Disgusting. Tony is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. And after shopping there, I can’t even see how this place is still being operated. Has people living in capers at the storages. Which is very dangerous, and illegal. And they are very very rude to everyone. Tony is also just in it for the money. Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here.

I have bought from this store twice but after the delivery yesterday I won’t ever again. Nothing wrong with their prices or products. I bought a refrigerator and a freezer a week ago and it was delivered yesterday. Who ever Tony is was very rude. The freezer was left in my living room for me to move to another room. Tony said it was very light and would be easy to move. I am a 71 year old woman with arthritis and a very bad back. I went outside after the delivery yesterday and they had crushed my Tulip tree

I really wanted to go see what they had. I needed a new fridge now...but they have bankers hours. I understand their situation, but I had to buy somewhere else. Its an hour drive to them. Today...on Saturday they closed at 3pm😢 sorry we couldnt do business. Yall sound like great people.

Great service! When everyone else gave my mother months before they could replace a refrigerator this place was out old one moved and new one in within a couple hours!

Bought a used fridge from Gary. Fridge leaked water like crazy when hooked up and the fridge side only cooled to 60 degrees. Gary wanted me to send him $50 directly for a friend of a friend to come look at it and he said that he would pick up the rest of the bill. i have no way to tell if this would be honored or if he would just take the $50 and leave me with the bill.EDIT: Gary was indeed was hacked on facebook, but after contacting him, he said there wasnt anything he could do for me about the fridge, so I had to get the two issues repaired and throw out $80 of spoiled food.

Outstanding customer service. Tony and James went above and beyond to make sure not only that I could swap out the fridge i purchased that didnt fit in my space. Tony also delivered the new one and picked up the one i needed exchanged. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommend.

After a horrendous experience with a GE washer/dryer from Lowes, I came here with my tail between my legs. For less money, I got better machines.I had a small issue with the first unit brought so I contacted Tony. He did everything to make the situation right and his customer service was WAY above his competitors.

I have to agree that I have sensed an attitude from the owner all the way down to the clerks and I dont know why. There is one very nice girl that always helps me so I just ignore the rest!
