Ray is the best groomer! I will travel to get my dog groomed by her!! Not only does she do a fantastic job but my dog LOVES her and is always excited to see her. ❤

I just took my miniature labradoodle to get groomed at Mutt & Joes this morning. They treated him so well and had him in and out in 90 minutes! I also love his cut; they really listened to what I had requested in the beginning! Will definitely be returning.

They did an awesome job with my malamute! Hes so soft, and smells amazing. The coffee is to die for, too! Definitely recommend if you want friendly service and employees who love on your dog as much as you. 😍

We like Mutt and Joe and their groomers. We had to get used to the pick-up policy (we were used to leaving our dogs at the groomers we used in Baltimore), but overall they are very nice and professional, they like our dogs, and I like the variety of services they offer.

Our first time here and they did an awesome job with our pup! Her fur has never looked better! They are no more expensive than going to pet smart, but the service is way better and they dont shove your dog in a kennel and ignore them. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go!

Second time visiting this establishment. I had high hopes and really wanted to like this place. I really did. They were polite on the phone both times. Gave me a great appointment time. Texted me an appointment reminder. Those things were appreciated. The First time I had my dog in they did not do a good job. Areas were missed/not done that I specifically asked to be done. I contacted them next day and we made an appointment to correct the areas of concern. At that point I was happy about the way my dog looked. I decided to visit them again for the same dog (an older labradoodle) a few months later. I paid a good amount of money for a bath, nail clip and face, pads and behind trimmed up. My dog was barely bathed. She had crusty dandruff flakes (after being bathed) when I took a close look at her scalp. The inside of her ears were left dirty. Her face was not trimmed at all. I asked for a deep scrub (multiple times) when washing her. Yes, she was pretty dirty. That was simply not done. I am once again disappointed in the way my dog looks and I will not be back. I know after reading reviews that others have had positive experiences. Im happy to hear but unfortunately my dog did not and both times they failed to meet my reasonable expectations..

Great customer service and my husky loves going. They even come out to your car to grab your dog so you can stay distanced. Transaction done over the phone as well. Great place with a great service.

Mutt & Joe is THE BEST! I have been taking my Labs here for the last 5 years and they actually cant wait to get out of the car and run inside to see their groomers. Andy, Elissa and the rest of the staff absolutely LOVE dogs and it definitely shows in their work. And you get to drop them off and go right next door for their amazing coffee! If you are looking for a local groomer who will love your dog like their own, then you must try Mutt & Joe! And if you dont have a dog, stop by for a cup of coffee!

Horrible job on grooming my dog and they cut fur even though I told them not to and he looks horrible

Ray is the best and my dog LOVES her. My dog is always so happy to see her and comes out such a happy handsome guy. 10/10 I will never see another groomer other than Ray.

I had a little trouble making an appointment because they dont have online appointments and I am unable to call during work hours, but when I did get an appointment, I was very impressed. They had my dog bathed, brushed, blow dried, nails trimmed, pads trimmed, and a sanitary cut done in exactly an hour as they said. The moment I opened the door, they had my dog walking out into the lobby because they recognized me even as a first time customer. They gave me a report on how she behaved. I was very impressed with their fast service. My dogs nails were also perfectly trimmed. Very impressed. The coffee shop is still serving drinks but is not currently serving food due to Covid, but the employee told us of plans to partner with a local bakery for baked goods in the near future.

Fantastic service and really great people! My dog hates getting his nails cut, but he did not freak out!! Also, really good COVID precautions!

This is the only place that had sucess with my rottweiler. Mosy people are scared but hes a big teddy bear. They treated both of my dogs with respect.

Great pet grooming salon attached to a coffee shop! Wash your pet yourself with one of their self-service options at an elevated bathing station, or make an appointment and drop your pet to become sweet-smelling and pretty while you enjoy a cup of coffee next door! They provide everything needed, from the bathing station itself to shampoo and conditioner options, towels and commercial dryers. Our groomer was wonderful, friendly and patient with our newly-adopted rescue pup who was understandably a little nervous on his first visit. And our pup came out looking and smelling like the handsome boy we already knew he was. We will definitely be back!

I love the Grooming! I love the Coffee. My dog Cali is regular and I love the care and kindness everyone at Mutt and Joe shows Cali. Plus, the vanilla latte is fantastic!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my dog for a nail trimming. They only got half way done which is fine because when they went to do the other side he panicked so they stopped. That is all they told me to my face when I was there. I drive home and both of his eyes are super red and have popped blood vessels. I called back to confront them and THEY FAILED TO TELL ME TO MY FACE that while my dog was panicking he HIT HIS HEAD ON THE WALL. I have been going here for four years and WILL NEVER return or recommend them.

Took my new dog here and was nervous because she is new to us (we adopted her) and I wasn’t sure how she would do getting a bath or nails trimmed. They were very good and calming with her. While Maddie got her bath, I had a cup of tea on the other side of the wall. It was wonderful! ❤️

Ive gone here in a few occasions for both my dogs to be bathed and brushed and to grab coffee. The Chai is excellent and they do a great job with my dogs. Will continue to go here!

