I needed a washer and dryer i had differents offers but i didnt have a pick up to get em so when i passed by his store and ask them if they could bring em they said yea they said that theyre stuffs where fine and when i got em the washer was dripping water and the dryer only worked on medium volume when i called him he said i was wrong and i didnt know nothing about it i tell him to gave me my money back since he didnt tell me he was gonna exchange them for good ones he got so rude and he left my house without a word even said he left the stuffs and tell me to go to the court he didnt waned to provide his business card or name always coming without notice and for 3 times he didnt show up when he said i was never pick up calls or text this is a very sad situation for the community where we have somebody that has a business and act like this Im a single mother at the moment Im pregnant this is a very stressful. Situation i paid him 260.00 dollars

This is the first review Ive ever written but felt compelled to say a few things about Good Deals Appliance and Furniture owned by Lenes (Lenny). I got a great deal on a washer/dryer combo but not only that because he delivered them the very same day for FREE and also installed them for FREE. The plug on the dryer was different than the receptable I had so Lenes went back to his shop and 20 minutes later, came back with the correct plug and replaced it for FREE! I dont know what else the guy could have done to make me happier as he went above and beyond what anyone elae would have done. Wanda (who wrote the crappy review) Do you think you were just having a bad day and took it out on the appliance man? I cant imagine him not doing whatever he had to in order to make a happy customer. Im sorry Lenes and hope this review helps you out..... Denise

Bought a Frig and stove for $400 plus $50 delivery. FRUG makes noice and one burner on stove doesnt work.Within 3 weeks, Ive visited the shop 4 times, each time with him telling me he will come out. He came out, but at 6:53pm and another at 7:41pm and another was a no-show. Sorry, thats unprofessional. Im a single woman in a new town. Im Not letting a stranger in my house after 5-5:30pm.He will be served with Small Claims paperwork in 2 days...when I can take time off of work (Im already out 3 days of work for his late and no shows)
