A friend suggested I get my car repaired here when I had an emergency and I was impressed. Fair price, perfect repair and a fast turnaround--even though they seem to be on the super busy side. A couple years/repairs later, I am even more blown away. The consistency and commitment here has got to be the best in the Seattle area. Probably not the place if youre scraping around the bottom of the barrel for a discounted/bargain repair, but if youre looking to get the job done perfectly every-time, youll probably come back be here year after year too.

Ive been using this shop for my aging Jeep for many years, and they are always professional and courteous. They do good work at a reasonable price. I have two examples of when they went above and beyond. Once I left my car for them to diagnose a sound coming from the axle. He called me to say they figured it out and I could come pick up. Told him Id start walking, and he instead drove down to my house to pick me up and gave me the details of the noise on the drive back to the shop. That was great. During that drive, he said he noticed I have a spare battery in the car and said that my brake light switch was stuck on, which was probably what was causing my battery to die. Tested the original for me and it was good. Saved me a battery replacement. Then on top of that, when I said Id fix the switch myself there were three guys out there showing me the tricks, showed which fuse to pull to keep it from draining in the meantime. I can do a lot of work on the jeep myself, but when I need something I always go to Ace.

When I needed a new tire after my old one blew up in the middle of the freeway, I was referred to Ace Auto Repair & Tire Pros. Everybody was professional. They advised me on what to do, ordered me two tires, installed them in time, did an alignment and a road test. Now my Honda runs and drives like new. Dave even reached out a day later to see if everything was smooth. This kind of professional and personalized care is why I highly recommend the great people at Ace Auto. I called Ace about 15 minutes to closing. I explained to Dave, who answered the phone, that I was about 10 minutes away. I asked if he could check out my tire before closing. Dave said in a friendly voice to come on in. He greeted me with a smile. I was stressed about the situation and Dave was confident that he could have the tire fixed the next day. I got a text at 11:30 am the next morning that my tire was fixed. I headed there right after work but knew I was going to get there very close to closing time. Dave called me 5 minutes to closing to make sure I knew my car was ready and I told him I would barely make it before closing because I got off late. He said he would be there. Dave made my stressful not very stressful. The tire is great! I would definitely recommend them and come back for my car repairs again.

Trevor and his crew did an amazing job with getting me a new set of tires and an alignment on my Tundra on very short notice. During the process they found a faulty tie rod and fixed that as well earlier than expected when we were desperate arranging our daughters wedding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional doesn’t say enough about the staff. They made a loyal customer with us and so glad we came in just for tires!

One of my tires had a gaping hole in it and rendered my car useless. I found Ace while sitting in my car on the side of the road and they were able to take me that same day. I drove over with only a little bit of air in my tire and they saved the day. Within 24 hours they were able to order special tires for my car, check the alignment and send me home the next day with a fantastic set of new tires. I felt so taken care of and the whole process was stress free. Dave really knows tires and suggested the perfect set for my car. Would highly recommend using Ace, they care and it makes all the difference.

My Jeep was experiencing engine performance issues and the check engine light came on.I took my Jeep to ACE. Elijah was great and had my vehicle checked in fast. As a result of the engine light diagnostic check, it was revealed I had to have 3 coils replaced, spark plugs and wires replaced and fuel induction service. All the maintenance was performed at a great price!! 👍🏽👍🏽 The Jeep runs like new. The staff is professional, personable and courteous. Will be my go to place for all my future car maintenance!!!

Finding a trustworthy auto shop can be tough (in my experience) but there’s a reason I’ve been going back to Ace for 4 years. Their team is so kind, patient, knowledgeable and transparent about services and what my car needs (or doesn’t need) and never pressure me. They text/email a full report so you can review on your own time and they always follow up to make sure you understand what’s going on and to see how you want to move forward. Highly recommend these guys!

