Often don’t have what I want but regularly return because it’s convenient for me. Went in today and none of the employees were wearing masks behind the counter, and when I asked for help the employee came out into the small aisle without a mask. No respect for public health, will not return.

This is a five-star auto parts store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable friendly and will go out of their way to get you anything you need Napa is always been the top of the heat but this store in particular is a standout.

Very good customer service. Employees are courteous respectful and professional. Would and will shop at the seekonk location again. I dont mind paying a little more for great service and at least in my experience very well worth it. Napa Seekonk has that Mom and Pop shop feel neighborly. Could tell by other customers coming in and the interaction with store staff that they were regulars.
