Wow! The whole staff treats you like an old friend, like you are part of the family, and not just a number! I wish I had gone there to begin with! Highly recommend them!
Had an eye appointment this afternoon and exam went well. Picking new glasses and was given ample time. I had to bring my old glasses for repair. Guess what she’s asking for??? $75.00 for placing the old lens to the new frames. $75.00 for just a labor and no materials. Unbelievable. Never again. Not bringing my family back there anymore.
Nothing but the highest praise for Dr.Sevigny and staff.The doctor has not only cared for my eyes but also has helped my overall health by connecting his optic findings with signs and symptoms of bigger health issues. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Mom had to make a new but urgent appointment, they took her the same day she called! They took her back, saw one of the optical assistants and then Dr. Sevigny spent a good amount of time with her, getting to know her as well as her overall condition. He gave her more info than any other optical doctor had given her in the past. She was thrilled and happy to be in his care.The nice lady in the retail side was also very nice helping my mom choose frames.A big thanks to all for helping my Mom!
Wowwww!!!I had to share my experience here after several visits there over the last ten days.One of my moms nurses recommended the place as I desperately needed new glasses but have been avoiding it for years and years.Not only did they get me in sooner than the rest of the competition but I had my glasses in just over a week.Most importantly, I wanted to brag on Lauren, one of the eyeglasses stylists/specialists there. She is the reason I would happily go back in there in the future. Her personality and stellar service won me over to the company many times. The doctor I saw was ok and left me yearning for a more bubbly personable physician, but Miss Lauren was my very next contact once I was done with my prescription adjustment and her kindness and fabulous knowledge and patience made for a 100% glowing experience.The reason I decided to leave a review was because the evening my glasses came in I noticed a very small scratch on my non-sunglasses pair which I’d only just removed from the case and cleaned off for the very first time. I emailed Lauren that night to say we’d be in the next day to show them the problem and she literally got back to me after hours with assurance and insistence that they would handle the problem.She most certainly did the very next day.My confidence in Sevigny is 100% again and I personally would only deal with Lauren Ball because she is a stellar representative for their company. Great relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful. Knowledgeable employees. Quickly served. In and out within an hour for eye exam and new glasses.
I went in with my two year old not really knowing what to expect. I was very impressed with how quickly his doctor was able to perform things on a toddler who was unwilling to sit still. I can’t thank them enough for making things so easy on us both. This is where all of our future appointments will be!
Coming here for 4 years.. Dont really feel like they are doing enough about my daughters eyes and if they are then they surely lack patient communication skills. Prices for glasses are ridiculously expensive. I like the waiting/play area for the kids and they let her pick something from the treasure box but I have a hard time liking anything else. I will not be coming back.
Very detailed and thorough!The eye dr was extremely thorough in her examination of my daughters eyes. I was impressed with the Information and patience that she gave to my daughter during her eye exam. Also price was great!
I called to reschedule an appointment for my mom and my sister because they wanted to see the optometrist sooner in the late afternoon. Instead, Dolores who is at the front desk became agitated of my call and was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. She claimed that I am not allowed to make an appointment for my family, and was blaming my mom for changing her mind regarding the appointment. She was the only one who had initially made the appointment for them when I had first called and now all of a sudden she changes her mind and decides that they would need to sign a release to grant me permission to make their appointment. This has never happened before. We all have been a patient of Dr. Robyn Russell for over four years now, and this is the first time in my life that I was treated with such a high level of disrespect. She even stereotyped against my family and asked if they even speak English. It was insulting. Being a patient of Sevigny for so long, only to get treated like this by a new employee has made me lose respect. I know Im not going to go back there and my family wont as well. Its such a shame that Dolores was even hired here because she has misrepresented the entire staff of Sevigny who are always courteous and friendly. Be aware of this person if you make an appointment!
Doctor Russell was amazing. My husband goes here as well for his contacts. The staff treats us with so much respect and hospitality. Definitely recommend!
Worst experience of my life at an eye doctor. I have worn contacts since I was 16 and tried going to soft lenses, Dr Black failed me, then fitted my daughter in her first set of contacts and they were to tight and creating ghost veins. Dr Anderson was great but the staff while I went thru a year long process to give soft contacts a real try, made mistake after mistake, would be rude until they would realize the error and then apologize. Ordered glasses while wearing soft lenses, when I went back to the hard lenses, they told me I would not be able to see out of them now because hard lenses change the shape of the eye. They told me to come back in a few weeks and they would fix. Sadly I was so distraught with my time at that office it took me months to go back, never once did they tell me I had to exchange those glasses in any time frame, just come back. Then they wanted to charge me for a new pair, so I have $500 pair of progressive glasses that I cant see out of. Of course has Mark Sevigny called me back after the first major issue to see if things have been worked out. NEVER in my life have I been labeled a problem customer like that staff has CLEARLY labeled me, which is why it took me so long to go back to get the glasses fixed.Their phone system is a mess, that should have been my first sign not to go there. This company is in a very UNCONTROLLED growth mode, dont get caught in it!
My experience has always been pleasant. Dr Peltzer was veryv informative. I love that they have recently changed optical and offer more name brand frames.

Everyone was very nice an professional this is my first time I will be receiving prescription glasses so I am anxiously waiting to see how they will be when I put them on in a few weeks when they come in. It was a pleasant experience I have no complaints today
I made an appointment. Got there 20 minutes early. Waited an entire hour and no one ever called me up. I had to cancel the appointment. So annoyed that I really need glasses bad and now I have to wait longer before I can get them. Ridiculous. Definitely avoid if possible
Competent and growing. I appreciate that they are independent and have some non-luxottica brands. Prices are higher than larger competitors.

I hadnt had my eyes checked for 50 years, but was impressed with the care my mom recieved when I would take her to Dr Sevigny. So I decided it was time to get a check up. I had no vision insurance, or so I thought. The assistant at the desk asked to check my medical insurance and sure enough my examines and tests were covered with copays. I appreciate her help! From the Dr thru all the staff, I was very happy with the care and insight I got. Another plus is Saturday hours so I didnt have to take off work. Thank you all!!
Another excellent visit at Sevigney & Associates in Sebring. The staff is very attentative and caring. Dr. Mark is the best! Wait time was minimal before seeing Dr. Mark. Exam was thorough and all questions were answered. The optical department is top notch. Many frames to choose from including budget friendly styles. The entire visit to Sevigney & Associates was five star.

Where to begin. First the customer service was a joke. We were the only ones there and all the rep did was point to a section of glasses and tell us they were the childrens. Turns out there were more. Never tried to help with sizes. Never suggested anything. Would not give us the pd. Then when we picked them up it was obvious they did not fit well. After no help from them. I paid another store to get the fit better. Save your time and money nothing to see here.
Dr. Daniel Black. Not even one star. Worst optometrist ever. Said my vision was so bad he could take away my drivers license. Wanted to refer me to a specialist who I mentioned I didnt want to see again. When I went to get my glasses, the prices were outrageous and a two week wait for them. I left the office in shock. Went back today and collected my prescription, records and got refunded for the glasses. Never again will I go there. His name isnt even listed in the associates or the website. Now I know why.
