Not a lot of variety.. Disappointed.

My wife went in there, they had hardly any product. Extremely disappointing

I have to give this location one star due to the sales associate. I have severe asthma and cannot wear a mask. Even after I explained that to the sales associate she told me that I have to leave. I think this was very unprofessional way to approach a customer. If someone has a medical condition I dont understand why I was treated in such a rude manner. I could have stood outside or at the door and purchased the 7 items that I needed but no I was asked to leave. After years of comming to this location I will never be back and advise others as well. This is the only place that I have been in TN that forced me to leave.

Overpriced and overrated. The products here are quite expensive and the staff here are some of the most rude and unprofessional individuals we have ever came across. We did not even get offered help once. We even asked for help and the lady never came back. Found out 10 min later that she went to break. This is not a very well run business and needs some additional training of its employees.

Makeup is better than drug stores but can accentuate fine lines. Was better for me when I was younger. Estee Lauder is the best choice for 50 plus.

Customer service was very rude... I was looked at like I was trying to steal something and then when I got to the counter to try to redeem my birthday gift and make my purchase the cashier would not allow me to do so because the card I was using was my mothers, even after I offered to have her speak with my mother she refused! It was my BIRTHDAY my mother was trying to do this for me as a gift! My advice just make orders online so you arent treated as a thief and looked down upon!

The ladies at bareMinerals were very helpful. They were able to quickly and competently direct me to products that matched my need and my skin tone.

Wife likes the store, lots for womens makeup needs. Very little for men, just a few colognes.

The sales clerk knew her product very well. She guided us to the right make-up, and found the right shades for my sister and I.

Customer service is awful. They have no foundations suitable for women of color, and the cashier was rude about it. I normally buy a lot of makeup and like bare products, but we had to leave immediately after interacting with the cashier.
