They were super friendly, very helpful but not pushy or hovering. I found the perfect dress for an extremely reasonable price. Similar dresses were up to 600 dollars and I only paid 150. Definitely recommend

The lady who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable about my size, styles, trends, bridesmaids dresses to suit different sizes and tux rentals! I was able to find and order my prom dress in less than two weeks with the help of these ladies. Never thought they would have what I was looking for but fell in love with my dress and the ladies! Definitely recommend checking it out!

After seeing a review that was supposedly posted under my name for here, and now that my account is changed, I thought I would actually leave a review of the business and how they are! This bussiness was wonderful to me and my fiancee. Covid19 sadly had us change our wedding multiple times and they worked with us so well. They made sure anything they were involved with was done correctly. We even got some wedding signs there that went perfect with our dream wedding. This was finally able to happen over 6 months from the original day.. I even got my vest and tuxes there for my groomsmen. They looked so nice also.. Cleaned and made just right before we left the store. I have and will continue to recommend this place for weddings for sure.

I have used Thomas Bridal Fashions over the years for all of my sons tux rentals. I recently had an issue with them and (K)? Christy went OVER and BEYOND to rectify the situation in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Highly recommend this establishment! No need to drive to Knoxville--Shop LOCAL!

From the moment we enter the store We were greeted. We found many dresses that she wanted to try on. Carlene and Kathy took great care of us. They were do attentive and made my daughter feel special. She found her prom dream dress. A bonus was it needed no alterations and it was cheaper than some of the other boutiques we had been shopping in. They also told us that they do not buy multiples of dresses so that theyre not duplicated. She said yes to her dress. Went in there for a tux and they have to be the rudest people ever Its like they are mad that you came to spend money. Diana the blonde lady new i was on my lunch break so she intentionally took her time and helped other customers while i waited there an hour amd then was rude when i mentioned i was still in a hurry. Awful definitely would go anywhere else if possible .

The woman was completely rude! When I asked to try on a dress she told me it wouldn’t fit because it was to small. When in fact it would of. Very unprofessional. Never will I shop there or send anyone there to shop.

Beautiful dresses and nice workers. Only problem is that I bought a dress and change my mind after wards, so hoping I could exchange it back they wouldnt let me. Ive had the dress for a week, tags still on it, and still in the package. I dont see the deal? They can inspect every single inch of it, I just dont want the dress anymore. Now Im stuck with a $400 dress...

Needed to pick up a shirt last minute for a father of the bride two hours before the time of the wedding because his was left out of the delivery of tuxes. The lady that helped us was able to provide a shirt, but she was extremely rude about us needing it close to 5pm. She had to mention multiple times that they closed at 5 (even though I arrived at 4:45), and continued to tell me how they like to get out right at closing (I left 5 minutes before closing). Also, she got extremely frustrated that I didnt know the address Of the fatther of the bride (even though I met him Today.) She seemed to think that I was going to steal the shirt because she asked for way more information than is even asked for on their forms because I was paying with a business card. I would not recommend.

I was very proud of myself for loosing 70 pounds this past year. I had worked really hard. Im sorry but 140 is not fat. And even for anyone whos over that like I used to be..no woman should ever be put down by anyone especially a woman who runs a bridal shop . Women enter your shop hoping to feel beautiful. Opinions entering this place right off I was shown to the biggerdresses and anything I looked at she thought was to small. Also repeatedly told that she will not take returns or exchanges. Which only told me that even she isnt very proud of her cheap China made dresses. Ladies love yourself enough not to be reeled in by this money sucking troll of a woman! Were all beautiful and we deserve to feel as such. Threads are hanging off these dresses. Read reviews before entering these places. And to this lady.. your customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. Im so glad I went to Davids bridal instead the customer service alone is worth the money. Terrible place, cheap dresses that cost more than they are worth. If someone cant back up their product, by atleast allowing exchanges then they have no Faith in the product they sell. Please ladies save yourself and shop elsewhere!

So rude. I bought a dress there last year just fine. I come in this year, and you would have thought they we doing me a favor for being there. Had to ask for help, she was to busy putting a dress on a mannequin. Then she tryed to sell me an ill fitted corset dress. I expressed my concerns that my daughter has a disability and will not think to pull it up. Just got it will be fine. Busy day or not I had money inhand ready to buy. We get gowns yearly, I will take my business elsewhere.
