Installed my battery for me and helped with a few other diagnosis’s, to get me back on the road safely. A different visit a female technician (can’t remember her name ) was also extremely helpful. Getting check engine light while on vacation. They read the code and got me the part a vvt solenoid valve sensor. The store manager Sam Reagan helped me install it between other customers. He went above and beyond. Helped me out of a tight spot.
We stopped by this location at 8:55 On Saturday Feb 27, 2021 along with another customer. The employee working walked up to the door and locked it so we couldn’t get in. I called and no one would answer the phone. So as we were leaving. I seen the employee leaning on the counter so I asked my husband to stop the Jeep. While still on the phone calling, the employee inside just kept staring at me.I said can not you just answer the phone and He just kept staring.. I then said you don’t even close until 9pm. As I went to get back in the vehicle. He walked over to the door unlocked it and said “It’s unlocked.”The only thing my husband needed was to see why his check engine light was on. Who knows what the other customer needed because he left also. Why are people so lazy that they don’t want to help customers??

The staff know their stuff. Definitely like the product selection of everything only exception is the audio equipment, not a big selection. No big name car audio components in store but it can be ordered.
I came in needing a battery for my car and Chelsea immediately greeted us with a smile. She was very helpful and checked my battery and alternator. My battery did need replaced. We bought a new one and she changed it and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. I experienced the best customer service from Chelsea than at any autozone I have ever been to. She was wonderful.

Usually this is a place you visit because something is wrong with your transportation and need a part or parts for repairing. This was the case for my visit. Employees were busy assisting other customers but acknowledged that they saw me waiting my turn. After a couple of minutes, i was asked very pleasantly, How may I help you? I stated my request and was promptly given the information I requested. I made the purchase, which was ordered and will pick it up Friday. Easy, low stress experience every time I have had to visit this store.
I was in a hurry, I had to get something to fix my taillight. They were very knowledgeable on the things I needed. If you need a part or anything to do with cars, this is the place to go!

They have a good selection of auto parts, but sometimes it takes a couple of trips to get the right one. The staff go out of the way to help no matter what you need.

Ordered brake shoes for my 57 Jeep CJ 5 had to drive in and pay for them before they would order them told me 2 to 3 days to receive them gave them 4 days. They somehow canceled my order and then lost my order Manager reordered said two days called today 3rd day nobody knows anything about it. What a bunch of incompinate people been dealing with this store for almost 20 years current staff is terriable. Good way to ruin a business. They still have my money and no parts this is why everyone is ordering on line and businesses wonder why

My check engine light came on. Went to store. Would not let me in without a mask. If you require it...then provide it. Wont do diagnosis...said I have to do it myself...give me the machine...I cant find the plug they are talking about. Using Covid as an excuse to not provide customer service. Pathetic
The older gentleman whos name I didnt get but I did notice his tag said parts manager was awesome. He was super helpful and got us everything we needed to change my brakes. This AutoZone is the only parts store myself and my husband ever use.

Ive been working on my own vehicle for a number of years now. I have always chosen AutoZone because its close to my house. But after going here for so long, and experiencing their superior customer service over and over, Ive really grown to appreciate and look forward to going here. Its very rare they dont have the part I need, and if they dont. They ALWAYS point me in the right direction by calling other places to help me find it. Thank you AutoZone. Im a customer for life.

Stopped here needing a battery. We are from Ga and up here for a family reunion. This store would not take a check nor a credit card. THEY BOTH had adequate money in both. We have these stories in Lavonia Ga where Iive but I will never ever spend another dime in a one of these and will tell everyone I know about this bad experience.

Very helpful and had what I needed and checked my car and was able to suggest some places to do the work I needed. I did use of the places recommended which was Wears Valley Repair Auto Care. I was very satisfied with their work and customer service which was over the top. I will be using them again. I am a very satisfied customer.

This is the most coherent auto parts store Ive been to in town but the store its self is great
They had the parts that I needed. Only issue that I had was there was no way to look up which headlights my car needed. I had to use my phone to look it up, then I had the salesman verify that it was right. It would be good to have a book with the bulbs.
Rude. Went down the road to OReilly and received the same alternator for $10 cheaper. Ill not go back to Auto zone just do to bad customer service. The guy at OReilly was very nice, helpful.

Car broke down in Tennessee, I know for a fact I wouldnt have been able to get home if it wasnt for the help of the people who worked here. They loaned out tools, and stayed after hours to make sure I had everything I needed to fix my car before going home for the night. Extremely helpful and very generous, they all deserve raises.

These guys are really helpful and are professional and courteous even first thing on a Sunday morning. After being gypped by an auto mechanic I had to fix the problem myself, and that meant a trip to my local Autozone.

Went in to purchase new wiper blades, but they were completely unhelpful. They pointed me to the isle for wiper blades but when I asked which ones I should get one of them flippantly said buy them all. I immediately left and went to OReilly who helped me immediately and seemed to appreciate my business. The worst part was it was the manager at Auto Zone who was supposedly helping me so nobody to complain to. Wont do business there anymore.

So... Standing in line this morning. Young lady working the counter has the poorest attitude. Every time she spoke to a customer. She showed signs of irritation as well as treating cust. Like they are idiots... Enjoy using this location. No joy in the young lady on staff.

Walk in and the one person at the counter is on the phone and looking up parts at his computer. I hear several people in the back talking. 15 minutes later someone walked out and asked if I had been helped. I said no I had been waiting 15 minutes. I tell he what I need and as she walks off she says people waiting should open their mouth. No. People working there need to serve those customers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service at this location. If you can make it, go to the one on Wears Valley, they are more helpful.
Sorry to say but they need to get people in this store that at least knows something about vehicles! Someone that dont just use the computer in front of them to help you!

The experience I had with the manager in January 16th was more than awful. I had to return a damaged headlight that I had ordered the night before, and when I returned it the gentleman that initially helped me was very nice and apologetic for his managers actions. The managers said she had a the product on a pallet in the back that they had received earlier that day when my item can. She refused to go get one off the pallet for me stating it was too much work and she didnt know where it was. She had no people skills and was short and downright hateful. She caused the store to lose a loyal customer, try going to the one in pigeon forge, very nice people there will do anything to help you
