It was 7 PM Friday. I noticed stores where about to close. So before I go in I asked the girl at the door if they were about to close, she says yes.So I walk over to simply southern (as they were not closing) & was in there for a bit. I come out, bath and body works was still open. So I walk over there, go in, the girl at the door wouldn’t hardly look at me. I guess because she lied. Would be nice if the workers didn’t lie about their closing times!

Not an outlet at all. Large selection overall but no bargains to be found. If youre looking for discounts this is not the place.

Great place to get some smell good stuff for your significant other and usually they have great deals. This particular season they have buy 3 and get 3 free with a free wrapping bag. Good stuff and great workers. One lady that helped me actually put the lotion on so I could smell it on a person. Wow. Highly recommend.

Well organized store and friendly plus helpful employees make for a positive shopping experience. The store is well stocked and has plenty of room to walk around. I had 2 employees greet me while I waited for them to open and 2 offered help while I was shopping. The young lady that checked me out was polite and worked quickly- always a plus! Will be back.

We went here to pick up holiday gifts for family and friends. She found what she was looking for. Even though the store was very busy we only had to wait a short time to get in and at the register. The store seemed well stocked and clean.

I love this place but with covid I am really surprised they werent limiting the amount of people in the store. Because when we went in there it was wall-to-wall people and the store isnt that big! There was a lot of people not wearing mask.

I loved the sale they had going on. The reason I like to shop in person, is because I can try all the different fragrances. I usually buy something new on each visit.

I love how they greet you at the door with hand sanitizer, a shopping bag, and offers the daily specials, and points you to the items you are looking for. Excellent service!

Always some deals going on, and coupons on top of that. Plenty employees at this location to help and answer questions. Smellin good!

I am giving this location 2 stars. The products are great and the customer service was on point. Yet, the Sevierville, TN location does not utilize application coupons or birthday coupons. I feel if your company has a rewards program that the customer has a right to utilize the rewards coupons in every store; not just select stores. For me this is upsetting because there is no other Bath and Body Works store near me; there is just this location. Hopefully, this store will eventually start using the coupons and application. Till then I will order by mail.

No issues with the product. Low rating is for the decision makers. The air was out and was told it would not be fixed until Friday. There were cooling units in the store but it really was not helping due to the extreme heat. The clerks were very polite and did their job even though they were all hot. They did not complain. The temperature outside was 99 degrees. I felt very sorry for the clerks. It is a shame they had to work in such conditions.

It was packed but holiday shopping and great prices will do that.

Clean, had to wait in line for a few minutes to get in the store. The reason being they only allow so many in the store at once, they are following the guide lines in keeping there Employees and Customers Safe!!! The Employees are very helpful!!!

I bought over 10 Ginger snaps there, along with two pairs of ear rings, and a bracelet. Bracelet fell apart the first day on my mom.I call and they tell me to ship it to them and they will send a replacement. That arrived at their store on 12/19.The 30th rolls around and I unexpectedly managed to make a stop by, to find they didnt bother to send the replacement.At first the woman lied and said it was received today. I have tracking! Then she claimed to be out of stock, just before she showed someone else in my group the one that they supposedly didnt have.So I went through extra expense and hassle to ship this, yet they cop this attitude and dont hold up to their word.Never again will I buy a ton of jewelry at this place again. You dont lie to your customer!

Ive been a Bath & Body Works customer since the 90s when I would ask my mom to buy me the latest glitter body lotion or cucumber melon body spray. But this is by far the worst store Ive been in. If you dont like people, dont work in retail around the holidays. We asked for a lotion that was only available behind the counter and the cashier tried to give us the tester. Then she filled a small bag with two large candles and six regular size lotions. When we asked for an extra bag, she told us one would be fine. If I hadnt just waited in a 20 minute checkout line, I wouldve told her never mind and left.

Nothing special. The employees were nice. The selections and the prices are the exact same as the mall. No discontinued fragrances. No last season fragrances.

Always nice selection of products, clean store, always have sales going on. Staff is usually very friendly. Only negative/suggestion would be to have more than 2 cashiers at a time to help with the long lines/wait time. Otherwise, always a favorite shop at Tanger Outlets!

So, so, so busy! 3 cashiers, but the ligns are still stretched all the way to the front of the storeHard to move around with so many people. Great products though. Wish the travel size aromatherapy pillow sprays were still available.

Karla is awesome. She took care of me and my wife today. She is really nice and kind and she helped us a lot finding everything that we needed. This is one of my wife’s favorite store but the main reason why I gave the five star review is for the hospitality and professionalism of Karla.

I rate this Bath & Body Works 5 stars where, if another BBW location were in the same condition, I would have given them 4 stars. The reason for this is twofold. First, there was some need of product facing and reorganization that retail stores need, constantly. Secondly, customers and their children were moving products or not returning products whence they came. I noticed more than a little of this happening, particularly parents not supervising/disciplining their children. In spite of that, the store still looked alright and wouldve earned four stars were it located anywhere else. Since its in the middle of the Tanger Outlets in Pigeon Forge, they are constantly packed with shoppers and all employees time was dedicated to serving customers. The staff did that job quite well. Even in the face of a seemingly insurmountable amount of customers, they did their jobs well and maintained great attitudes. (Personally, as someone who has spent a good deal of time working in retail, I dont think I couldve maintained their cheerful demeanor.)Product selection was good, the store was reasonably clean (given the circumstances, it was immaculate) and customer service was excellent!

Trying to adapt I guess to a new norm. Should have more people checking customers out less people doing crowd control in a line of 8 people. they are terrified of cash and only take cards. Cashier was slower than cold molasses. This mall had no public restroom.

It is a great shop and usualky with very helpful people. This time there was lady on the floor who was so annoying. She would not leave anybody alone to get what they needed.

Of course all they have to offer is Very overwhelming to look at. Store is Always Soo crowded. Can barely move in there. Makes sense having the registers all the way at the back of the store to get everybody to see everything but trying to maneuver all the way back there with all those people is crazy!

Management and associates are always kind and helpful; would be a better shopping experience if there was a little more room to maneuver within the store. It is always busy and more maneuverability would increase traffic, reduce stress, and create a more positive experience.

Shopped on a busy day and tried to use a gift card to pay for my order. The gift card wouldnt work with their system. Tried 3 times to process the order. On the third time, they were able to use part of my gift card and then the register stopped working again. So I lost my entire gift card and didnt even leave with merchandise. They offered for me to wait while the called corporate (30mins), or I could call myself to try and get my money back. Extremely disappointed in this bath and body. Have never had such poor customer service.
