Did some research online about what type of vehicle would be best for my needs. Found a 2017 Chevy City Express at Price Right Auto, just 15 minutes from the house. Tom Pack was our salesman and was very personable and professional in dealing with us. When we went to take a test drive, the battery was dead. Tom had a new battery installed right then. When I went to pick up the van, they had washed it, waxed it and even filled the tank for me. And Tom transferred my plates from the old car to the new van.Saved me a trip to the county courthouse. I would highly recommend Right Price Auto if you are in the market for a good used car and want to be treated to a no pressure and no hassle experience.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at this Dealership. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Tom Pack, the salesman, was so amazing! He did everything he could to get me approved (I was a first time buyer with no credit). I bought a 2014 Subaru BRZ from them. They let me test drive for as long as I wanted and the car had a dent right above the door. Tom had a got it fixed and you can’t even tell there was a dent there. I picked out a jeep and noticed it had an oil leak, they agreed to fix it and had it ready the next day. A week later I found out they had only fixed one of the leaks. After 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls and messages I finally scheduled a day to have it repaired. Over the weekend I found where they had cut an exhaust clamp and didn’t replace it. I’ve called 3-4 times and spoke to Tom and left messages and no response. If you are looking for a place that has poor customer service after they make the sale then this place is for you. Make sure to check out the Facebook reviews as well, I’m not the only one with problems from here.

My 18 year old son came with us on vacation about a month ago. We knew he wanted to look at cars while he was in Tennessee. We found this dealership on google as one of the closest ones and decided to stop. My son wasn’t to very particular on what he wanted other than low miles, kind of fast (as any young man does) 😬 We pulled up and spoke to a gentleman that was on his way inside and he brought out a key for my son looked at. A 2013 Challenger redline. He got to test drive it, with his little brother in the front seat and myself in the backseat. The smile on his face when he took off on the road was priceless!!!! We had discussed with a salesman prior to test driving that he may not be able to get the financing he needed for this car. We didn’t want to waste the salesman’s time or my sons time. We came back and we started the process for a hopeful approval! My 18 year old son was APPROVED to completely by himself get financed on this vehicle!!!! He paid the down payment, I had to spot a little bit of it until we got back home bc he just did not have enough cash with him. But the team here was very honest, supportive and encouraging, also extremely shocked and impressed my son got the loan. From start to finish it took approximately 2 hours and he was able to leave with a beautiful car from a great team of people who were so excited and thrilled he got the car of his dreams!!!!

So, I wanted to wait a few months before I have a full review of the car buying service and the car itself.. I didn’t want to leave a review speaking to soon or something I’d regret later.Let me start by saying, this was probably one of the worst and stressful transactions of me and my boyfriends lives combined. Also PSA, if you live out of state, I really wouldn’t bother with this place because although they advertise that’s it’s stress free buying out of state, it isn’t.When we finally decided to pull the trigger and make our 3 hour one way trip to come see and sign papers for the car, half way into the ride we are called that there is a check engine light.. and they proceed to ask us to stop where we are, wait an hour or so until they call us back. In about an hour we are called and told to come on, their mechanic was able to fix whatever it was (the car should have already thoroughly been check especially if it’s posted for sale already).By the time we make it to TN it’s 30 till close, resulting in us being forced to book an air bnb, call out of work, and stay the night to deal with this in the morning.The next day We take it for a test drive and instantly, more problems. Issues with the steering wheel and massive clicking that was totally not unnoticeable and the thing is the MANAGER is the one who drove the car to us to test it.. so there’s no way it got past her. No worries, we were taking it to another shop to be looked over anyways. Turns out the strut needs to be replaced.With the car coming up with TWO issues, us being forced to miss work, book a place to stay over night and deal with this for two days.. they didn’t want to take any money at all off the top and expected us to pay for whatever the issues were until we pressed and pressed for them to fix the issue before we signed. After all this they are still telling us “well we have other buyers etc”I observed the place the whole time we were there and it’s clear they want people to walk in, blindly sign papers, and ask no questions.Any time we asked further questions about things we really ought to know we never got 100% accurate answers. They were definitely tired of us and it showed.After all of this, I still left TN empty handed, it took them two weeks to repair and ship my car back to me. PLUS they waited an entire month after my temporary tag expired to actually send me my official tag through the mail like they told me they would take care of, resulting in me being pulled over twice.All in all, the car was driving fine at first, and of course little by little more and more things keep popping up wrong with it. I know this is a buy as is place, but they do not go over there cars throughly or appraise them properly. They only care about quick money and it shows. I would never recommend this place to anyone and honestly the person who is in charge, who we dealt with the entire time should no longer hold that position.

I came across right price auto and at first thought it was too good to be true.. low mile cars at below market value price AND a clean car fax and no issues?! No way... YES WAY! I found a 2012 Honda Civic lx coupe with 80,000 miles for the low low. I test drove and inspected the car and I can 100% say these people are more than genuine and honest!!
