Go to this store and ask for Brooke. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. My husband and I are seniors and she was very patient and understanding, spent a great deal of time with us and explained everything we needed to know in a way that we can understand. She’s the best!!
I came here with my dad and sister to buy new Iphones. We made an appointment and dealt with the employee named Alex. We told him we wanted 128 GB phones. We told him this multiple times. He even wrote it down on the sheet of paper with the payment plan. A few min later he came back with the phones we asked for. We were visibly excited to unwrap the phone and feel serotonin. BUT then he tells us the phones he brought out were 64GB. Like why would you write down 128 and talk to us as if we are about to get a 128 GB phone and then give us a 64. Alex, just tell us you don’t have them and don’t bring anything out. Do not give customs false hope.
I had an amazing experience at this Verizon location. I was helped by Terrell and he truly went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful and knew everything about anything. Such an amazing salesman and person. His customer service skills surpassed my expectations. Terrell did everything he could to not only make sure I got the product I wanted, but he was patient enough to break down the things I was confused about. If I ever have to return, I hope to be helped by Terrell again.
I had an appointment from 2PM-2:30PM today. I arrived at the store at 2PM. We were checked in by an employee when we arrived. After we were checked in we waited around the store for 30minutes. Not one employee spoke to us or even acknowledged our presence. Frustrated and disappointed by the complete lack of care or initiative by all of the employees we left. What’s the point of requiring people to make an appointment in advance if it doesn’t expedite the in store experience at all? This location is a joke.
Was told couldn’t enter with my 13 year old daughter due to corona virus capacity. Only one customer at a time. So I said I’ll wait for another customer to leave and was told I can’t. Asked if 5 people left can I go in and was told no. Only one at a time.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The service in secaucus was absolutely disgusting and not helpful at all. Listened to everything the sale team said and the GM and showed them my phone and they both walked away because they did not know what to do. Completely incompetent and did not even care that you are there. Uneducated service and rude. Do not waste your time absolutely disgusted with service and considering leaving Verizon because of how poor the service was.

I bought my phone 8 month ago in secaucus store I was treat it, very pleasant with a smile from ear to ear...I need it tech support is totally different. Short staff, better training it would be beneficial.
I walked into this store in distress. My iPhone was stuck in a boot loop and I was 100% sure my phone was not backed up. I was so upset, thinking I lost all of my 22,000 photos, contacts and more. Not only did Jason calm me down, but helped me get a new phone and was able to recover all of my stuff! Thank you so much, Jason! I was so happy I bought an apple watch too!
By far the absolute worse Verizon store. The service is trash. Me and my parents have been Verizon customers for over 10 years and we had an awful experience. They send more time talking amongst each other and eating in the break room than helping out customers. And constantly blame the wait on an understaffing issue. HIRE more people. Save your time, energy and money and go to the Edgewater Verizon location. They are the best. The customer service at the Edgewater location is TOP NOTCH.
The representative I had was patronizing and rude. Poor customer service. Theyll get the job done but not before they piss you off first. With a bit of patience and basic understanding of modern technology, activation, phone data transfers, and troubleshooting can be done at the comfort of your home through Verizons online system. Dont go to this store, absolutely horrendous customer service and extremely long wait time for no reason.
This place has horrible customer service, I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted or anything like that. I went to where the iPhone xs was and was waiting for someone to assist me and they were all free. One rep was helping a customer and others weren’t doing anything at all. I felt I was non existent in this location. I never felt so disrespected in my life. And I seriously considering canceling my lines and going to a different carrier.

Instead of saying “ welcome to Verizon, how can I help you?” John is a very nasty manager. He’s very argumentative and doesn’t know how to be professional.

Went to search for a new phone, I used to like when representatives will help you with the set up and everything, now they just sell you a phone and tell you when you get gome follow the instructions and activate your phone, we cant do that here because it takes too much time and our wifi is very slow (arent they suppose to have the BEST network) maybe they didnt have time because it was a simple upgrade (which you paid for) wow verizon

