Do they have a ton of boots?...YesAre they nice?...YesIs it worth it?....ehhh, for me I couldnt find any I just loved & my mom was the same way & its not like we have a ton of boots already. I have 4 pair & she has 1 or 2 pair. I loved the booties I got for $185 in CO somewhere else but I want them in black too. This place just didnt have anything like that and most of them were $300+ since you pay for the most expensive and get the others for free. They are definitely marked up for that.

YES YES YES YES!!!! hubby needed work boots that had steel toes, after we first walked in we were unsure if they had any but right away they asked us what we were looking for and directed us to where we could find them.They are buy one pair get two free (you pay for the most $ then the next two are free) he was able to find EXACTLY what he wanted and was able to pay $244 for three pairs of boots, when the second two pair that he fell in love with were $200 a piece which is basically, $244 for one pair and he got $400 (2 more pairs) free!WORTH WORTH WORTH!!! Walked in and the woman behind the counter mumbled welcome to the store, but thats as far as any human contact went with this visit! Wandered around the store trying to find my size boots, passed employees on the floor to which none of them bothered to ask if I needed any assistance, let alone make eye contact. Finally found my size, and the selection was terrible! Im sorry, but many women dont want glittery sparkling Lady Gaga looking footwear, especiallyfor that prices! First time in here as I dont live in this area, let alone this state, and I guarantee you that I wont be stopping back in again coming back through!

I dont know alot about cowboy boots but buy one get two free meant I could buy boots for all 8 of us plus an extra pair for just over 500 dollars. It added to the experience and were all taking home a pretty neat souvenir.

At first I was a little skeptical. But it is true, buy 1 get 2 free. The boots are good but Im sure they are making money somehow. Wolverine boots are made in the USA supposedly according to Google, but the tag on mine says Bangladesh. They arent bad boots but just an FYI. Most of the boots are either $169 or $200 so youre pretty much paying for 3 pairs of boots. The 4th pair they offer that lowers the final price are a nice add on however theyre Chinese made cowboy boots. But overall the boots are good!

Most of their boots are their store brands but they also have some from wolverine, ariat, justin and a few other well known brands. All are seriously buy one get two free. Just watch as some of their store brands are up to $399 and you pay for the highest priced pair. (Disclosure: Most boots i saw were $299 and under. The $399 were a very fancy pair of show boots that happened to catch my eye. Of my husband and is two visits, our first was $269 plus tax for 3 pair and the second was $219 plus tax for 3 pair) we will definitely be shopping here for our boot needs (including my husbands composite toed workbooks which they also carry) in the future

Buy one get two free......it’s true!! Not as big of a selection as I was expecting but I did find three pair, two for me and one for my son. Ticket price for all three was close to $700.00 and I paid $250.00I’ve had to bump my rating for Boot Factory from a 5 to a 3. Had a pair of boots I’ve worn for about three weeks of and on to break them in. I bought 3 pair and one pair that I bought the upper part started to split in the bend of the boot. Not sure why other than it being “man made material”. They were supposed to be my work boots cause they were steel toe. The other two pair are good....(for now). Even after wearing them for three weeks they still weren’t broke in. Pic posted. You know the saying....if it’s too good to be true, it probably is. My suggestion is PICK YOUR BOOTS CAREFULLY. I’m not saying the Boot Factory is all bad, just this particular pair of boots12/6/18Well, I’ve bumped Boot Factory back up to five star. After a couple of emails Boot Factory has completely solved my problem with my defective boots that were purchased at the pigeon forge location. Huge selection of boots. I bought 3 pair. 2 for the grandbabies and 1 for myself. The manager was very nice and assisted me and the grandbabies with picking the correct size boots, gave suggestions on getting them to fit right as to allow them to get them to wear them longer, and how to water proof them. Never have I been to a store where I was treated so nicely and helped me with the right fit/selection of boots. They even helped me save money!I will definitely be back! Love it.

They had a good amount of boots, but the prices were really high especially considering that they werent name brand. Its buy one pair and get two pair free, but when most the pairs I looked at were $300 and up, it didnt make any sense to buy any considering I can get name brand in my home town for the same price or cheaper.

Good quality boots store have it all from work books, riding boots, western casual. Buy one get two is true. You can exspect to pay beyween 230 to 300 for a total of three boots which is good compared to the common price of a good quality boot that is not cheaply made is around 135 to 250.

This is NOT the place to shop if you are in a wheelchair. My husband was able to get our daughter through only one aisle to the middle of the store, and then could not move her across the middle because the center was so cluttered with stacks of boxes. She was unable to view anything in her size.And lets be clear on this... THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD and against state fire codes, when aisles are so crowded with stacks of boxes that a wheelchair cannot easily and safely pass.

The experience here was spectacular. Worth the drive for sure. Selection, personnel, & price were all top notch. If... if I had a critique, it would be parking. There was absolutely no parking the time I went, and had to wait for a spot to open(at the adjacent merchant) nearly a grand slam!
