This review is about the CVS websites failure to correctly schedule my vaccine booster shot. Three different times, twice in Sedona and once in Phoenix, I went through all the steps to schedule a Moderna shot, only to have my appointment confirmed for a Pfizer shot. I selected Moderna whenever asked, yet the website kept giving me an appointment for Pfizer. No alert, no warning that it changed the vaccine, nothing. If I had missed this detail, which was in regular text on a screen with lots of other information, I would have gone in for the incorrect booster shot. I called the store to be told that they didnt have Moderna shots. I wasted over an hour during the three attempts, only to come up empty handed. I give my business to organizations who do a better job with health related matters.

Prescriptions take 3+ hours to be filled and staff seem to be busy on phones playing games vs doing their job. Recommend taking business elsewhere. Very frustrating and agree with other reviews about rude staff. Called multiple times to be told if you want your prescription you need to wait to wait till we want to fill it or go without your prescription. Wow. Staff also attempted to assault my wife when she was crying after 4 hours to be told sorry we dont have one of your needed prescriptions and go somewhere else. Staff are unethical and act entitled that you need them for life saving medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever! Bad attitude! Not caring! Moved all my prescriptions to Clarks Pharmacy. They are the best!

The pharmacists were great! They went above and beyond to accommodate me.I highly recommend this CVS and these pharmacists!

Came here from out of town (like many people I’m sure) and needed an emergency prescription filled for my wife. They went the extra mile to have her insurance ran so that we could have $57 taken off of her bill even though they had never seen her out of town insurance before. Definitely happy and felt I was a priority. I have gone to other CVS locations that would just tell me to pay the full price because “they couldn’t figure out how to run the insurance”.

A week ahead appointment for a Covid test ? What if people spread it in meantime ?

Where do I even begin? Was in dire need of a medication and the other pharmacy was out, this pharmacy was incredibly helpful with making sure we got it before the weekend. They Did a whole bunch of extra footwork with the other pharmacy and they were incredibly helpful and courteous. The pharmacist Kyle is truly a professional and went way above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at any pharmacy ever. I literally cannot say enough about them.

I love this CVS. It’s the only pharmacy I use and they are always helpful. The store is newer than most CVS’s and nice layout. I am glad it’s here in Sedona!(And there’s is even an incredible view of the red rocks from parking lot LOL)

Major corporations should know to keep their posted opening hours up to date. I arrived at 7:12am and they still werent open.

Its always clean and the shelves are stocked. They also carry better brands of lube...

25 min wait at the drive-through with only 2 cars in front of me.

My wife and I got COVID tested. My wife, currently 10 days and waiting, I am 7 days and waiting for results. We are both health care workers.CVS service was good. I would however, ask CVS to amend their 5 to 7 day turn around statement to provide people a more accurate timeline. Good news is that by the time we get our test results back we should be near or at the end of our mandated quarantine. Please, please wear a mask... our healthcare PPE,s & manpower ranks are depleted!

Great spot for quick and convenient pharmaceutical needs and also basic grocery items. This location also offers a good selection of beer, wine, and liquor.

Drove ALL the way from Chandler to take a COVID test.... still waiting for the results a week later. Incompetent is the best I can say about minute clinic.

All CVS stores stopped selling cigarettes in 2014 so its nothing new unless you have been loving under a rock. Go to the grocery store or a convenient store if you want cigarettes. This CVS is clean and the staff is friendly and awesome. Its a very quiet location which is nice. We will definitely visit this location again when we visit Sedona.

I called the CVS and it was the most complicated thing to reach an actual person besides the pharmacy. Once they answered, finally, the lady said hello one time and as I ran back to my phone she hung up in my face. disgusting and horrible service I honestly wanna jump through the phone and show her disgusting.

From out of town..Used for first time. Very friendly and fast in drive thru. Reminded me and filled two other prescriptions. Even treats for dogs. Thank you cvs Sedona

On Sunday Shawn & Thomas were so kind and amazingly fast at filling a prescription for my 81 year old mom. She forgot a prescription at home. She was having horrible muscle spasms to the point of tears. They were so compassionate! Thank you guys.

This is such a great drugstore!! Not only did it have everything you need just as youd expect, the service was great and the store is very well kept. Its easily the nicest cvs Ive ever been to.

Friend injured herself and the cashier refused to let her use the restroom to clean up. We were paying customers. So much for CVS caring about the wellness of their customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They did not even ask me for my Extracare Card.

Pretty large store with good variety of brand name products as well as the CVS brand and the people were friendly.

This is the nicest, cleanest, most accessible apothecary in greater Sedona.

Poor customer service and the cashier was rude. They dont sell cigarettes in case you didnt know. They carry a lot of stuff but its overpriced crap. Walgreens is closer anyway.

Why is it every cvs restroom is either down or they don’t have a public bathroom?? I should have gone to Walgreens.
