Stopped in here after reading the online reviews to rent a wedding dress and tux for my upcoming wedding. Ashley was great to work with! She allowed me to look at dresses without an appointment. I tried on 3 to 4 dresses and found one that fix perfectly and I loved it. My now husband got to try on his tux two days before the wedding and it fit perfect. I will recommend Beauty and The Beast to other couples!We were married on October 1st 2021 and we both looked amazing!

As an out of town couple with kids getting married in Gatlinburg, we were able to book with beauty and beast bridal boutique on Sunday for an 11am on Monday. I went in with my 6 year old daughter for a groom tuxedo with. I had no ideal what I wanted or needed in terms of colors or style as the wonderful owner of the shop guided me to the perfect tuxedo. My daughter and I liked her so much we bought dresses for both my daughters and the owner, being incredible, was able to find us both daughters dresses for a reasonable price and we couldn’t be happier. If you need to buy or rent wedding apparel, there’s no better business than beauty and the beast boutique, bar none!

This place is a must see. Ashley the owner was amazing loved her personality very helpful and great amazing prices, and the store is very cute and beautiful. Gorgeous gowns and very elegant tuxedos. Go check her out

Every time we go during their business hours they are always closed. My mom and I decided to go and we called the shop an hour before we arrived to make sure they would be open. The lady said they would be open today from 11 am to 2 pm. We arrived at 12pm and the doors were locked. No one inside. We tried calling the store again and got no answer.

If youre going with an all-white buddy they got you covered. If you want anything else I highly recommend going to Thomas Bridal. They had a much better selection and cheaper prices for some of the same dresses with lots of color choices.

The ladies there were really helpful and very nice. They help me find my homecoming dress.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received during my visit today. I was looking for a bow tie or tie that could compliment my tuxedo. The owner was kind, polite and very helpful. I look forward to the next time I need a tuxedo. This place has a mew customer in me.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this bridal shop!My wedding day wouldnt have been possible without Ashley!She helped me every single step of the way and made everything so easy and hassle free!I dont even live in TN and she was able to have items delivered to me and she truly went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was exactly how I wanted it to be!Her selection of bridal gowns, accessories, tuxes, bridesmaids dresses, jewelry, etc was just jaw dropping!I would recommend every bride, no matter where you live, to work with Ashley and get your bridal gowns and everything in between at Beauty and the Beast!Thank you again Ashley!!!!

Sweetest couple. Im not from aroimd here amd i forgot my veil. I called and she unlocked the door a few mi items early. They have a great selection of dresses from what I saw. But they also have renal veils and great looking ones you can buy! Found one I liked better than the one I had originally!

Ray help my son with getting ready for a dance he had very nice. Even tho my son was blind didnt find the pant so i call Ashley answer was very helpful then she call back to tell my so where the pants where they where awesome if you need anything for prom,wedding,formal this is the place to go

If you need to be married, fitted, and or advice on weddings, anything about your big day, this is the place to go! They were professional and helpful! Also had the guys looking really good.

With the inviting atmosphere of this store,you are made to feel so special, with the amazing selection of bridal, prom, and formal attire it is an experience that you smile about. They even have someone to officiate a marriage service. By far the best experience in shopping for formal.

Ashley and Ray are seriously the best. We got married in Gatlinburg but are from Texas with groomsmen from all over the country so we didn’t want anyone to travel with suits. They were super accommodating and really knew their stuff. They ordered the perfect color of suits for us from their distributer in Atlanta. We picked up my brother’s suit for him when we got to town, and when he arrived the day before the wedding, the jacket was too small. We panicked a bit about getting a new one on time, but they jumped into action immediately and overnighted a new one. They even delivered it to our venue to make sure it was there on time. Amazing service and the sweetest couple.

Very friendly and beautiful dresses. Makes you feel beautiful and relaxed at picking out a dress with no pressure of buying.

The hours clearly state 10am to 5pm and the place was closed at 10:15. We decided to go somewhere else and then come back, when we actually walked in there was no one at the front desk. We had to walk to the back to get sales persons attention who then told us that we couldnt look at or try on dresses without an appontment, she didnt even ask us if we wanted to make an appointment. I saw no sign on the front door or anything on the website that says you have to have an appointment? Yes we probably should have called ahead but the way she spoke to us and the fact that they werent open 15 minutes after 10? Very unprofessional and not friendly in the least bit.
