Good products and great service. Store mgr. RICK Gainous is fantastic and runs a great operation.

This particular Sears has never been really busy the whole time I have lived here. They have good quality merchandise and the Craftsman brand is always a good choice. Its sad to see this store is closing but I suppose it is a sign of the times.

I really am going to miss this place. I have a lot of personal memories that took place here. I never had a bad experience here. Will miss a lot.

Sears Automotive is a best kept secret! Quality work at very reasonable prices. Manager & staff were very knowledgeable & found an easily fixable problem another mechanic had completely missed. Highly recommend!

Guy outside smoking a cigarette. No cars in lime I pull up in my van and tell him I need an pil change at 1 p.m. and he says they are backed up. Wont let me make an appointment. I tell him I can wait he says, no point. Whatever. Wont go back and we live less than a block from there! Very unprofessional!

Im so sad Sears is closing, but what a fun way to shop!!! 50%+ off, means awesome finds. Theres still the whole store full.

Real helpful employees. Two gentleman helped me load purchase in my car. The bathrooms are clean as the rest of the store. I always shop Sears.

Searching for Sears brand item and they didnt have any in stock, Mower blades. Why dont they just shut their doors. It gets smaller every time you enter and the sales people dont want to be bothered.

Bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and three years later, I have to purchase a brand new refrigerator. Apparently theres a leak in freon apparatus. Also, found out that there is only one local repairman for sears products. I recommend that you purchase GE products.

GREAT TOOLS, GOOD DEALS, BOUGHT A NICE TOOL SET THERE, CRAFTSMAN, SOCKETS METRIC, STANDARD, WRENCHES METRIC AND STANDARD, 1/2 & 3/4 INCH DRIVERS, TO MUCH MORE TO ADD.I ALSO BUY MY TIRES THERE FOR MY 2005 FORD 500, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE TO BE ORDERED, THEY USUALLY GET THERE THE NEXT DAY. THEY DO FRONT END ALIGNMENTS BRAKES AND MORE. GOOD MECHANICS.

I called and made a last minute appointment to the auto center and they got me right in. The auto service workers are very informative and provide great customer service.

I ordered something on line and it was missing a part, brought it to Sears and they replaced..no questions asked. Easy transaction.

Great crew members, terrible manager. He always targeted me and made it very tough on me,when it came to certain mistakes. I asked one of my friends that worked there,and he had made more mistakes than me,he left the mens register for a long period of time,he missed work a couple of times as well,he also took an hour break! Keep in mind,he has only been there for about 3 weeks at the time of me working there! Majority of those costly mistakes should have resulted in termination,but Scott decided to fire me.-Terrance

Going out of business sale. Liquidation company was asking 50+ dollars more than advertised price for a grill.

If we had looked at Sears first we could have bought our new Samsung electric range for about $100 less than at Lowes.

The store is going out of business so items are marked down but there is not a lot of inventory in the store

Womens and mens underwear were all mixed up. Styles and sizes in both sections were so badly mixed I gave up and left to tired to shop anymore. The few salespeople were busy checking out customers. Its not their fault.

Still open and fully stocked.