I took my dog to get a bath and her nails trimmed and the people at Mutt and Joe were very professional and friendly, took great care of her, customized the service to her needs and she is so much happier with a clean coat and trimmed nails!

Great groomer with good coffee. Its a neat idea to combine a coffee shop with a dog groomer. The service I received was excellent. The staff really seemed to care about my dog and took excellent care of him, recognizing that my lab mix is a little timid. Services are a little pricey, but I will definitely be back.

This was about the best place Ive been too . I left my dog to get shampoo and cut . They said hell be ready in 45 min usually at other places I left my dog for a half a day. Good work guys . Very friendly too. Kim stewart

Went into the coffee shop for the first time at 9:30 am this past week. It was really dirty and there was a bad smell coming from the dishwashing area. They were out of brewed coffee?! I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for them to brew more so I took them up on their offer to get a 1/3 of a cup at no charge. That was a mistake. It was nasty. I hope they do a better job on the dog grooming side of the shop.

This is the only place I will take my Doggos. The staff are just absolutely fantastic with my my anxiety ridden Malinois and my hyper Choc. Lab. The pricing is fair ( and better than the pet stores). The owner Andie is sweet and she will take the time to love you and your dog💜On the *Joe* side, local coffee is offered as are different sandwiches and light fares. All delicious and just as friendly.I recommend to everyone!

I called the day before and asked if it was ok if I was late (15 minutes or so) and the guy said it was fine. When I came late, the girl at the counter said there was no way there was anytime for a haircut. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t offer to help me reschedule. This was my first time, and I just didn’t like the approach she used at dismissing me- especially since I had called the day before.

Several weeks ago I used Mutt & Joe to give my dog a bath. I found it to be a very welcoming environment and so convenient. Today, Rae gave my very timid and anxious dog a beautiful haircut! I am so happy to have found a local, convenient, place to bring her, and especially, a groomer who was able to ease the dogs anxiety so quickly.

They truly care about your furry family member. And the pricing is great. Beyond competitive and better than many other places. Never felt more happy with the outcome.

We have tried other grooming locations locally and find our dog gets overwhelmed. Mutt & Joe is great because theres not as many dogs at one time and way less barking than other places. Our pup is always happy to see his groomer and he comes home smelling clean and happy.

Workers are just rude with you show up at 9 for my 9 oclock appointment called to let them know i am here and was told that they are not open yet when they told me to be there at 9

Absolutely love them. My little boy is very nervous and they were great with him. My big girl is well a brat. She doesnt do well with new people. She loved them, we went back today and her tail wagged as she saw them. We will be making another appointment soon.

The cafe side has excellent coffee and a wonderful selection of smoothies & sandwiches! The barista was also very pleasant & kind. The whole staff is in fact! They do a splendid job grooming my dogs, & the atmosphere is very relaxed. I love this business and the concept of it.

Was once my favorite place and they do a great job but recent experience was not a good one. Besides there website and FB hours/days of operation being incorrect. I arrived at 340 and they were closed, even though the sign on door says open till 4pm. I was able to get the attention of one employee. I only needed nails trimmed on one dog but they told me No they had closed .I have four dogs can I tell you how much money i have spent at this establishment. Never a good idea to turn away a loyal customer since they opened. Very disappointed in their work ethic and customer service.

I havent had my dog groomed there, but I like ordering a coffee and a snack on the cafe side and taking it to the dog friendly side to enjoy while socializing or working on the computer with my best friend at my side. I just wish they were closer and had longer hours.

Absolutely awesome place

I came here about 3 mo the ago and felt indifferent so I decided to give it another try. My husband and I took our two medium size dogs. The shampoo seemed very watered down, they ran out of conditioner but had a leave in spray but it wasnt soft at all. Then the water pressure went very soft after a few minutes because the turn their wash machine on. It was such a huge difference in pressure that I asked if she would mind starting the wash machine after I finished, she said yes and did, that was nice. When I asked to use the Fermorator brush they said theirs broke and they havent replaced it. I know these places are not going to be spotless and its where dogs are geoomed. But this place looks and smells like it never gets cleaned ot wiped down. The employee that checked us out had no knowledge of the products they sell, couldnt even answer a simple question about a certain item, so I had to Google it.$68. For 2 dogs, 40lbs and 65lbs, and a nail trim. When we went to this other place in Annapolis we only paid $55. We will definitely be going back to Bark n beans. We came here to Mutt and Joe because we couldnt get a last min appointment at Bark N Beans.To the owner of Mutt and Joe, I would return to your place if...You have a stock of much needed supplies for grooming (conditioner, shampoo thats not so watered down, Fermorator, sink drains that dont clog in seconds, better towels)Cleaner surfaces, cleaner floors, employees knowledgeable of products.I usually only give great reviews but I felt others should really know what to expect.

Mika loves her tubby time at Mutt and Joe. She can be a little stubborn when she gets her nails done, but the staff at Mutt and Joe do an amazing job with her. She always comes out happy and squeaky, clean, and fresh. Would recommend Mutt and Joe to anyone!
