Employees are usually nice, but there is zero accountability for inventory at the Seguin, TX store. They are out of most things every time I go. Went for wire fence twist tool-outWent for dog food-outWent for varmint trap-outWent for a 16ft gate-outWent for water filters-outToday, I went for a 30 gallon galvanized trash can. They had it, but did not have any of the lids that come with them. Store employee said people walk out with them when they find out we dont sell just the lids. Ridiculous. Hold someone accountable. Im hoping the right person will see this and do an inspection at this store. They are always OUT. The times when I return, they are still out of the mentioned items. Almost like- If we dont have it, we dont have to help you and you wont want to come back. Look at the attached pic of where the trash can lids go. Not a single lid in the bin for ANY of the cans they sell.

We bought a cub cadet zero turn mower and a trailer on October 9, 2021. Heather helped us out with the purchase and she went out of her way to help with changing out the hitch with the correct ball. And made sure the lights were working. We were very surprised and pleased with her work ethic. Her and her team are wonderful and we are going to be doing more business with her in the future.

We caught an attitude from the young cashier on 2 co executive trips so we now take our business to Hild Brothers feed store in Marion and have found much better experience there.

We purchased a Bad Boy 42 through corporation April 24th 2021, which was suppose to be delivered on May 3....did not arrive. Got a notice that it will be delivered on May 7th....did not arrive.I called Nicole on May 10th. She stayed on the line with me and customer support for over 30 minutes. Instead of keeping me on the line she waited for customer support to answer with great help. She called me back to inform me that my mower was going to be delivered that day.If it wasnt for Nicole, Tractor Supply would have lost a large sale.Thank you Nicole....your the best!!!!

Staff are friendly, but they dont care if the store is clean, the bathrooms are nasty to the extreme. It would be one thing if it were stains on sinks and toilets, but there is a noticable layer of black grime that is not a stain which tells me they havent cleaned in weeks. Yuck!!! This isnt the only issue, but it is sure the most pressing one in my opinion.

I so love going to Tractor Supply not just for my ranch but i just love how every one is nice and how they make you feel like family or life long friends. And love how they will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Enjoy talking with everyone and getting some education when i need to know what else i can do to better my animals, farm, or my family.

Every time my husband and l have been to Tractor Supply the employees have bent over backwards to assist us. Today we bought a riding mower but they were just as courteous when l bought decorations for my yard. Their kindness has been much appreciated.

I am still very sorry to this day, My dad and I were trying out one of your swinging seats (I’m not sure what it’s called) and we unfortunately broke it, WE ARE SO SORRY.

We were accidentally charged for an item. When I called and explained the small mistake they gladly told me to come vack and they would fix it. NICK greeted me the second I walked in and you could tell from his tone he handled the situation with a smile and upbeat attitude.

Staff is helpful and friendly but there are seldom any flat carts available to tote out bags of feed, deer corn and protein blocks. Today was the second time in a row that I left without purchasing anything and had to go to a competitor. TSC upper management, get it together!

Things I need! Quick shopping, not the confusion of the big box hardware stores. Plus the people here are knowledgeable. They are not like the clerks at Lowes and Home Depot who dont know the difference between a 2X4 and a sheet of plywood!

This is a store for men and women who secretly, or not so secretly, want to do man things.They dont just have work boots. They have work boots that cost $150 and are worth every dollar.They dont just have wrenches. They have wrenches big enough to undo the nuts holding Texas onto the United States.They dont just have dogs bowls. They have dogs bowls as big as a tire and made out of the same material as a tire, literally.One doesnt go to Tractor Supply to pinch pennies; but to get the specialty tool that will fix a pinched penny that box stores dont have.Want some more metaphors? Absolutely Amazing experience!!!! Called about 5 stores looking for the Cub Cadet ZT1 54” and spoke to a bunch of people. Didn’t really get anywhere until I called Nick at the Seguin store and BOY did I really get help! Spoke to him for about 15 minutes on the phone. Keep in mind it was past closing so they didn’t have to answer the phone but did .... He found the mower for me. It was still in a crate and gave me all the details I needed. Said he would call me in the morning so I would know when it would be assembled. He called and said by 11. I drove all the way from San Antonio and bought the mower. The people at this location are awesome. The other stores should learn from these guys. I will definitely refer people to this tractor supply and have nothing but good things to say. Thank you Nick. I was only there s few minutes to price some things. A young store clerk named Claude was busy on the isle putting stuff up and readily stopped to assist me find what I needed. Very curtious.

Store us smallish, but they manage to have a great selection. Love this store for some of the offbeat home decor items. Big & Tall men can rejoice. They have Carhart shirts and pants just for you. Their pet supplies are great, as are the livestock supplies. They carry routine medicines for pets & livestock which saves vet bills. For those of you squeamish about giving shots to you pets, they also regularly host low cost shot clinics for dogs & cats.

Wide variety of goods as long as you are NOT a city slicker!

Purchased a couple of 10 x 10 kennel covers / roofs. The staff was helpful when they were order and loaded them when we picked them up.Great staff!

Lines long, yesterday even though cashier called several times for back up none came. Neither day did the cashier ask if we were members of the new Points club deal. Today after WE asked was told she would have to do a refund and do the sale over, with the lines we decided not to. Not cool.

Wish they had more knowledgable people there to answer questions. They seem to always be short on staff.

People here are usually friendly which Samantha was kinda except when she tried to sell me b.s. I bought a plant, like the ONLY one not dying and when I mentioned ALL the plants needed watering like its 4 o clock and you can tell only a few plants got watered that day cause the rest the soil is super dry snd plants all wilting. I mention it and she give me an excuse sounding all confident in her answer saying well ya we dont really have the time with the weather we would have to water them like 6 times a day. NO NO NO just once will suffice is you do it right.. I feel bad cause thats like 60 plants that are gonma die when I could have em and care for em. But guess yall dont care. Id even water em for you. But oh well. Today is 5/16/18 And whats sad is thats one of the first things you see when you arrive. A bunch of dying plants. And then knowledgeable people running things. So sad
