Awesome store, great staff. Went to get a new fone ‘cause mine was stolen. The ladies who sold me the fone and did the initial setup & transfer were very polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very adept in handling all my questions & issues. Then when I went back the next day for additional service, Brian was exceptionally helpful & personable. He, just like Clarissa was outstanding. He handled & navigated all my questions, issues & concerns in exemplary fashion! Thanks guys!
Went in to see if i could use their bathroom. they told me NO but they were nice and helped me get an upgrade to a new phone. very nice people and sound knowledgeable about my questions. still wish they would have let me use there bathroom instead of holding my pee

Very unprofessional sales representative - he was argumentative with my father after making us spend the last two days visiting the store to get his phone to work. Fix the problem or offer solutions rather than telling the customer theyre at fault. Manager had to tell him to chill and proceeded to providing us a refund. Shout out to the ladies who were able to keep their cool and provide actual customer service.
Ordered my phone to the store on a Tuesday. Got notification it was delivered on Thursday. Went into the store Friday and they said it wasnt delivered and that theyd reach out to customer service. Called on Monday for an update and said theyd talk to their manager. Now its the following Friday and I called customer service myself and they tried reaching out to the store but they never picked up (despite them picking up when I called again). Lots of shadiness at this store. Go elsewhere.

The worst shop and worst customer service I have ever seen, the representative whose name is barhain he is a very very bad attitude and he know nothing of what is called client orientation, and the lack of professionalism and the most he lied about that I have to buy an I phone charger for the 12 and the old charger won’t workHe talks like he is the CEO of T-Mobile and know everything, on the contrary he was beyond rude and I left the store so mad and upset, I’ll never deal with T-Mobile again as long they have representatives like that.
I’m removing my 5 stars rating for this store. I live right behind the store, so always I go there. Today a black guy that I never seen there took care of me. He’s really ignorant. Rude. And don’t provided me any information. He don’t really was in the work mode so tried to cut my conversation as fast as possible. Never going again.

Beware of this location. I’ve been there twice and in both cases the employees were either intentionally misleading or incompetent.The first time was to switch to t-mobile. We signed up and everything went well until few months later we realized that they signed us up for extra tablet SIM cards that we were about to start paying for. They never mentioned them during the sale.The second visit was this week. We were thinking about adding a third phone line to our plan. The t-mobile rep said that it will be an additional $10/month, but when the bill came it was additional $20/month.
Terrible service. we walked in to get a phone and the guy didnt even look at us. we asked him when the phone will be in stock, he kept scrolling through his phone and responded “i dont know”. DONT GO HERE!

I just moved into Secaucus and I must say, the employees at this T-mobile store are very helpful and have great personalities. My wife and I are T-mobile customers of nearly 20 years and have 4 lines. Its always a breath of fresh air when you run into individuals providing great customer service.I also want to give a shout out to a standout employee you have over there Ynari. I hope Im spelling his name right. About a month ago, I came in the store with only 10 minutes to closing, just to get some information. He had answers for all my questions and was patient, even with it being almost time to close. Bottom line, I came in for information and left with an iPhoneX, case, screen protector and insurance.So I just want to thank T-mobile and their staff for making the in-store experience wonderful!
I went to upgrade my mother’s phone and was told that the phone I picked was there but they were unable to find it. I ended up having to go to the one in Jersey City. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I was there about a week ago with my son and was helped by a representative by the name of Rhicia. I needed to upgrade my phone and switch my old phone to my sons line. She made my experience super pleasant and quick. When you are buying a new phone you have to wait 15mins for their vault to open and she made does 15 mins fly by. Another representative would have probably just let you stand around and wait. She stood with us. Brought out all the phone cases that fit our phones and took the time to put the new case and screen protector on my sons phone. Once the vault open she was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and also set up my screen protector and case. All the while being super nice and answering all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my T-Mobile needs just because of Rhicia.
Had a very good experience at T-Mobile. I had bought an S7 Edge elsewhere and brought it in to get a SIM card, sign-up for service and transfer my number over from my other acct. An employee named Clara took care of the whole process, answered all my questions every step and was very friendly the entire time.

I wake up and go to sleep researching about new ways to make my clients happy. I tell you, this NEW management and their team at SECAUCUS location knows, I mean, MASTERED customer service. Its more than customer service. They are professionals and they treat you like a Queen and King. This is called hospitality. Our community needs more professionals like you! Attention Tmobile users. If you visited you local branch store and they offered you a promo free appliance for your phome (ie. Case, charger, etc.) Take a look at your bill you are probably slowly paying off that free appliance according to a Tmobile manager at my local branch they never do free appliance promos. Tmobiles customer service doesnt even recognize the promos the employees are setting to sell phones. If you see a free appliance on your phone go to your local branch and fight the charges even if you have to call up customer service right there in the store. Dont let the employees steal your hard earned money just to make a sale.
Terrible place . November I try to buy international plan . It takes me 3 visits and 4 days plus 5 hours on the phone with T mobile until plan was set up . People in the store are not qualify at all . Week ago my daughter get international plan from them . She traveled to Germany and never can use the phone because people from this store set up for her wrong plan .When she came back they tell her that cant return because the put her on pre paid plan . Finally she paid them a whole month and never cant use her phone abroad . Folks be aware of this scam artist which can sale you something but it never work, especially with international plan . I got rip off twice and never ever will use this store again . Stay away from .

I was there for over two hours trying to buy a phone and get service and their computer system was acting up to the point I had a swipe my debit card for different times and it locked me out of my account I had to go to the bank and fix that went back to T-Mobile and still couldn’t purchase a phone but to add insult to injury one of the transactions to go through for $229 and I let them know this they assured me that that will be credited back to my account and never was please help
