The New guy Johnny is very compassionate with what he does and how he does it. Easy on the eyes..and proficient. Everyone here is communicable. They dont push you into services you dont feel you need.

Dont even deserve a one. Ordered a new set of tires on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday at one. Was supposed to be done by 2:30. At 2:30 my vehicle had not been touched . They had time to squeeze in non scheduled cars, worry about food,play. Very little actual work was being done. Gave up and left. Enjoy the extra tires in your inventory. Wont consider tires plus again.

I went into Sebring Tire Plus for an allignment warrenty. Greg informed me that I had issues with my front end and tried to sell me work in excess of $600 I did not need. I took my car to the next mechanic and they were able to allign my care without any repairs to the front end and informed me that Tire Plus is known for this behavior and should not be trusted with your automobile. Greg is very dshonest as is tire plus. May be an o.k. place to buy tires but not very reputable or honest as far as mechanics.

No stars for service. I needed a battery. Made an appointment online and selected the one for my car. I had to jumpstart the car to get there. When I showed up, they told me that they didnt have the battery. I gave three stars because a couple of very nice mechanics came out to help start my car so I could get home.

Had appointment and wasnt on time but it was very very busy when I got there. But everything was addressed and I know what I need to do to my càr I just bought. Everyone is always pleasant and they explain what needs to be done . Thank you for getting me back on the road!

So pleased with the service here - while getting a front tire replaced due to a slow leak they determined that the rim was bent - they went out of their way to find another wheel and replaced everything the same day. They were also very friendly - I will be a long time customer here due to their extra care and quality service.

Making an appointment was very easy and staff was friendly and gave me best offers. Due to covid I didn’t know what to expect. But their wasn’t many customers and front desk were amazing. The whole staff that worked on getting my van back life were the most caring people I’ve met in a long time. This place is where to go when your car isn’t where it needs to be . Face it. You get work done at a tire shop, youre going to be there a while. Call ahead. Make an appointment. The wait wont be bad and they answer all your questions. Be patient and it wont be that bad.

Sooooo slow. 12pm appointment they took in at 1pm started work 10 after.If you make appointment plan on sitting around. I think a person spending this much money should not have to wait this long. My time is as valuable as any others.

The only place we take my fiance truck to get an oil change and get serviced. Nice and friendly staff, they know what they are doing.

If I could give zero stars I would this place has horrible customer service I scheduled an appointment for two new tires on their website got a confirmation and all took a screenshot just in case and when I got there the lady came up with all these excuses as to why my appointment was not showing in the system and told me I would have to wait two hours before I can get service or schedule an appointment for Friday why do I have to lose out because y’all system as soon as I showed the screenshot she should of tried her best to get me in but instead she provided horrible customer service and did nothing to solve my issue

I had a nail in my tire. Needed an oil change, rear window wiper (they didnt have one my last two wiper changes), tires rotated and 1 repaired. I had an appointment for those things. I got an oil change. They couldnt repair the tire, but did not have a replacement. I had bought the tires there. I did get the oil changed, and they put the donut on. I had to to R n R to get a tire. Still did not get a rear window wiper, and had to go back after R n R put a tire on, to get my hubcap Tires Plus forgot to put in my car. I really like the manager, Greg, and feel he is fair and honest. But....

Bought two new tires. I had to come back the next day because they never checked the pressure on the tires and they didnt do a balance. Not happy with the service

I just got back from vacation to see that one of my tires was losing air and my engine light was on . Prior to my vacation I had purchased two tires. I went back to tire plus in Sebring when I got back from vacation an waited an hour an a half so they can tell me it was a nail in the tire. I asked to see the nail. They then switch the story an said something was loose which gave false readings. 😟😟😟 really so basically something went wrong when they put the new tires on the car and tried to lie like it was my fault. Smh. Usually when I come I receive great service but today has me second guessing. if I want to go back for future services

Stopped in with no appointment on a Saturday to get my new Motegi wheels and Falken tires mounted and balanced (did not purchase them there) and they had me all done in less than 30 minutes! Tell me my car wouldnt stay running and when I get there my car stays running that I need a battery and a note alternator and all I really need is a alternator trying to overcharge me for work

The workers there are AMAZING! They are very friendly and knowledgable. Being a female they treated me as a person and not an idiot because its a truck needing work like some places do. The work in a very timely manner and I feel that they are very TRUTHFUL when it comes to the work needing to be done.

