1st time in one of these store.. pretty cool. Great prices and VERY helpful staff! Didnt find what I was looking for but will keep these stores in mind when I need to look again.

No different than every other shoe carnival...personnel very nice.

Moderate selection. The guy I assumed to be a manager was kind of rude, but everyone has their days. Other than that service was great and prices were reasonable!

Shoe Carnival of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge was very clean and friendly store. I havent been to one since the 90s in Evansville Indiana but it brought back great childhood memories going into this one! My wife is a host at a very upscale restaurant and we were able to find the perfect shoes at great prices!

Virtually nothing in wider sizes of nonskid work shoes, nothing with any arch support. The two little girls at the counter were much too involved with their own conversation to be of any assistance. I wont be back.

Didnt have the brand of sneakers my son likes--Reebok. Weird.

Train your employees how to treat your customers nobody even acknowledge your clients while in the store!!!not even willing to help,i came purposefully to buy a shoe not to walk around but guess what with those two ladies working there today 03/14/18 @ 10:00am let me drive down the road and find better customer service experience.

The customer service representatives are wonderful, The management is always working on the floor with the others a certain manager Tosha was the best time I had ever had trying on and finding shoes she used all her measurement tools and made sure I had the right size I had been wearing the wrong size but thanks to tosha going out of her way I and now my children and husband walk around perfectly comfortable in the right shoes
