Will not ever come back to this place tried 4 times to get my stuff I buy there . Every time they are closed . Every time its daylight outside. Dont want to hear no employees . Thats a joke. Will never enter that parking lot again . My time is valuable too.Want be back.

I did not intentionally seek out posting this review. My phone continued to ask me how was Dollar General Store? Well, this is how it is. The prices of their items are less expensive than most other retailers. But, the staff and overall atmosphere of the place makes it feel like a trailer trash Emporium. Pretty good prices but its embarrassing to be seen shopping there.

Needs more help lots of stock still on carts in the middle of the store hard to get around

Clean, organized and mostly well stocked. Friendly and helpful employees.

Use to be cheap now more pricey then walmart . since they got stores every 10 miles they got a big head. I go to dollar tree now

No improvement from remodel!!! Aisles still full of stock to be put away constantly. Needed to enlarge store!! Hire more people have 3 registers but only 2 people per shift. And ones always doing stock!!!! HELLO???.New one on Middle Creek in Sevierville is Great!!!! Well worth a couple more miles!!! Great management!!!!!!

Love this dollar general! Its one of my go-to places in the area. Their employees work very hard to keep it organized and stocked(clutter free) They always make sure their guests that when a guest is ready to pay, they head right up there and get the job done immediately. Amazing time management with everything they have to do in their shifts. Keep up the great work 😁

Its a dollar general with the usual crates of merchandise sitting in the aisles waiting to be stocked or tripped over, but it will do on a pinch.

A little cluttered... But once you get to know the layout... Its easy to find things...

Typical Dollar General, good for picking up a few things without going to a big store.This DG is about in line with most locations Ive been to. Decent selection of goods, but without any real order or organization. Staff are all reasonably nice and competent. Not exactly a shining example of customer service, but good enough that I can pick up what I need and get out.

They have a little bit of everything food cleaning products cigarettes they sell no beer or wine clothing and the manager is always busting her butt putting up stock she runs the place not so much like a drill sergeant but she make sure everything is where its supposed to be and if you need help shes more than glad to help you kill escort you and help you great place I rate highly recommend this Dollar General

This store is convenient... However, if one is large or handicapped, you are not going to get through the isles easily. They have to many floor displays and inventory carts everywhere all the time.

Only one person at register. Long line should make someone open the other register, but it doesnt......... Somethings are cheaper other places, but convenience sometimes overrules price..... but not always.....

I took my pups in to get theyre nails clipped because they were getting pretty longAnd they charged 30.00 for the 2 dogs (( which the price was fine )) but they bearly cut the tips off.Im not pleased with that, if they cant do better than that, I will take my dogs else where

I think consumerism just threw up its merchandise, and its mostly on the shelves, but a little is still on the floor. In all honesty, one of the better organized Dollar Generals in town.

Employees are AMAZING, just really dont like seeing them taken advantage of...

I love the DG. Theres one right beside my work. I go over at lunch and after work to shop. Theres also one down the road from where I live. I buy everything there instead of going to grocery stores.
