Pros: I go here regularly and they have constant offers on supplies. I also like the online ordering, rapid shipping! I’ve used the in store pick up as well which is convenient. I’d recommend this place for business card printing services. Good price, various style options and Mike there went above and beyond to make sure the cards are designed and printed perfectly! Great customer service.Cons: self print stations are too expensive.
Great service! I went to get a printer for my new business and Robert helped me get the best quality products for my brochures. Thao helped me checked everything out and Robert even helped me out to my car! Awesome people
Thank you Luma & Michael for one of the best customer service experiences ive EVER had at a Staples anywhere!!! Keep up the great work!!! Five stars all the way!
I just wanted to shout out Taylor in printing for being so incredibly helpful to me with a print I needed done!! Very good experience, very happy with my print.
On 1/14/21, Robert at the Westwood Village store bent over backward to help me locate a product I needed very soon, and make special arrangements so that my son could be sure of being able to get it the next day. He saved us so much trouble, after not being able to find the product in stock anywhere else. What a blessing!
Excellent staff. They are incredibly patient and incredibly helpful! Such an enjoyable experience during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
Amazing staff, one time Instead of getting called sir or maam like I normally do I got called budddy which makes me extra happy because I am non binary, and they have a good selection of office supplies and tech accessories.
Friendly staff was very helpful with our business cards and helped us pick out a good laptop
The young lady that works in the print and marketing services is amazing. She’s help me with packages printing pictures and she always has a smile on her face. Thank you for everything that you’ve done for me and for my family. You are amazing Araceli!
Shoutout to the manager Robert for being great at customer care !! Really helped me out with some furniture damage and how to protection plan worked
The staff here is so super helpful! Especially Michael in the copy and print section; he went above and beyond to be sure I left with everything I needed. I got reasonably priced business cards that were printed the same day and they look great.
Asked first associate how would you like me to print. stated email point and input verification code..did that and machine only prints emails not attached in the email. asked another person. Stated go to a computer to print. 12 pages 25 dollars for some fancy paper no-one tells you about..Bad customer service. Helped by three people who have no idea how to communicate effectively and give clear instructions about their process or systems.Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
Good little neighborhood Staples. Customer service is good.Helpful, friendly patient. Not much more you could ask for when searching for your office needs.
This store in Westwood is handy for me and they have every service and item expected -- but the service there is NOT good. Ive almost ALWAYS had to look for a clerk to help me and sometimes the wait and/or the line is very long. They dont seem to care if there are six or more in line to check out -- and my visits werent during holiday times either!
Employee Michael M. needs to put his face mask on. As does the floor manager.
This place is ok as office supply stores go. Everyone here seems just s little unsure if whats going in, but at always friendly and very willing to go out if their way to help out. Its usually pricing that brings me into this store and theres always some great stuff on clearance.
Went to get a keyboard and a wireless adapter but ended up getting ink for my printer as well. The techy there named Angel helped me out with some coupons to bring the price down a bit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was well versed with computers and whatnot. So nice experience all around.
I went to buy one of their sale/ad laptops. I was looking at a couple of mid range $400ish laptops when an employee walks by and asks if I need any help. When I said yes, he proceeded to stammer and said, Well, What do you need?! As if he wasnt expecting me to say yes to his offer. When I asked about having two of the laptops in stock from the ad and showed him the pictures, not only does he NOT respond, but immediately moves to the kiosk computer and just prints a receipt with some of the specs and hands it to me. Then I asked if they had a floor model or one in the back I could look at to see the screen and feel the keyboard keys. He then prints another receipt and hands it me and says we probably dont have one since the computer says we have just one.He wouldnt even try to look in the stockroom and when I asked if he had one of them on the floor, he walked around the displays and simply read off the models that matched the brand and pointed to them as if I didnt know they were there to begin with. I had already looked at them and the ad didnt match the display model in color/finish/specs. I have never had a retail employee not only be so unhelpful, but also genuinely disinterested in giving any kind of customer service or selling any products. Dont ask if somebody needs help if youre not actually willing to help them! I wont shop at this location ever again. Update: still havent shopped here since this incident. 7.19.2016
Strongly recommend Staples if you need copy/printing service. Machine is easy to operate, paper quality and service are much better than horrible pony mailbox & business center across street!!!!
Prompt friendly staff. Another example of a regional store applying a national policy. an example of this is our children just got out of school and the store is running all kinds of back to school equipment sales. This might be appropriate for people that live in the midwest or the East Coast but in the north west-- totally out-of-step
Decent selection and pricing.
The store is clean and friendly. I get great help there. Especially in the Print and copy center.
Jose was great 👍🏻 He was super quick to attend me & help me with all the questions I had in mind. The guy in the front was friendly as well and greeted me once I walked in. Never knew they had furnitures until today 😅😭 Some chairs are actually indeed extremely comfortable and some are professional looking with Luxura ( fleather/ fake leather ) for 200$
Mike was so efficient and extremely focused on customer service. He took the extra time to help me with a scanning project and I so appreciate him for that. Mikes a keeper!!!
