Let me just start off by saying this place with never have my business or my families business. An older man was working as the cashier and didn’t know anything he charged my brother for $145 worth of shoes he didn’t get. They tried to argue with him saying it was his fault. Becky the manager was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. We were told to call customer service and then She was no where to be found we sat on the phone for 50 mins trying to get ahold of the customer service and well, Becky was no where to be found. Sounds like a great manager !!

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. $99 for 1 and the other for half price. Got back to the hotel and the first pair was $, 114 not $99. Texted the company have been waiting for 2 weeks for a resolution. Tag on shoes said $99 not $114. Doesnt appear they have time to resolve customer overcharges or they just dont care!!

This place was very busy and the workers were taking up to much time asking customers if they wanted to join the rewards program some customers were saying they didnt have a store where they lived and I feel if you want a reward card just get one at your local store instead of holding up the line

Rack Room Shoes at the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN is a nice shoe store with a great selection. My husband was able to find a great pair of Sketchers at a good price. The lady who waited on us was very nice and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name so that I could give her a shout out but unfortunately I didnt. I highly recommend Rack Room Shoes!

I had trouble picking out boots that were on sale. After awhile a young girl came and helped me find two pairs and I love both pairs. She ordered one in my size and they came within a few days. I didnt know they would do that. I wish I had gotten her name. I hope shes there when I go back.

Great deals buy 1 pair of shoes, get 1 free or buy 1, get 2nd half off...however, several of the labels were incorrect. When we got to checkout counter 2 pairs of shoes that were labeled buy 1 get 1 free were not actually that. We went and got their labels on the shelf and their explanation was that someone must have changed them. If that was the case there were alot of changes made by someone. They did try their best to get our cost down by offering us a military discount, even though we are not military family. I appreciate their efforts, but what has happened to the concept I learned in business college, that the customer is always right...or simply admit your mistake and give us the deal that you had advertised on your shelves.

Staff was great. Someone was always around and and willing to help. This was one of the biggest rack rooms I have been to and we buy all our shoes from them.

Thought the shoes I wanted were a bit pricey, walked out without buying & googled them. Found the exact same ones at Shoe Carnival. Wound up getting two pairs at Shoe Carnival for $4 less, including tax than what one pair at Rack Room was without tax. Do not be fooled by there buy one get one 50% off marketing, check your prices first. Just because something sounds like a great deal does not always mean it actually is a great deal.

Employees make fun of customers, they also dont offer any sort of customer service. It finally took a customer yelling does anyone work here for anyone to get assistance. Also outside of the store two employees were on a smoke break, no big deal except they were dropping f-bombs cussing up a storm which is completely unprofessional, after witnessing these events we went elsewhere to purchase the 6 pairs of shoes we were planning on purchasing. I will never shop at this establishment, and advise friends and family of the poor customer service they will recieve from this establishment.

After visiting numerous shoe stores I was finally able to find a pair of shoes that had arch support and werent athletic type shoes.

Horrible service!!! Lets start with the fact I walked in to employees playing and throwing paper across the store at each other. Then I needed help getting a shoe and after having to get it myself it fell on the floor. There were two employees near by 1 of them ran off laughing and the other stood in my face and laughed at me. Eventually she asked if she could help, at that moment I decided to take my business elsewhere to someone that had professionals working for them and not children. After telling my sister what happened and that I planned do a review Sarah, who was checking out my sister, shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt care.

It looks like theyve moved things around in the store and its really difficult to find and try on some of the shoes. They have styles stocked on the third or fourth shelf up totally out of reach. It was also super busy and we werent able to find anybody to assist us.
