Ive had my car at this place twice. The first time they kept it for three weeks and then charged me 450.00 over my warranty deduction. They claimed that there were things the warranty didnt cover and tax being one. I didnt argue I just paid. The second time two weeks later some other stuff broke and I took the vehicle back to them and they kept it 7 weeks. I asked for s loaner and they claimed they didnt have one. Another part broke while in thier care which thankfully them thr warranty covered. This time my bill was 1500.00 over my deduction. The warranty company had sent all nessasary paper work so the dealership said they took the tax off.......making what I owed 750+ over my deduction which coincidentally what actually be what the tax would have been on the whole fix. I asked to go over the itemized billing and miraculously we found 650 dollars of over billing......7 weeks mind you without our car and over billed. On the positive side our car is still running 2 weeks after getting it back but I will be driving an extra hour down the road if it breaks again.
I just want to say that I have looked at many cars on many different lots and this place is hands down the best !!! The service was fantastic David (my salesman) was not pushy and was very professional!!...David and Matt made my first car buying experience very pleasant and stress free!!

Disappointed with this years service.Was challenged regarding my warranty coverage... but was corrected. Write-up man not very personable. But hopefully all will work out when ordered part received & installed.
This crew were just incredible in helping me take care of a very complicated situation that ended up involving electronics, body work and tire replacement, all from what initially looked like a minor problem. 100% recommended!
This place is great. I think it was recently bought by the Rocky Top group in the area. Our brand new Ford transit van was having some overheating issues as we were driving out of town back to Chicago. Andy the General Manager got us into service and Daniel the service advisor took great care of us.We ended up buying a new Lincoln Nautilus from them and also.We highly recommend them.
We have a brand new 2020 F250 and were in the mountains camping. We went to a BP in Gatlinburg to fill up and grabbed the green pump for diesel. After 25 gallons went in the truck we realized green pumps are for diesel every where else but the BP. We immediately parked at the station and had our truck towed to the dealership upon recommendation of Everything Auto that towed us. David, the service manager worked quickly and suggested we call our insurance company thinking they may cover it. In fact they did cover our damages and he had us back on the road the next day! Thanks David for helping us during an extremely stressful time. We love our “Betty” and glad she is back on the road again!!
I drove 3 hrs to buy a truck and they sold it out from under me. I had a time set up and had spoke with them on my way there. All they could say was sorry. Very unprofessional, no care attitudes from Mgr and salesman. Do not waste your time.
Just bought a ‘13 Ford Escape and absolutely in love with it. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Courtney was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I was happy and has just went above and beyond the expectation. Great place to buy a car and I highly recommend them to anyone looking!
Seven hours away from home. Stopped to have the service department check on a leaking tire. They found the problem and repaired the tire. Lee’s than an hour wait on a Saturday morning. Thanks.
