Ordered a panel ready 84” high c 36” wide, Kitchen Aid Refrigerator, in August 2020, this was a special order. Amber at ABC went the extra mile and today August 20 2021, three installers took my old unit & installed the new. Excellent installation along with my monthly calls to update.I recommend this organization highly.👍👍👍

Four stars because I had an emergency and I got in and out of there quickly. My dryer went out with a wet load in the dryer and a wet load ready to go into the dryer behind it.I walked in the door though and I thought they were going out of business. There was very little inventory on the floor. I didnt have much to choose from. Really I didnt have any choice to speak of there you only had about five dryers on the floor. Three of them were small ones which werent going to work for me and the two larger expensive ones were my only options. They told me there was a national shortage and that this is just the way it is right now theyre getting in stuff every day as fast as they can but its going to be like this for a while.At first I thought I had made a mistake by coming there I had looked up some options on Home Depot on Lowes so when I got back home I pulled them up again and actually put them in my cart and when I did I discovered that even though I thought they were in stock once they went in my car I realized there was a couple week lead time on pretty much everything I had looked at.So I guess no matter where I went I would have only had a handful of choices.By the time I had finished the transaction it was already loaded on my trailer I strapped it down and went on my way.I unceremoniously dumped the old dryer onto my lawn, And its carefully as I could leverage the new one up onto the porch and into the house. It was hooked up and drying my sopping wet laundry in no time.

Needed a dryer belt for our maytag called first to see if they had it ! They did went down next day and picked it up. Very helpful on the phone!

First off, out standing customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the part number the representative needed and she didn’t even need to look it up. “Yes we have that” You can’t get that customer service at Home Depot or Lowe’s, next time my appliance breaks or I need to replace something they have my business. I highly recommend checking them out for parts. I bet they keep a better stock supplies than a junk dealer on Tatooine.

Awesome company. My washer broke and was still under the warranty, The manufacturer refused to help me and sent their service provider out multiple times who didn’t care and couldn’t find a problem, my washer hasn’t been working properly for months. I called ABC And they came out and found the problem within 5 minutes. From amber, Tim, and Larry they were very nice, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. This company will be my only recommendation for appliances and repairs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked about parts for a Samsung dryer and I got the dirtest look and a quick snap of We dont carry Samsung parts I guess they dont order them for customers or or even give a helpful or even polite response. I never expected to feel so stupid for going into an appliance part store and asking for an appliance part. Thanks ABC Appliance for making things just a little harder for this Army Veteran.

We purchased a refrigerator after the salesperson indicated she had done a price comparison and ABC had the best price. We took her word for it and purchased the refrigerator to find out they were $100 more than Home Depot Store. Lesson learned do your own price Comparison. We did bring it to her attention her response, she had looked on line Not the weekly sales. Too late cant help you out. So we left and took our Business to A Mom & Pop shop in Okeechobee to purchase a stove, washer & dryer. Much better prices and Honest people. We like to support the local business to keep them in business but those that are deceiving you get what you give.

Very experienced and VERY knowledgeable sales staff. Have not had any issues any time I have ever went in there like the other reviews state. Very reliable and dependable service. And for the record, they are less than half of what Sears would charge!!! Very reasonable and timely!

Probably wont buy here again. I have purchased several appliances from ABC. Always items we carried out of the store. I was even hesitant about writing this review, but here is what happened. I went in on a Saturday to purchase a refrigerator for a house we are building. There were two sales ladies working. I would have to get the one that was snippy and just on the border of being rude. I always try to be pleasant to anyone I deal with. But for some reason I felt like this sales lady took a disliking to me. Whatever. I picked out the refrigerator gave her my information and had to ask her about a service agreement on the appliance. Which she begrudgingly looked through a bunch of cards in a drawer and finally came up with the right one. Boy I sure hope I never need to use this considering some of the reviews I have read here. When asked when I wanted the appliance delivered again she made me feel like I was taking up her valuable time and she didnt want to be bothered with me. Sorry if you dont like me lady but glad to say I didnt treat you the way you did me. Anyway I ordered the appliance with an ice maker. The appliance was delivered but the ice maker bucket had been left out. So I called the store and spoke with a gentleman named Larry who was very nice and pleasant. I decided to stop over to pick up the ice maker as we had a lot of running around to do and didnt want to wait for the delivery guys to come back with it. I was happy that I didnt have to deal with my sales lady when I went to pick up the ice bucket. Maybe she was at lunch. When we did get all the pieces to the ice maker we found that they hadnt tightened down the water line coming in that they had installed. We had a small flood which we fixed right away. But over all it was the first really bad experience I have had with them. But it was the sales person who really cinched the deal so I will look elsewhere I believe next time I need an appliance. I dont ever want to deal with her again.

I was unable to afford the item I needed here but they were helpful and at least they had it in stock. I would recommend them to anyone I know who isnt on a fixed or lie income.

Great Service

Poor customer service...they tend to be rude. Paid for repair the refrigerator, waited more than a week for the part, paid very high amount for the it and the installation fee, then they did not allow me keep the old part said that I had to pay an extra amount to keep it. The techie Scott runned out the door with part. Very unpolie. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

They are sweet as pie when they are selling, nasty as hell when you complain....both of the used washer and dryer i bought failed in less than a year, a repairman said they replaced parts with other used parts that were not compatible. Nearly burned my house to the ground.

Worst customer service ever! Amber was rude called me names and lied to my husband and myself. The technician told me my appliance was working and when it wasnt I called and the tech Scott said he never said that. I was told I would be getting a refund for the part I paid for that did not fix my issue, that did not happen either. We were told the owner was going to personally look at our issue and instead he told my husband be my customer or go to Lowes. I will be going to Lowes! I can not say one good thing about my experience.

Extremely displeased with the tech that came out to look at my washer that was giving an error code about the draining process and he refused to listen to me when I tried to tell him how the issue happens instead insists he knows what he was doing by reading a manual ...... and when I asked if it makes the error code what would happen then and he couldnt answer my question ! Do not use this company waste of time and money !!