As expected anywhere else. Employees are nice and courteous. Chairs are a bit uncomfortable for sitting in there for about 2 hours but I expected to be in there for that long getting new tires.

This Tires Plus in my experience was extremely fair and honest. I had a blown tire and went in asking for two new tires and even let them know I was open to buying a total of 4 depending on price. The Gentleman that help me ... upon inspection of my 3 good tires told me there was no need to replace the other tires. Wow! They did recomend an alignment both at the store and again over the phone after they got the car on the lift. But they didnt push to hard. Overall very good service and friendly. I will go back.

Oil Change price was $25 more than quoted. When the appointment was scheduled they knew what the vehicle was and how much oil it would take. Claiming afterward the additional oil and all the nonsense fees changed the price is B.S. I could have gotten the same oil change at my regular stop but figured the small difference quoted was worth the time and shorter drive. In addition, they didnt reset the oil life indicator. I wont goback and I wont recommend..

Regular price, good work but, not trustworthy. Went for a regular tire rotation and oil change. I was told that my engine and cabin filter needs to be changed. They charged almost $90 each to change but, these filters were about $12 at Walmart.When I showed that to him, he changed the price. I was a regular there and I shouldnt have to do that. It makes me wonder about all those times when I told them to go ahead with the recommendations service that I didnt went in for. Do a quick Google search if youre going to use them!

Ive taken a bit over a week to write this review after the third bad incident at this tires plus. Three times I have had issues and the first two I tried to be kind and give them the benefit of the doubt. The first issue was during an oil change. Somehow during this oil change something was messed up and caused two of the four coils in my car to burn out. I had to have them replaced. The second time, again during an oil change, the technician spilled oil all over the place and did not bother to clean it up. Instead, it was left for me and when I walked to retrieve my car, oil was puddled underneath the car. I had hoped it was from another vehicle and proceeded to leave with my vehicle just for the check engine light to come on. Apparently during this spill, oil got into quite a few places it did not belong and they had to clean my sensors and numerous other things. This left me at tires plus for a total of 6 hours and with a burnt out sensor to my passenger seat. The last issue is in the picture. Took my car for an oil change, I was told the technician couldnt open the hood (I had opened it earlier that morning) when I got to my car, the latch was broken and so was the cable. And they wanted to charge $300 to fix it. No thank you. I will not be back to this tires plus. Brian the manager is rude and very unhelpful.

They are good as long as they dont touch your car.They dented our minivan all up not using the lift correctly,they lied and told me they did my alignment and didnt.The last time I dropped off my wheels to get new tires they didnt balance them correctly.But unfortunately they have the best tire prices in town.

Got new tires, an alignment and some brake work done. Very polite guys at this location, service was prompt and courteous. I have no complaints and plan to return in the future when/if I need work done that is within their services. Didnt mind the 35 minute drive to the location.

I came in with a flat tire and a Firestone warranty. Fixed it, no hassle. Put it back on my car, checked my spare, and rotatedy tue tires (when asked). No cost to me. Great place.

I came to Tire Plus to swap winter tires with track tires for a weekend at Sebring racetrack. The staff is friendly and courteous and I received prompt, fast, inexpensive and well-performed service. They even offered, without me asking, to store my winter tires at the shop over the weekend so that I wouldnt have to lug them around while in town.I would recommend them very highly.

Was at work...started car...stuttering..Went straight to tires plus sebring for diagnostic. ..as walkin...They diagnosed and was completely fixed within 2 hours...nuts amazing...they said quick fix and took $20 off price of diagnostic..no other charges...😊 FOLLOWING YEAR...engine stutter with coolant leakage...$10 diagnosis...very accurate...replaced a/c compressor and minor other hose leak...fixed everything ...noises..idling..leak...overall bill kept shrinking as work was being rendered...jingle bells all the way out pizza on way home
