I rented from Ray and Susan for over 6 years probably bought 5000 dollars with of merchandise, they are great,compassionate and just all around good people . Everything I ever bought from them was really good quality, I wished they delivered to Newport, since I moved there in June … I’d rent from them anytime

Due to health reasons, we needed two lift recliners for members of our family at a family reunion. We had gotten ours in Florida through a medical supply place, so started by calling local supply places in Sevierville. But they only sold the chairs, not rented them. After several frustrating calls/attempts at other places, we stumbled upon Ray & Susan. Their customer service is top-notch and their price was more than fair. I cant recommend them enough and should our next family reunion take place in the Smoky Mountains again, you bet Ill be calling on them again. Thank you for stellar service and great product!

10/10 would never buy/rent from here again. Washer and dryer were supposed to be brand new, one was, the other was infested with cockroaches. Its been going on 2 weeks now, nobody has contacted us about spraying the apartment for bugs, still finding babies around my home, have contacted management and corporate office. Was left on hold for 2 hours and no response.

In the mountains, computer broke down, had mandatory test due for school. The greedy manager, Ray, refused to do short term rental. I offered what ever price to just use it a couple hours. I was still told absolutely no short term rentals. What does that tell you about the stores character? I was told this was the managers decision. Not a rent a center policy.

I recently used the service of this Rent-A-Center for the first time. My husband has a bad back and can not sleep in a regular bed. He sleeps in a recliner at home. Our vacation at the Dreamore Resort was going to be cancelled until I found out that I could rent a recliner short term and have it delivered to the hotel . With the help of your wonderful staff the process went very smoothly. The chair was delivered to the hotel and the hotel staff made all the arrangements to move the chair into the room.Your staff was super friendly and helpful. We plan another trip next fall and have already decided we will call you back for another chair rental. You saved the day and made for one happy couple. I love to travel and I thought our travel days were over, but because of your excellent service it all worked out. I highly recommend this Rent-A-Center location. A+ service all around
