Over the years I have ordered flowers through online or remote services. For the most part, the arrangements delivered have been disappointing - much smaller and not at all like the flowers pictured. When I ordered flowers from Severna Park Florist for an important occasion, I was afraid I would be disappointed. Instead I was amazed. The arrangement was gorgeous. The artistry in the selection of flowers and stems was perfect. The flowers were fresh and in the perfect stage of bloom. One guest was so impressed, they sent me a photo. I highly recommend this florist. Talented and trustworthy!!

I used their online ordering system (which has an incredible selection) for next day delivery to her home in Severna Park. My mom was very impressed with the flowers and presentation and the delivery was prompt. I also received delivery confirmation, which not all florists will do!

I walked in 2 hours before they closed asking for an arrangement for my Grandmothers memorial service. My Grandpa decided to have the memorial on Monday at 10am in Virginia so I didnt have time to plan ahead. The ladies were very helpful and sympathetic. They showed me some ideas and talked through my needs. I was told to come back in an hour. Upon arrival, I received a beautiful arrangement and it was packed for travel. Severna Flowers and Gifts saved me! A big-time, online florist took my money and never sent the flowers. I pulled a Friday afternoon Hail Mary, googled local florists to the destination I needed flowers sent, called Severna Flowers at 1pm, hoping for the best, and boy did they deliver!! We just got married had an amazing experience with Severna Flowers! I worked with Bill over phone and email which was perfect since I was unable to meet him in person. I contacted Bill just a little over a week before my wedding; he was still willing to work with me, did not give me a hard time for being a last minute bride, and never tried to take advantage of my situation (many other florists tried to charge me a”rush” fee or said all wedding flowers were custom and wanted a crazy amount of money). He and his team did an excellent job executing my vision within my budget. The flowers were absolutely exquisite; perfect for our day, our ceremony and reception spaces, and so, so fresh. They were breathtaking and completely exceeded my expectations in terms of beauty and quality. We’ve enjoyed them for several weeks after our wedding as well! Severna Flowers and gifts is AWESOME!!! I called same day at 8am for flowers for a funeral at noon. They were able to make a beautiful white spray arrangement and had it made and delivered in time! They were so kind and helpful. I needed a corsage but knew they usually need to be ordered ahead of time. I just went in looking for any idea that had flowers and would suffice. They were nice enough to make one for me on the spot! (Which Im sure is not always possible). My little girl was so exited to have it for her first dance. She was amazed and I looked like a champ! Above and beyond!

I must say I am quite disappointed. My husband ordered an arrangement for my daughter after her surgery and paid a total of over $50. It was very sparse and had the very cheapest of flowers. As a matter of fact, I get more of much the same thing at the grocery each week for $15. Make sure you know what you’re getting when you order.

Customer service is excellent and they have great creativity when it comes to creating something special. My girlfriend was so happy with what we made for her.
