The good:Million dollar viewOur coffee was good (supposedly Starbucks). We ordered latte. I asked for almond milk and caramel. All tasted good. Two ladies working there were friendly. The bad:They have not much to eat. They ran out of burritos in the morning (I guess at least since last night). There are no paninis or any good sandwiches you usually find in Starbucks. I had to “enjoy” sad looking tiny overpriced bacon egg sandwich. At the end I wish it was Starbucks.
Had to spend a full day working on my laptop while in Sedona, and Starbites provided the ultimate outdoor working spot. As others have said, million dollar view - but the wifi was also surprisingly capable. I was able to handle calls with video without a single hiccup. There were also a few outlets I was able to use.I wish I could work here every day.
Excellent view of the mountains and good service here for the price of drinks. Family loved it.
Our bagels were stale. When you order the lox and cream cheese bagel, youll be given a toasted bagel and kit to make your own sandwhich. The tomatoes are unsliced. You are paying $10 to make your own breakfast. Pumpkin Spice chai was ok but didnt seem fully dissolved. Somewhat grainy.
In some ways better than a Starbucks but in other ways not so much… still a good place for food, drink and clean bathrooms.
A generally hostile atmosphere from both employees and local patrons permeate this coffee shop. Go if you must - coffee is decent, but don’t expect a pleasant or friendly experience. Added bonus - it’s a great place to rub shoulders with evangelizing anti-vaxers and COVID-deniers!
Guy taking orders was short and moody. Blonde gal who made our drinks was short when we asked for a special milk. We asked for them to be not to hot and they were not. Took one drink back and asked for them to make it again but this time the way we asked for it which again not to hot.. second attempt was hotter yet . Recommend getting nicer people and ones that know how to listen to their customers requests.. typical Starbucks type mentality.. I wish I could rate less than a star and really wish I hadnt gave them a tip.
Great shaded seating on a cozy outdoor patio where I could get some work done while passing through Sedona on a roadtrip. I was immediately greeted by Zan, the friendliest barista you could ever meet. Everyone behind the counter was all smiles and attentive to the way I wanted my coffee. If I felt low coming in, I felt cheerful when leaving. The prices are WORTH IT for home-baked goods and freshly brewed coffee. Beths cheese danish is a MUST-TRY. Overall great experience in a town that has to deal with tourists all day. Would come here again.
Came in toward the end of the day and ordered a few bakery items and coffee. Gluten free vegan item was mediocre at best. The strawberry and cream croissant was tasty. I ordered a tall latte and received Watered down oatmilk that was only about half the cup. I asked for an additional shot and was given half a shot of the second run of the espresso. Poor quality, customer care and mediocre goods. You also can not receive Starbucks points here or use them.
Cool location with great views, but terrible coffee. The advertise Starbucks coffee but it tasted more like what I’d get at a gas station. They need to do better...
Very nice coffee shop in a nice shopping plaza. You can sit at the patio enjoying beautiful red rocks views! I love the coffee there (they serve Starbucks coffee) and also the smoothie!
Starbites coffee is a great little place to grab a good cup of coffee and sandwich or veggie plate and take in the amazing view. The staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Entering this place is like I was a member of the family that came home. I highly recommend this little gem as a must visit when you are in town
I just left star bites . The barista at 7am on December was so rude and disrespectful. My coffee tasted like rust I asked her if she can replace it after only taking a sip . She rolled her eyes and said “I can but you would have to pay for it” I showed her the drink and politely explained I haven’t drank any of it and she left me talking and walked to the cashier and asked me to pay . This is the first review I ever write but I just wanted to a coffee before my hike and didn’t appreciate her attitude .
I liked the place until they hired a few guys who know nothing about customer service their was a young lady there who had great customer service she should have be made manager but as usual alot of business never do the right thing!!
Beautiful area here with good views, most people dont know its here so its like a hidden gem, right next to a grill and some cool shops.
GREAT staff..great menu..great view ...and the BEST turkey wrap in Arizona !....and the coffee drinks and smoothies are off the chart yumminess ! One of my favorite go-tos !
Its not starbucks, so cant use your starbucks card. Drinks taste bad . Like 10 percent what it should. Shelves are empty. Service was bad. I dont know why the 4 reviews are good. I would stay away and drive 5 minutes to a real coffee shop.
Saturday morning with my love
Melissa is amazing great customer service! Great drink options would definitely recommend!
Amazing views
Fabulous views over coffee
