Best AT&T store. Very professional and helpful staff . Jim & Osman are very kind and helpful .Jim helped to resolve a billing issue that I encountered while upgrading a line few months back. Even though I moved from Secaucus, I drove 30 miles here to upgrade to pro max .

Jim helped me with an issue with my iPhone for about 2 hours. He was so patient and kind throughout. Highly recommend!

The coworkers are happy to help and speaking with a respectful voice while helping.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. I recently had to go to upgrade my mom’s phone. Jim, the manager who took care of me, has a great personality and was very helpful, knowledgeable and super patient. In the past I’ve also worked with the other salesman and he’s great as well. Sorry I forgot his name! But he’s awesome too.It’s also important to mention that I felt safe in the store as it is kept very clean and they have hand sanitizer available for the customer’s use.I have an AT&T store closer to home but I rather drive the extra mile to go to this location where I know these guys really know what they’re doing and are always looking out for the best interest of the customer.

Went there after reading all the good reviews it had, I had a HUGE issue that had me going in circles for hours trying to fix my line and activate my phone, I was told I needed a new SIM card for my new line and my new phone, I was told it was free for new service and to pick one up and have them help me activate it I got to the store explained my situation to the guy in the store he said he needed special permission to sell me a SIM card and then came back and told me I needed to pay $5 for it, I didn’t want to start a fight so i decided to just pay it just to have the other store I went to tell me they charged me just to take my money as with new service SIM cards are free. The person in the store was rude, completely unhelpful and didn’t want to bother helping me with my call until the AT&T rep on the phone (he gave me a number to call myself) told me to hand him the phone to make him help, the guy in the store had an attitude told me how I should have explained the situation to the rep on the phone then said he couldn’t do anything for me and I needed to go elsewhere. First and last time I’ll ever go here. The Edgewater corporate store is amazing, take the further drive and save yourself a headache.

I originally went to this store just to pick up an order. When I found out that the online order was wrong I had to go back. The manager Jim and associate Osman were absolutely perfect. Them helped me fix my problem and were kind and had great customer service.

My husband has been wanted to upgrade his phone and we had been in at least 3 over stores and I have called ATT directly and NOONE give us the information and the time that ALEJANDRA AND JIM gives us at their local store. Alejandra know exactly what she was talking about . She helps us get the best deal to get the New Note 20 and recommended several accessories and let us take advantage of the buy 2 get one free deals . Explain in great detail the changes I needed to do in My account to save me some money. We are gratefull, we left the store with a brand new phone, accessories and with savings . I appreciate all your help guys and we’ll for sure be referral people your way and we’ll see you soon when it’s time to upgrade my phone .. thanks again

Have to be honest, i have at&t but i dont like it too much.....However, I went into this specific location and the salesmen couldnt have been more helpful! They were very patient and helped me re-set my new phone from beginning to finish. I highly recommend this location!

Ive been with AT&T my whole cell phone life (since back when it was cingular) and this might have been the best experience Ive had in store. Decided spur of the moment to get a new phone and number. I wanted the Samsung Galaxy S10 in white so I called ahead to make sure they had it. They did so I went in to pick it up. I waited less than a minute before I was helped and the guy remembered me calling in about the phone. He was able to help me get a new number with my hometown area code and made sure to give me all the options for how I wanted to proceed with my current line. He was even able to waive the activation fee for my new phone. Very helpful!

Well, it offered a curbside pickup but was taking too much time for that so I have to walk in.

An abysmal, abysmal place with god awful customer service. First of all, if you go here, prepare to get dirty looks if you are not of Arab descent. They will provide service, but only with a massive attitude problem coupled with dirty looks. They will make you wait an extraordinarily long time before they even get to you. Customer Service is of no concern to the proprietor here, and he makes no apologies about it. The manager will also bring up topics like 9/11 while having conversation with his coworkers in a lame attempt to make any American feel uncomfortable and awkward. I have no problem with anyone of Arab descent, but the proprietor here is clearly of an older generation and wears his racism on his sleeve for all to see. I am also in the process of writing a letter to AT&T corporate.ANY Other AT&T store is better than this one. Seriously.On the flip side, if you want to put yourself in the shoes of someone who has experienced discriminatory practices by a racist establishment, this is the place to go. I’d consider taking students here so they can get a taste of what it was like being a second class citizen in the 60s.

Absolute dishonest store manager. He was constantly lying and trying to scare me to add a new line When I went there to get help with my existing line. From what he spoke it didn’t appear he had basic knowledge how phone works. At the end he didn’t do anything since I didn’t take additional line from him. That was complete waste of time and energy. How AT&T intend to provide good customer service through such dishonest stores.

This is the best AT&T store ever. Very HONEST not like some other stores I have been to, transparent as can be which is helpful.

Horrible. Tried to get a charger using my corporate discount. First employer said it only works in corporate locations. Second employee said it only works online.Based on the reviews it states all systems are aligned with at&t corporate so Im confused as to why my discount could not be used.Waste of time. Do not shop here.

I absolutely love the service at this store. I personally do not like going into phone stores but anytime i need specific help I prefer to drive over and meet with the representatives who are so generous and helpful any time. What a fiasco. Trying to help a friend today with a lost phone problem, we spent over 3 hours in the store. In that same time, two other customers sat and literally took up residence with employees. Im so glad we are with a different carrier who values the consumers time and problem solving.

They tried to take an additional $200 per phone when all I had to do was pay taxes. Then they wouldnt give me my application or reference number. DO NOT GO! This isnt a real Att store. Go to corporate store. Youve been warned

Worst customer service ever seen in a at&t store

Went to this store because I need it a SIM card for my daughter’s new phone; for some reason the incorrect- SIM card came with it, call AT&T they said to go to the nearest store and pick one up; at the store, they look at me like I was lying; give me a hard time ; told me I cannot give it to you in a nasty way ; I just walked out I will never will go back to that store
