I was calling this location for inquiry for oil change but no one answer the phone. Was holding for 5 mins or so. if this is how they handle phone wonder what the shop service will be .

My husband and i took my car in to have 4 tires put on. We were last customers of the day so we dropped it off and returned for it. It was dark when we returned about 2 hours later, and the next day I noticed my hood had 2 quarter size dents that were not there before. Management said I could file a claim but most likely nothing will be done since I noticed it a day later. Very disappointed ands will not use again. They are not professional at all and use foul language in front of customers. Dont be an idiot like me this is not your Dads Walmart anymore!!!!!!

Spend your money somewhere else. First come, last served. If you hand them a little bit of cash you can get ahead in the line. If you want to see a slow replay of a tire shop go to Walmart. It funny until you get tired... 2+ hours

Took SUV in for oil change they say on bill they changed the air filter that was a lie also that they checked front and back differential fluid and it was ok and what brought me to go and check these things you might ask I will tell you also stated on bill was in need of new windshield wipers I had just put them on their before making the trip to pigeon forge.. beware..

I always go to Walmart when I need a set of tires for my car. They have the best prices of anyone around. They do stay pretty busy at times so its best to go earlier in the day. Very friendly and professional staff.

David the mechanic that works in tire and the nice lady that works inside was amazing and helped us figure out our battery problem and get some help and went out of their way to help us!!!!

I would give them five stars, but two hours to get a tire replaced is a tad long. Still its not like they can do much about being covered up in work on a Saturday. Thats just the way it is around here during tourist season.

Could not find tire for almost an hour. Their system for ordering and pick up at store stinks. The people were very nice though. They finely found it after 3 people searched.

Always great service and help at the Walmart sevierville location. I suggest getting the hazard insurance on tires well worth the money. I recommend not getting it on electronics especially phones as this is through a third party and can take up to two weeks unless you of course can do without a phone for that amount of time.

Got 4 tires put on. They did a good job just the wait time seemed a little longer than usual.

I am giving this tire center the benefit of the doubt, I went there on two consecutive days and was told that the wait was it an excess of four and a half hours on each day. I only saw half a dozen or so cars in front of me. You would be better off to go across the street to Five Oaks Tire Center like I did, Fast Professional Service that cost a little bit more.

30 minutes and I was on my way...

We called the auto center told them we were coming to get 2 new tires. They said it would be 2 hrs. My husband took car and did ticket for 2 tires. Then we decided to go ahead and get all 4. He went to go tell the person at register. They said it wont be a problem they can just add it to ticket. He tells my husband to go tell mechanic. The mechanic says we will have to make new ticket and you will go back behind 6 cars so it will be even longer. Then the head mechanic comes over and says the same thing. You are telling me they just couldnt add 2 more tires and double their money. They were very rude. Thats where we do our business and I dont appreciate them treating my husband the way they did

We were led to believe that our tire would be replaced within an hour and a half, we waited that long and checked back on it, only to be told it would be at least two more hours.well, you cant hang out for four hours in a Walmart, and as we had to pick up kids soon, we asked if we can use the car to get the kids and retain our place in line. The answer was No. they would restart our wait. So we had to find a way to our hotel and get our other vehicle to continue with our plans. I had called them later to find the car ready for pick up. They had finished it thirty minutes before I called about it and evidently had no plan to let me know it was done. This was about twenty minutes before the Auto center was supposed to close. No telling how it would have gone I hadnt called them. Go elsewhere ismy advice, I know I will. They wouldnt get one star but you cant leave a zero. They were unapologetic and hateful about it.

Been here since 6:45. Its 8:20, car still waiting outside for tires. This is ridiculous! Will shop elsewhere. Supervisor is stressed yelling at employees in front of customers, very unprofessional. Bathrooms either out of order or being cleaned. Come on Walmart this isnt a little mom and pops operation. Probably will visit them next time

Had 2 tires replaced on Monday and realized on Thursday that they replaced the wrong tires! The back tires had wire showing and those were needing the replacement, but they replaced my front tires that were practically new! On the receipt they even put that they replaced the rear tires but did not. Called and they said they would fix it. They did but charged me full price for two new tires! Not even a discount. They even admitted to screwing up and not following instructions from the attendant the first time. Will not be going back.

They have it waiting for u at the autocare center inside the walmart ready for you with a check in option to let them know your on the way to the store so they can prepare!!! Discovered we had a slow leak on the way to an 8pm show and we were leaving the next day. We got to Walmart at 6:47pm, keep in mind they close at 8pm. They were particularly busy, but they did look short staffed. After explaining our needs, they told us it was over a 2 hour wait (only open another hour-ish, but over a 2hr wait?) and they couldnt help us. We asked about coming back in the next morning and they told us they were already full with appointments and they couldnt do anything for us, despite us leaving in the morning. Shame they lost our business AND the store lost our while you wait shopping. In addition to the fact that we wont go there ever. They dont want our business...we dont need what they are selling.

Got an oil change here lastnight and heard a loud noise as I was pulling out. I didnt figure out what it was until I got about halfway home. There was a HUGE screw in my tire. Called the shop manager to see what he could do about it and he said he didnt believe it came from his shop but if I wanted to pay them they would fix it. I laughed when I realized he would rather lose business over 10 dollars than to fix the screw that very likely came from his shop. I wont be using walmart tire and lube anymore as this was my first experience with them after taking about a 10 year hiatus.

We came to change 2 tires both of them appears factory defective with balls on . We showed it to their mechanics right after they finish mounting . Here is funny part starting : - Joe super tire professional said you guys need to drive it for day or two bc its brand new tires.We took off home steering wheel starts shaking bad right away. We came back on next day tell em that they put bad tires.Next thing they said need balance em, after they balanced again issue was still on. When we showed them AGAIN both sides on tires where you can see obvious balls they finally return only one tire. Second tire was still shaking. SO ITS BECOME DANGEROUS AND NOT SAFE TO DRIVE . WE WAS OVER WITH ALL THIS BULL*HIT And droved to nearest tire place to put GOOD tire on= problem was fixed. We brought that tire back to Walmart and Matthew manager refuse to return it bc other shop unmount it . after 20 min talking with him he said we need to leave or hell call cops and there is Nothing they can do for usVERY UNPROFESSIONAL management.

Went in for a oil change(the techs were acting more like school kids rather than someone who knew what they were doing) when I got home, about five miles away, I checked my oil level again.half a quart low.did I mention I went for a oil change..What a big disappointment..

Decent place to get an oil change. Basic runs around $40 and the wait time is usually 45 minutes to an hour.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. It took them over 4 hrs to put my tire on a rim while my wife and kids were stranded on a highway. I told them about my situation and offered to pay them more $ and they sti took that long

It took 2 days to get the tires,first I have a Dodge and they had me down for an envoy, I realize everyone makes mistakes but I got a price left my truck there they said it would take 2hours so I went to dinner with my family during the first hour got 4calls changing the tires and the price n then when I got back they stated the tires had to be ordered, however the next day the Walmart manager called and fixed so I had to go back to Walmart and gave me the tires for the first quoted price

Undecided. My transmission messed up as I was leaving the parking lot after getting an oil change. Problem ended up being that the transmission fluid was drained some instead of the oil.

How come Jiffy Lube can do an oil change in 15 minutes but it takes Walmart 2 hours? Not just this Walmart, its every Walmart.