I dont know if these are the same people that everyone else dealt with, but I had a fantastic experience here. This site was having a bit of construction, and they could see that I was confused about how to get inside. One of the customer service reps got up, went through all the doors, and escourted me inside. Of course the things that were wrong with my phone would not manifest themselves for me at that time. (Isnt that always the way?) But I explained my problem and honestly there wasnt much they could do as I had no warranty or anything. I knew it was a long shot walking in.But they did try a ton of fixes and did every they could, especially Jim, and then I left. A minute later Jim chased after me outside in the rain, and told me he came up with a solution. I had a perfect phone in 2 days.
I wouldnt even give you guys a star but it makes me. i walked in and wanted to get a new phone but my spending balance was used up so i couldnt finance it. the lady says to me its not my problem you dont have enough credit and she continued to say how it wasnt her problem. absolutely RUDE. pretty sure her name was Ellen or Helen or something. anyway this was the worst experience ive ever had. i dont know how you people even still have a store with that kind of attitude.
Terrible customer service my son went to pick phone and they did not want to give it to him. I asked to speak with somebody there. They denied, they did not want to even speak with me and nobody help my son further, they just ignored him and went to the next person. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
Good customer service but wait can be long. This is a wireless store so dont try to add home service for tv or Internet since you would be refer to someone and they will call you.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Chauncy. For the last month iv been contemplating if i should upgrade to the note 8 or 9+ from samsung. I also was interested in the watch s3 gear. I work across the street at Bobs Discount furniture. I am a sales associate, so im dificult to satisfy. One day I got Chauncy as my verizon rep. He listened and was not pushy . Answered all my questions. Never rushed me to move on to the next customer,even though he knew i was not buying that day. He actually reached out to me by text to inform me that the promotion of the watch was ending this weekend . So i came in asked for Chauncy, he is vey knowledgable, patient and addressed all my concerns. I ended up taking the watch and phone and very happy with my purchase. But what i was happier with was his service. My experience dealing with Chauncy was above my expectations . Great service. Thank you Chauncy .

The most inexperienced and unprofessional Verizon store associates I have ever met! The service here is quality trash. I wasn’t welcomed, helped, or spoken to. I waited for 45 mins while associates were sitting around not helping and talking amongst one another. When I asked them for help they (3associates) replied “we’ll be right with you.”I’m sure ATT customers don’t have this issue.
Went here for the switch to Verizon and well cover the cost up to $650 when you come from another carrier. Through the buying process I asked multiple times who handled it and when I could expect the credit. I was told the phone trade in was handled by Verizon and not another company. Half of the credit for the trade in phone was put on my line and the other half would arrive 4-6 weeks later. After multiple calls to Verizon and being lied to about them handling it Im told another company handles it. Good luck getting in touch with them or getting the rest of your credit all the do is indicate your receipts are invalid. Returned the phone today and switched carriers. Great job Verizon you got one month of service from me.
Fios sign up has been nothing more thanbait-and-switch game. Their customer service call center transfers you to non-working numbers, hangs up on you after being connected for an hour, blocks your attempt to escalate your complaint to a supervisor, connets you to another department, they lie to get you off the phone by claiming a manager will call you back, and they are completely dishonest. Never should have switched!! #staywithDirecTV
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. the people behind the desk had no idea what they were talking about. they wouldnt tell me how much I would have to pay for a phone out of pocket until they got me to pay 125 ( which I put on my card) and immediately asked for a refund because my out of pocket cost was ridiculous. several phone calls and two months later and Im still waiting for my money back. Ive even visited the store and the same bone heads kept giving me the run around. Im currently on the phone with them right now and if I dont get a definitive answer Im going to my bank and disputing the charge. Verizon service is fast and reliable, but the people at this location are not. and I dont know if my information was mishandled or if this is just the way they do things, but Im super disappointed and looking into different carriers.
I bumped into Shonnel as I walked into the store to pick up device (iPhone SE 16gb) I had purchased online the night before. She seemed very annoyed and impatient as I explained my need for exchange to an iPhone SE 64gb. Unfortunately the representative whom I talked to the night before was unable to do the exchange as the order was already in process and paid for with promo code of $100 & down payment of $130. This representative assured issue would be taken care of since my pick up location was actually a corporate Verizon store. Well let me tell you, these comments below with 1Star review speak for themselves! Shonnel refused to help with the exchange as she said the only way to do so is by going to the Verizon app, canceling order, placing a new order, repaying the $130 down payment, plus a $35 Restocking fee on the UNOPENED iPhone SE 16gb which I hadnt even held or seen. Mind you, Im at a Corporate Verizon Store and I was brushed off and sent to go on my APP to resolve ?!?! I honestly had no time for that as I was back and forth the night before. I decided to take a seat and call 1-800 right from the store to only find out, issue is to be taken care of at the store! The rep on the phone had me ask for the store manager.... To make this short, an Asian man who Im assuming is the night shift manager is just another rude, non-customer service employee who doesnt know how to do his job. Instead of fixing the problem he sent me right back to Shonnel. Guess what? After all, she was able to do the exchange, but unable to add the promo discount of $100 which Id used the night before. Supposedly. Of course it was all a waste of my time as she suggested I call 1-800 yet AGAIN to resolve the problem of the promo and exchange. I decided to walk out with the 16gb device and am planning to speak to store owner and corporate regarding my horrible experience. Never have I experienced such bad customer service in my lifetime. If I could remove the one star Im forced to give just to write this review, I would! Verizon: you have some Nasty people working at his location! You ought to be reevaluating each and everyone of your employees and getting rid of the ones who are being a danger to your business.
