My husband and I decided to move to Knoxville from the Virgin Islands and found the car online. My husband called Vincent and we put a small deposit on the car to hold for us until we arrived in Knoxville a few weeks later. Vincent picked us up in the car at our hotel. He was super friendly, did not pressure us, and told us all about the area on the way to the dealership. The night before he picked us up the check engine light came on. He called to let us know that he already had spoken with the mechanic and he would take care of the problem, which turned out to only be a sensor. I can’t express my gratitude enough for making this truck buying experience easy and hassle free. They stayed open late because we drove in from another town and wouldn’t be able to make it back for a few days. After I purchased my vehicle, it would be a week before I could get back with someone to drive it back for me. Rather than making me find someone to help, they offered to bring it to me later that week. I think it may have been the owner that dropped it off, but not before showing my 16 year old new driver where to find the jack and crank. He cared for us like we were his family buying the truck. I bought a car here and highly recommend you go elsewhere. They are way over priced if you look most all of the inventory is 1000 or more above kbb value. The car I bought had issues and need well over 3000 in repairs even though I paid a premium for it. Please dont waste your money with these people. Also I am a over the road truck driver and am only in town once a month and cant even get them to keep an appointment to get my title. Terrible business terrible people.

Love Vince, and them. They are very reasonable with their prices, and always helpful. I was driving a car that was truly terrible and worth nothing basically. They traded that car as part of my down payment to get a good, very reliable car with one previous owner. It was a 2005 Nissan Sentra SE. The only thing I could find wrong with the car, was one visor was broken, the air worked at the feet, but not the dash, and the trim on the windows was fading. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear (with them knowing beforehand that I planned on getting the car, even with the fading trim) that they already had plans to change it. I could go ahead and drive the car, just would have to bring it back so they could do so, and at that time theyd also fix the air. Everything thus far works perfectly and runs smoothly. They had changed both visors to match that day, and also offered a way for me to keep the new tires off my old car, so I could use them for the Nissan. They work with you, and are just all around a great team of fellas. I couldnt be happier. I told them I needed a gas efficient, kid friendly, long lasting vehicle and thats just what they gave me at a price I could afford.

I absolutely hate car shopping. But Vincent made this experience different for my husband and I. Very quick and did not push us into anything. I would recommend Sevierville Auto Brokers to my family and friends, I trust they would be taken care of.

This dealer is VERY misleading. Vince claims he will entertain a reasonable offer. That is an an outright LIE. Vince‘a idea if a reasonable off is a a net discount of $100.00. He also is very defensive and claims to be offended at the very mention of negotiating price. I know for a fact he received a hefty discount on service. How do I know, after reviewing the invoice he provided I called his service provider and was quoted double for the same job at full retail. Shame on this dealer! Taking an aggressive posture and claiming offense when you have been caught in a lie. Vince will not accept reasonable offers and he lies. I have bought from many dealers and negotiated with many dealers and Vince is no different. Prices at Kelly BB and then discounts 400 and ticks on 300 in dealer fees for a net discount of 100.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this company over the past years and referred a lot of business their way. I was recently talking with a friend of mine that I referred to them and he is STILL driving a vehicle he bought here 12 years ago and that vehicle now has 350,000 miles on it and still going strong! That made me think to leave them a review today. If you are looking for a solid vehicle and a friendly atmosphere to deal with LOOK NO FURTHER! Awesome company!

This father and son organization is not what I had expected. There was no salesman/manager hard sell, no phony pleasantries, no talking down to (which is common to us seniors. We called first and upon arrival met with Vince (son). He treated us pleasantly, professionally, knowedgely and with (predumed) honesty. We made a purchase and Vince was very accommodating. If we decide on another used car we will definitely give this company our fist shot with the adorable son.

They buy high mileage vehicles, do minimal repairs then sell them to honest hard working people who will end up having a lemon. The jig is up!!! Buying a car from Sevierville Auto Brokers was a wonderful experience. Several people had recommended that I go there when I was looking for a car, and one day I was driving by so I just stopped in with no expectations of actually buying a car that day. One of the guys (Vincent) came out as soon as I got there and I told him exactly what I was looking for. Within minutes he took me to a car I fell in love with. I test drove it, and then called my husband to come down and test drive it too. Vincent answered every question I had and even offered information I hadnt thought to ask about. You could tell he made it his business to know everything he could about the car, and they keep the Carfax for every car in the car, so no surprises. He stayed an hour past close to give my husband and I time to talk it over. Then he even drove the car home for us so we wouldnt have to come ick it up the next day! It was a wonderful experience and I will never buy from anyone else!

I have bought many cars from, And felt i got a good deal a couple of times, My wife went against me telling her not to pursue on purchasing a 2004 Honda Element. It had 199,000 miles on it and felt the price was way to high for this model because of the book value didnt match the price they wanting for it. Well she put 500.00 down on this Honda she decided she could not afford this expensive Honda was over 8,000 thousand dollars. She ask for a refund of her deposit and was told we dont give refund so she made another payment of 170.00 and could still not afford that so shes out 670.00. So we went to there office to see if we could work something out with a trade of a car I have and they picked it to death. But the car there are trying to sell her was no where perfect for the price they wanted for it I thought it should been alot better. They stole Money from her she works very hard for her money and wont give it back. They ripped her off. DO NOT TRUST THEM PERIOD.........