They were helpful in helping my mom get a new laptop computer
I actually didn’t want to write a review. My experience was so bad I didn’t want to offer this place 1 star. But, when I called corporate customer service, I was told I should have called the general manager first. For that reason, I think it’s important a wider audience know the customer experience they’ll be dealing with. This particular location has an individual at the copy center named James. I should have left when I watched him tell the customer in front of me to “scrap the whole idea” and then walked away. James then walked up to me and told me the only way he can print anything is if I use the computer currently being used by the baffled customer in front of me. But, I really need to print a calendar for my ill grandma.I was having a lot of problems with the ancient computer, but he continually walked away from me. He was rude. I got frustrated but needed the calendar so I dealt with it. That is until another customer walked up and asked James to laminate something. The customer then had the audacity to ask James if he had a hole puncher. The response was, “I don’t know but there’s a 3 hole punch over there. Use that one.” The customer did as I was doing, prepared to accept being treated horribly and pay for it. I got up and walked out. I’m not paying Staples so I can print my own calendar and I certainly don’t need to be spoken to in that tone. Then, to have corporate say I need to address my concerns with the general manager, not with them...forget it! I’ll spend $2 on a local business that is willing to not only look for a hole punch, but maybe even offer to punch the hole! Pitiful and petty. Just sad. That said, I did call the Queen Anne location and ask for help. The individual there said he would do it same day but it would be a 50% up charge. He was polite enough. Since I’ve been trying to get this printed well beyond the 24 hour requirement, I’ve just had 2 awful experiences, and I’d have to bus from Westwood Village to Queen Anne, I declined his offer. I’m not going to pay an up charge.
The staff was very helpful in directing me to what I was looking for.
Items listed on the website as in stock often are not available at the store. Today, besides not finding the item I wanted to buy, I discovered the mens room had a stinking puddle on the floor. Ive visited Seattle public parks that smelled better than the mens room today.
Its a place i copy but they alaminate thats cool
Probably over half the time I go here they do not have the item thats on the Shelf. I bring the empty box up to the register and then they offered ordered online cuz they dont have any in stock. This happens all the time. Im not wasting my time going Staples anymore. They also are constantly understaffed. What a nightmare this location is.
ITS AWESOME EVERY TIME I GO GOT COOL STUFF AND VERY HAPP
Copy Center is hit-and-miss for competency of staff.Sometimes you get someone who knows what theyre doing, and other times you get a person who doesnt even know how to resize an image. The incompetent person I encountered tonight was also very condescending towards me, and made me feel like my business was not worth his time.
Bough a Nexus Tablet and paid with a debit card. Decided to return it 2 days after the purchase. Went to the store and wanted to get cash for my return. They refused saying they can only return the money to the same source it was purchased with. Even though they claim to have Easy Returns and say that If youre not 100% satisfied with your Staples purchase, return it for any reason. That a bunch of bullshit. Crappy service, sure as hell wont buy anything there again.
Besides from the constant lack of stock on their AD items ( you know the ones you see on the newspapers) the store is fine
People that work here are super stupid, the cashier on the return counter was extremely rude & the cashier on the check out had no clue what he was doing, told me theres no return policy on Staples branded items. When I questioned his knowledge, he yelled at his co worker at the next cashier: Hey, no return policy on on Staples branded items, correct??. The other dude was like: 14 days only. Fyi & as it states on Staples web site, the item I purchased is a Staples branded item with 7 years warranty, item #1680368 model #28361. I have printed the web page & will be saving it along with the box & reciept so I can get a new chair in 6.9 years.
Love this store in West Seattle always friendly and helpful
I walked in once looking for portable speakers. The short more elderly lady walks up to me and asks what i was looking for. I respond im just looking, she responds you cant do that and kicked me out. Was it because i am a minority? They are racist and rude. This was on July 26th 2016
Ive never had luck with Staples. Why do they make doing business so difficult and are so rude. Walked in no greeter, couldnt find anyone to help me. Wondered the store for what I needed, greeting card, ink, envelopes, markers, and to ship an item. With the guy behind counter acting as if I should know know they dont do fedex since I had a shipping label, pointing vs talking to me. Then I was like its okay theres a post office in the same parking lot expecting him at least finish my transaction. No he asked me to move so he could help the next customer after waiting 5-10 minutes just for him to be available.Next time Im just driving the 4 miles to Office Depot. This place is a joke
The person I spoke with wasnt knowledgeable about the products, didnt want to refer me to anyone else & pretty much didnt want to be bothered. They just lost a customer, Im taking my business somewhere else!!!
Always great customer service!
Cheap, fairly easy DIY printing & copies.
April 15th 2015 this store has gotten even worse. I could not even call them...their auto phone tree left me on hold for 10 min and then put me through to the WRONG dept! That live person was supposed to transfer me to the correct dept but again I was on hold for 10 mins.
I could not help responding to the person who said service was hit or miss at the Copy Center. Josh, who is frequently working when I use the Copy Center, is knowledgeable, ruthlessly efficient, quick, kind and polite.
Good service! I like it
Copy Center in the morning is fantastic service mon-fri.. otherwise the rest of the store is pretty terrible. Bad service, bad attitudes and poor service and poor product knowledge!
Staples. You must wake up. The online stores are here to stay. The last thing you got is how you treat your customers, and OK is not enough anymore.
One of my best choices for office supplies, but sometimes staff is not very well informed. Difference of information in website and in store.
Helpful staff and well maintained store.
