Every one was super nice. It was pouring rain when I got here and the front desk lady gave me napkins to dry off which was very much appreciated since I was wearing white. Jaleesa was also very helpful since this was my first time picking glasses on my own. Shes super sweet and helpful but not pushy like some people can be. Overall a good experience.

Dr. Rodgers and Jaleesa were awesome! I was welcomed with no hesitation. My paperwork was ready to go and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Full exam and done in no time. Thank you all for being the professionals you all are 🙌🏾! I totally appreciate everything!

Terrible experience been a customer for a few years now & it seems to be getting worse. Pay for glasses & something always goes wrong,it never fails. This time I ordered a new frame & when it was time to pick the frame up it was a totally different frame,different color & a different size. No one called to advise time that my frame was discontinued,they basically just picked me a frame and told me they were ready. Now I’m currently waiting another week to see if they can get the “discontinued” frame in.Major inconvenience.

Jaleesa helped me today. She was phenomenal!!!I hadn’t been here in about 5 or 6 years (because I had to move) and she made me feel like I never left.Loved her knowledge, vibes, and whole demeanor. She wasn’t too pushy or laid back. I wish there were so many more people with her attitude and personality in this world! Jaleesa is GREAT 💙

Im not new to myeyedr but I havent been in a while because of my ins. changing. My ins. has now changed back so I made me my daughter and my husband an appt. I made this appt.2 months ago. The day before my appt. the office called and left a message that said if I dont call them back today to confirm my appt. they would cancel my appt. Of course I got this message after work and they were closed for the day and I couldnt leave a message. I call the next morning and they tell me they had to cancel my appt. because they didnt here back from me, they called me several times. I asked what number they used and it wasnt my number yet they had the right one yesterday. I was so mad by the end of this conversation I told her I was going to leave a bad review and never call me again.

I would like to give kudos to Jaleesa for always having a very positive attitude, and going over and beyond. Jaleesa is friendly and very knowledgeable in her area of work. I’m always pleased with Jaleesa and her assistance with every visit that I’ve had and has never been disappointed. Keep up the excellent work Jaleesa and your positive vibe!!!

This place is horrible. I waited 2 months for my appointment only to be told on THE DAY OF that my appointment had to be canceled. If you can go to a different place, do so.

Great experience from the staff at Myeyedr here in Sebring. My appointment was on time, got all of my concerns and questions answered. Selection of eyewear was incredible. Heather got all my insurance settled and Jaleesa helped me pick my glasses. Awesome staff, friendly and fun atmosphere! Ill be a patient here as long as these ladies dont change!!

I went to get my glasses tightened. After it was done I asked “are they straight”? He said “yes”. They are more crooked and uneven then when I walked in. I was visiting the area and will now have to go get them readjusted when I get home. I never had such a bad experience before.

Great place they took me even though I was an hour late, they still took time to go over all my concerns and helped me make some really great educated decisions. The staff was wonderful and the doc. Had a great bedside manner.

Been sitting here for 1 hour and 20 mins they screwed my glasses up and now I have to get new eye exam 😫 never again I will post this on Facebook to let others know not to come here

Terrible experience for not just myself my family as well. They over charged my daughter and never corrected it! I myself had to go back 4 times for them to correct my prescriptions on my contacts, the Dr insisted on two different prescriptions, which I have never needed in 15 years of wearing contacts, that resulted in terrible headaches and terrible depth perception. The prescription sunglasses I bought there keep going flat and I cannot wear them, have to take them back so the can “reheat” them?? This was only temporary, they suggested every once in awhile bringing them in... terrible customer service. And the girls at the reception desk were incredibly stuck up. Not one time did they smile at any customer that came through the door.

Best eye Dr I had an eye infection and I went as a walk in on a Monday morning at almost 9am and I was finish at 9:30am the doctors there are awesome

Very professional, glasses prices a little high compared to what you might see by just ordering glasses from the web. If you need a complicated prescription however, its worth paying the extra money. Husband needed a special set of glasses with a specific use and they fixed him right up

Have My exam and glasses there After 12 days i foud they arrive the day before no courtesy callwhen I try the glasses I could not see, they try to convince me that I need to get used to to keep them i refused then they said the factory mistaken swish the lenses, wait 11 more days, they came worst, they saidcome back in in 6 day to see the manager or the doctor, because they are just salesman could not help Me. been calling Corporate, nobody answer.