All of the folks at Ace Auto Repair and Tire Pros were extremely polite and helpful. They assessed my flat tire to see if it was reparable, and when they found that it wasn’t, they found me replacements and were able to change and rotate my tires in a very efficient manner. Trevor was our contact person, who provided us with timely and accurate information on the status of the car and timing of insurance evaluation. All work was done to a high standard. Great experience here. Dropped my car off, gave a run down of the brake issues I was having, the front desk was easy going and helpful. They texted/emailed me the inspection report and went through everything that was “needed vs recommended” and what each meant.Picking up was easy and they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable with the work they did. Haven’t done a lot of price comparisons but will definitely go here again.

These guys did a great job installing my aftermarket suspension and with my alignment for my track car. They do great custom work too, chopping my bumper and fabricating my exhaust and texting back and forth with me about what I was going for. If you have any suspension or exhaust needs, these guys know what’s up.

Went here for a pre-purchase inspection and it was a great experience! They provided a full email report with a list of what was okay and what was broken, with photos. I went here for work on my previous car as well and everyone there was always kind and professional. Definitely recommend for folks who are nervous about going to mechanics (for example, I am a young woman) because they are very clear about repair costs and urgency and are happy to explain anything or defer non-urgent repairs.

I had a great experience with Ace Auto Repair & Tire Pros in Shoreline. I recently took my sons 2011 Ford Fiesta to get new tires, two new rims (wheels), a new clutch and an oil change and more... Elijah was a joy to talk to and was very fast in responding to my emails and did a great job communicating with me about the work being done. The new clutch feels great. The work was done in a timely manner. Zero issues using this shop and will be a returning customer!

I’ve used Ace two times now and had great experiences with both. One for a tire change and another for oil change. Always friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and able to communicate clearly on the needs of the vehicle. Timely as well! Friends have also used them and had similar experiences. I’ve never felt scammed or overcharged and that means a lot.

I live close to Daves shop and even though there are always places that can change your oil for less money, I go to them because I know they take it seriously and do a fantastic job every single time. Last year they discovered an oil leak on my car that had less than 1K miles before warranty expired, saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Cant thank them enough!

Rip off. I told them I was from out of town and they tried to charge me over $100 dollars to mount and balance 2 tires and make me wait for 2.5 hours. Hey buddy guess what you reap what you sow! Heres your review. Went to Angels Tires two blocks down the road they charged me $40 out the door in 45 minutes.

I have been going to this shop almost exclusively for the last 5+ years because they are fair, trustworthy and punctual. Their work is excellent and I have never had a recurrent problem after a repair (a lot more than I can say for some other local shops). The pricing may be slightly higher than a bargain shop, but I can assure you that the piece of mind and warranty are worth every penny. Also, the bill is always itemized with clear explanations for the charges. These folks deserve your business.

I took my Subaru Impreza in for an issue with low-speed turning/parking that a previous shop couldn’t diagnose. The issue was discovered and estimated for me (center differential needed replacement). I dropped off on a Monday and picked up on Wednesday, ahead of schedule. Throughout, the staff was friendly, communicative, and transparent. Will be returning for my regularly scheduled maintenance.

Check engine light came on, so I called and made an appointment based on their online reviews. I had a ton of deferred maintenance on my vehicle, so I ended up having them do a bunch of work. Everything they suggested be done after a full inspection wasn’t a surprise based on what I new to be wrong besides the engine light. Price was reasonable considering the scope of the work. I’d definitely go to them again, and I’d recommend them to others. Great communication throughout the process, friendly staff.

I can’t thank enough for Ace Tire for helping me fix the vibration issue on my BMW X6. Trevor, Chris and Dave were amazing to work with. Thanks you all. Previous shop stripped my oil drain plug on my 2015 Hellcat Challenger. Was not happy about it. These guys were able to swap it with a new plug and change the oil same day. Very helpful and professional! Looking forward to more work with them

Great service! I brought my 10 year old car in for a spa day that included checking out my squeeky brakes, an oil change, air filter, windshield wipers, and 4 new tires in advance of a road trip. These guys took the time to get an understanding about what kind of conditions Ill be driving in, the differences between various classes of tires, and various price points within my budget. We decided to check the brakes first, and this is when I knew these guys are legit: instead of trying to sell me an entire brake system with rotors, pads, labor costs, etc, the squeek went away with just a good cleaning of the surface areas! A less reputable shop would have tried to sell me brakes. The basic maintenance was done and we ordered tires; after picking up my car, it felt like a whole new ride with new tires - better traction and handling was immediately noticable. Ill be driving cross country soon, and I cant wait to see how my gas mileage improves with these 4 new babys rolling tough! With a 3500 mile drive around the corner, these folks delivered peace of mind within my budget. I hope they treat you as well as they treated me!

