmel drizzle inside and out, 1/4 cup extra ice do to the extra hot liquid. I no more than payed and the Barista says, Do you only want the shots, because there is caffeine in the base or do you want the base added as well? Wow! So on it that he noticed the flavor differences that would occur and paid attention to the caffeine... no caffeine senario. I said yes to both. Lets just say that there were NO complaints. Everyone loved their drinks including me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its a great service, It generally always is. They have never made my order incorrectly, it makes me confident in just picking up my drink and going without taking the first sip. But I just got to say... This place has literally the longest wait time out of any other Starbucks in the area, not exactly their fault. It really must have to do with the fact that it is so popular that theres always a huge line.I suggest you call it in WAAAY ahead of time, and make you drink extra hot just in case the off-chance that they dont have a line

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Manager Kathy at the Mt. Hermon and Spring Lakes shopping center in Scotts Valley is consistently rude. She has a horrible attitude and speaks with a very demeaning tone. I have heard this from other customers, as well as employees. I work near by and (used to) go in there often. Luckily there is a Petes across the street.

Great service with a smile. Got our order correct multiple times. Made conversation and small talk with us. Very clean store. Will definitely visit again.

Thee products are nice as you would expect in any Starbucks but the line and the wait are unbelievable if you did not order on line ahead.

Three times in a row now, Ive come to this particular Starbucks and have gotten terrible drinks. First time, I ordered the snickerdoodle hot cocoa and it looked, tasted and smelled like plain steamed milk. No flavor, sweetness, or anything whatsoever. Thinking it had to be some kind of mistake, I asked if they could remake it and got the same colorless and tasteless steamed milk hot cocoa.Second time, I decided to try the smoked butterscotch latte as Id gotten this drink at other locations in the past and loved it. This one tasted NOTHING like what this drink should, not even the slightest hint of butterscotch (or any sweetness at all) and tasted like straight bitter black coffee. Again disappointed and thinking maybe it was an accident, I asked if they could remake it. The second one tasted like steamed milk with bitter black coffee mixed with it, as well as being about 1/3 foam.Third time today I order my classic drink, a white chocolate mocha with a pump of vanilla... Ive been ordering this for years and know exactly what it should look and taste like, and was once again met with frustrated disappointment when it tastes like nothing again, that plain steamed milk taste. I tried stirring the drink up hoping the flavor was just on the bottom, and instead got a burnt coffee taste mixed in with the pain milk flavor.Now Im normally NEVER the type of person to complain about food service, but when you spend $5.00+ on one cup of coffee, its incredibly frustrating and angering to not only get something that you didnt order, but to have it be so gross its not even drinkable. I will not be throwing any more drinks/money away at this Starbucks again, lesson learned.

Im not normally a Starbucks fan, but the employees here made it a great experience. I was fueling up for a road trip back home to LA, so I stopped to charge my phone and get some caffeine in my blood. I ended up hanging out for about half an hour, and by the time I got back on the road I was relaxed and happy.

The line was very long because it was Christmas but it went very fast and the workers seemed very happy and were very efficient! The store itself is beautiful and has a lot of places to sit

Friendly service. I love always being greeted with a smile and its spacious, which is a bonus. My favorite drink at this location is their grande cascara nitro cold brew, just that right amount of sweet and savoury with a kick.

I went around 9am and it was very quick. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and very good.

Its a Starbucks and while I appreciate the brand, would rather shop Coffee Cat down the block. Low rating due to long wait times. Dont get me wrong, the baristas do their best to move the line. Just crowded at the wrong times.

Went for a bag of French Roast but they didnt have it. Got another dark roast that is pretty nice.

Typical Starbucks. Good product, high prices. This location is very often busy and they dont seem to be particularly fast. Its frustrating if you just want in and out service. Not a problem if you are there to hangout.

This is one of the worst Starbucks. No matter what time of day it takes between 5 -10 minutes for your order. Added to that is mobile orders. That seems to be the main concern. Only 3 people working, 2 actually as the manager (blonde) spent five minutes on phone. Man in front of me only wanted a hot chocolate.

I want to love this Starbucks...and sometimes I do. I get drinks from here a lot (its super close to where I live, go grocery shopping, gym, etc.). Sometimes my drinks are amazing and other times they fall flat and arent even filled up at all. When you order a Venti latte, you arent expecting to have it only be 3/4 or 2/3 full. I use their mobile ordering service a lot bc its easier than waiting in line...and then Im usually rushing out and dont have time to open the top and check my drinks (and to tell you the truth, I dont feel like I should have to!), only to leave and find that its not even full. Anyone else have this problem?

Quiet, plenty of outlets, feels safe and friendly. i was given a tea menu when i asked and nobody rushed me to decide. observed the management being v fair to workers, telling sick workers to stay home, which made me feel safer as a customer. good place to study. one star off bc the chairs are a little too tall for the tables and that makes sitting a bit painful after a while. still, this is defs gonna be my reg starbucks despite that.edit: im adding back a star bc the staff are so great. emily is my fav.

When I went in they were out of coffee! It was about 6pm and I was on my way to work. The manager was so extremely rude. Instead of apologizing for being out of coffee she simply stated they had been “very busy today” and went along with what she was doing. Horrible customer service. I will never go in to that place again!

I was not treated very well by the barista.I would give a one star rating but the two employees running the counter were on it trying to give good customer service. The barista amber was a whole different story. I spent 10 dollars on a salad and a pour over.The girl on the counter was helpful and tried to expedite my order out quickly. The barista on the other hand actually seemed annoyed that the counter girl tried to get my order started.She started to question her ability to start my pour over.after waiting for the pour over.I thought it would taste better if I had a water with my salad so I politely asked the barista if I could get a ice w.She had a line of cups she was working on So I waited a few minutes so she could finish the cups she was working on.I was on call for my work and I knew I would get a call soon so I asked the girl on the counter for a cup of ice water the barista told her not to get it &that she had told me she would get it when she could. The counter girl had no customers why she told her to stop I dont know. She could do a p.over but not a water?Long story short the barista continued to talk to me in a passve aggressive manner the rest of details arent important what is imp.is that one person can ruin your exp.at place even if everyone else is trying to make it a good one.So because the counter stayed Prof.I give a 3.
