Twelve oclock was a memorable time for my mother. Her name of the young man escaped her mind as Im sure the young man wouldnt have remembered hers.Though like a rose by any other name, this young man went out of his way to help.In truth the only one who did.This young man was attentive and polite to help her with every step from the;battery replacement after check up,battery terminals, to the proper securing.This man has my respect.She is still taking about even now. Thank you. Mom says hi.

Battery less than a year old and Autozone won’t stand behind their product. “Asst manager” said the 9/20 mfg date doesn’t mean anything and if they went by that they would never make money. Who would have thought Wal-Mart has a better exchange process with serial numbers on the batteries 🤯 not to mention much less expensive. Autozone parts are low quality and the “asst manager” is clearly more concerned with profits than standing behind their product. Thankfully O’Reillys is right across the street.

Typical auto parts store if you can afford to wait its better to order your parts online they are usually over 50% less when ordered versus walking into a brick-and-mortar store

Deeana was ridiculously rude the staff was to they kept refusing to give me money back because she didnt give me a receipt after they turned me down three times because of her mistake an me telling her she didnt give me a receipt she made a fool of herself instead of her apologizing for calling me a liar she said OK I said you were right she was so rude they lost my business

Was able to order a wiper for my vehicle since WALMART, Seguin & Randolph AFB did not carry the item I needed. AutoZone was able to order & delivered the next day without a hitch. Thanks once again for coming through.

I always go to autozone for anything I need for my vehicles. The older lady their today was going through some power trip on where to place battery for testing. Keep in mind she has a portable battery tester. She made us move battery to the spot that she wanted It at and then after that she checked me out and the same place she told me to move from original because “it was not Commerical “ another words their was never a issue on where we were For testing. I mean I don’t get it. I had a friend with me that is African American and I hope that’s not why she was acting like that. Please management check with staff theirs absolutely no reason to play these games with customers. I ended up buying a new battery from their because I really love going to autozone but with employees like that I might go else way next time..

I have always liked autozone especially when Gilbert was there but its all good. There is one older white lady that is grippy and mean she told me to stand behind the blue line in a very bad moon 😤😬. Next to me was a white man leaning on the counter nothing was said to him . The rest of the employees THUMPS UP! !!!

Im not sure of the gentlemans name but he helped me out as soon as he could. Really nice guy. Wish my battery was under the hood and not under the back seat so he couldve changed it out for me. Due to a surgery Im not allowed to lift anything heavy so he took the battery out to my car.

AutoZone is always a helpful place to shop for auto parts. I am rebuilding a custom truck 1936 Ford but with Chevy 350 engine, transmission and corvette rear. Finding parts for the build is not as upfront as one would think. The staff at Autozone are willing to work with me cross matching parts for various models and years to get the fit I need which makes a huge difference. I have used AutoZone for 6 different vehicles Ive owned plus my kids vehicles and have always been pleased.

Been coming to this location for years. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. They will look at tour car to see if they might be able to find The problem. The store has a giant variety of parts and replacements. Every part Ive needed I check here first. The prices are reasonable.

Talk about going over and beyond...I took my 2 young sons to the skatepark to find that one of our skateboards was missing a bushing and nut and washer...I have no clue how to fix any of this and had a very upset boy on my hands. As a last ditch effort, I took the skateboard here to see if anyone could help- and ‘Griff’ came to our rescue!! I explained our situation- he took the time, did alil modifying, and got out skateboard rolling again!!! That day I had the opportunity to SHOW my son, through Griff’s example, what going over and beyond truly means. Because of Griff’s kindness, priceless memories were made at the skate park that day!!! THANK YOU GRIFF!!!

Worker that helped me was so nice..but watch out for the grippy woman yell at you if you stand in front of the blue line...talk about being rude...She yelled real loud at me and emberrased me in front of everybody..im a grown man and yet she yelled at me like a toddler..Sorry i didnt realize there was even a line there..but im even more sorry i didnt go spend my hard earned money across the street at the other auto parts store..

AutoZone is my favorite store in the whole wide world because they treat me as an equal. I walk in with my part numbers and we talk shop laughing and joking sometimes singing to the songs playing over the loud speaker. Over the years AutoZone has helped me fix many trucks.

This store discriminates against people who have a medical exemption covered under the Texas governors mandate.

Awesome service.Broke down with alternator problem while on a trip from VA to TX and even knows the system did not show the alternator I needed due to my truck having an upgrade system they found the one I need & it was cheaper than anyone else. Highly recommend this store.

Have always gotten what we need until recently when we went for a transmission tool. They dont offer too many of those but then again thats a specialty type tool and no other places do either.

Very courteous and helpful at trying to find parts or any concerns that you bring to them there

Come here a lot for parts; sometimes they are very busy, but they recently installed a battery and wipers for my car. I was glad I didnt try to change the wipers myself, because the rear wiper was corroded, and it took 2 guys to change it!

Autozone is good as usual but seems to be stocking less of older car items.

Its a pretty busy location. Im not gonna lie, i have walked out and drive across street to OReileys.

I was the 4th person in line for about 20 minutes for service and in walks this man and the employees says “ Hello Cowboy” he goes gets his merchandise comes back to a register at the end of the counter and the same employee that was working the line left all us standing in line and walks to the cowboy and checks him out next. I was totally in shock. I left the line and was walking out the door the employee said “ thank you ma’am “ What this employee was telling all of us is, I don’t want your money and you are not important to Auto Zone. I will never shop at Seguin Auto Zone.Worst Customer Service I had ever encountered !!!

Believe it or not I saw a rat when I was in the store😰They didnt have what I needed; a replacement brake light for my car, I went right across the street to OReilly and they had the bulb. Needless to say I was not interested in purchasing anything after seening Auto Zone mascot running across the floor😥.

Very helpful, even with small problems like always losing my stem valve tool.
