Very fast service and great price.Unfortunately part of my order was incorrectly packaged so I received the wrong parts, but after contacting Cobra Transmissions and explaining what had happened John A sorted everything out super fast and even double and triple checked with me that I was getting the correct parts before shipping them out to me. Needed a slider for a ZF transmission out of my 1997 Ford F250. None of my local shops had the part and all the online suppliers I could find wanted a pretty penny. I found Cobra through a google search and they had a far better price on the part and VERY fair shipping cost compared to other places. Fast delivery options, there is a “supply chain” warning about shipping speeds on their website but I have ordered from them at least twice now since the start of Rona and everything has gotten here at least on time, if not early.I’m driving a 01 Trooper with the 4L30E bogbox in it, so these solenoids and parts are impossible to find for me unless I wait 3 weeks for an international ship or try my luck at the junkyard.If you’re in a similar boat, this is the place to go. Great business, fair prices, no brainer.

Hy at all, had contact with the cobra transmission support and i must say the supporter Joseph R. did a very good job. He searched for a part of a Borg Warner 4405 transfer case, unfortunately the simple snap ring for the output shaft is not available. It does not matter, but if everyone is so helpfull and envolved, the world would be a little bit better. I can only recommend the shop. Regards Wolfgang

USPS lost gaskets I ordered from Cobra that I needed to get my drift car fixed. Armando from Cobra helped me out and sent me another set of gaskets through UPS without hesitation.

I ordered valves from Cobra after researching my A442F transmission on my 1992 Toyota HDJ81 Land Cruiser. Parts arrived quickly and very affordable! After draining fluid, and opening the pan, I discovered I had the all hydraulic version of this transmission, and my research was wrong! I contacted Cobra describing my delima, and asked if I could return the unused valves. My contact, John A, explained that policy is that Cobra does not return electrical parts (expected) however, since the parts were in original boxes, and never installed, Cobra would accept the valves for return, and refund (unexpected)! What a fantastic surprise to deal with a company who still values customers, and is willing to bend their own policy on the customers behalf! Undoubtedly I will think of Cobra first with any transmission parts needs that arrive in the future.Thanks again John A!