Twice now I have dropped by to get a nail hole repaired in my tire. This place is sketchy. The customer service person at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask. Despite what their response to this review days, this was the state of things when I went. I hope they Tammy this opportunity to adjust their procedures to be safer.I came in to get my leaky tire checked and they correctly assessed that I need new tires sure to low treads. But then they quoted it at $600 (probably for off brand tires too), which was much higher than the $450 estimates I was getting other places. I ended up going with Costco Tire because they had better products.They also checked my battery, which I did not have any issues with, and said I needed a new one. I replaced under 2 years ago so I thought that was odd. (Correction: they wanted to charge $170 for the replacement, not the $400 I quoted before). I went to a different auto service to check out and it turns out that it was still covered under the warranty so they replaced for free.Moral of the story: this shop is not COVID safe and not your best option around.

I would highly recommend Ace for any car maintenance services! Chris and Dave were both very friendly, honest and upfront about repairs necessary for my car. They were able to replace my tire, brakes and investigate an oil leak in a very manner for a more than reasonable price in my opinion. Definitely will be visiting them from now on for any auto services.

Every experience Ive had here has been positive. They are helpful and get the job done. They also are transparent with other issues that may need fixing soon, but do not pressure you and overwhelm you with having to make those changes.

I’m actually taken aback by how frustrating my experience was.Throughout the whole process, communication was poor. Ive explained how to spell my name multiple times and showed my debit card and everyone continued to spell it wrong, my number was recorded out of order so no one called me when I was told I would get a call, which resulted in my car staying overnight and I ended up missing 3 days of work in total when I was supposed to miss 1.I also understand that time is valuable but if Im paying $200 to have my car looked at, I would hope theyd at least find a definitive problem. I payed $200 for an hour of diagnostic, my car stayed overnight because no one could call me, and then I was asked if Id like to pay an additional $1100 to have a couple services done that could POSSIBLY fix the issue. When going through my options, the possible fixes I was shown were things I had already looked up on Google. I paid $200 for information that I had already Googled.When the manager texted me and asked me how I liked the service, I was honest and said how frustrated I was. He was defensive and condescending and told me:“OK, I can understand your frustration. I apologize about the mistakes of recording your name and number incorrectly. The problem with the car was that we could not get it to replicate the issues, therefore, could not give you a definitive answer.However, we did come up with a solution to a common issue with your particular vehicle and gave recommendations on which you declined to do. As far as Googling the problems and wasted money, if you were confident the solutions, maybe try them first next time.“I dont like complaining and being this customer but Im so disappointed that I wasted my time, money, and missed work for this. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or apologize without being immediately defensive afterward. From neglecting to learn my name and number to responding in such a condescending way, I feel that I was disrespected through the entire process. Please don’t ask customers for feedback if you’re going to be rude to them in response.

Im not one to leave reviews (good or bad), but felt compelled to for Ace. I had a nail in my tire, they were closing in 30 minutes, and it was pouring down rain. I called and they said they would figure out a way to get it done immediately. Its hard to find places these days that will go out of their way to help someone out, but these guys did. They were professional, efficient, and fair. This is my second experience with them and they have earned my loyalty!

Urgent tire situation with a nail the day before Thanksgiving! I know, I know, we werent supposed to be going anywhere this year, but I still wanted to pick up the take out bag my friends were preparing for me. Ace Auto got me in same day, did the necessary tire swap (nail in wrong place, couldnt be repaired), and got my car back to me before the end of the day.
