Nice big store well stocked and well staffed. Employees were well trained and eager to assist us with our needs. The prices were right where one would expect for an outlet store. Literally the only downside was that they didnt have the sneakers we went in for. Great store.

We have come here for years but I believe this was our last trip. In years past you could find reasonable prices but just about everything we looked at was marked up and reduced to normal or above normal price.

They put things in the waiting line you stand there looking for something and people are trying to go through to be checked out and getting mad cause you are standing there looking. And if you look like you have money they will help you as you enter the door or if its a hot girl or guy no problem getting help. If you look real close sale items prices have been raised $20-$30 and then marked down. But this my opinion the store is a Joke.

Found a great pair of shoes but when we got home 20 miles away after purchasing them we found they forgot to remove the security tag. Now will have to go back to store to have them to remove it.

Wow, I came out on top this memorial day weekend here! They had some great sales going on and then the additional discount. Thanks Under Armour. Bought my first pair of running g shoes here, looking forward to trying them out.

Service is the best!

I really enjoy this brand, it is my favorite. Although, this place had a little trick, I bought polo shirts, there were a sigh saying 50% of, I trusted that sign and when I paid, the cashier said buy one at regular price and receive another for 50% off... well, I was disappointed... they should be more clear on that sign... for me it is ridiculous! Disappointed with their trick and their policies...

Not much selection at all for womens shoes. Lots more mens. I was a little sad.

Good selection of items. Only wish had a sale on shoes. Staff was pretty decent, one person helped us a couple of times. Wish they had a better selection of sizes, most items were only in a small or medium.

It was a little low on inventory, but that might just be because everyone is struggling keeping inventory up.

Managers dont care about their employees issues and wont hesitate to throw them under the bus; which in turn makes them very unfriendly. Had multiple issues with supervisors and staff. Will never go back to this location.

It was ok everything seems to be on a sale of some sort...

Recently purchased several items for my wife & kids here while visiting from out of town. When we got home (3+ hours away) realized ALL of the clothes still had security tags attached. I’m not sure how we left the store with 10+ items with security tags attached and didn’t set off an alarm when leaving. I’m currently being tossed from customer service agent to customer service agent since we don’t have an Under Armour store near us that can remove the tags. I have provided pictures of the receipt, tags on each item & photos of the items and security tags. Unfortunately the tags are placed through both sides of the pants/leggings so they’re completely useless without being removed. We received decent prices for the brand name, however they’re useless if you don’t make sure the teenager cashier doesn’t remove every tag prior to leaving. The security alarms are apparently for looks and serve no true purpose. When speaking with customer service they sound professional & 110% on top of things with little follow up. I have spent what I consider a small fortune ($150+) and none of the items can be worn. I’m disappointed & if I could, would return them. However that is not an option!

My favorite store in Tanger Outlets!!!

We found some great deals when everything was 50% off! The sales associates were very helpful finding the right size for my husband. It was almost 7:30 pm and they had closed at 7 but werent pushy or trying to run us out . They never even said about what time they closed.

They did not have as big of a variety as I expected nor did they have many good deals

Prices are higher than every store I shop for Under Armour. Dont waist your time.

Always one of my favorite places to shop. Huge selection and usually some good discounts. I like that they offer a military discount. The clothing is very lightweight and breathable. It doesnt hold moisture and stick to you like conventional materials. Perfect for workouts or just being out in the heat of summer.

Fair prices but had hard time finding shoes in the size we needed. Limited supply.

The Under Armour outlet has great sales. They have a lousy emergency plan. There was a shooting at the outlet right next to the store. When they become aware of what was going on a call came and they were told to lock everyone into the store. We were told you are welcome to leave but no one else is allowed in. After about 15 minutes we were told we had to leave the store and that all of the employees would be going into a back room for their safety. Once this plan is reviewed maybe a better plan than sending customers out the front door right where the shooting took place could be put into place.

Great selection of items for everyone in the family. With several departments advertising 40% on items, every time Ive been in there Ive always found a good deal.Never been too crowded and the sales lines have went fairly quickly.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection. they always have some kind of sale going on and the prices are hard to beat. Any time my family travels to pigeon forge (from South Carolina) we always make a point to stop in.

Right when you walked in, there were 4 employees just standing in the middle talking. This past weekend they had a huge sale and it was packed. The line was all the way through the ropes and to the end with only two cashiers. They wouldnt call for help either. Ended up standing in line longer than I was in the Store getting merchandise.

The store was very neat and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sale was as good as advertised. Most of the best deals were only available in small and medium sizes.

Used the Tanger member coupons along with super marked down prices and got fantastic prices on shoes. Cant beat it...William staff person on shoe Dept. Was great.very knowledgeable and kind.Super experience..will be back!!

Prices are good; however, the help was not. When you are a customer in a store, you shouldnt have to go out of your way to get help. If someone is within 10 feet of you, say hello and ask if they need help. Especially if they keep looking at different types of shoes.

Worst experience ever with an online order!! Spent $44 for shorts I never received and made five phone calls to customer service and they still havent sent my order and WILL NOT refund my money!!! Never again will I purchase from this company!! Life long customer no longer!!!

I believe his name is Will. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped my wife and I with our shoe purchase. Ive never met someone who knows this much about everything in their store. We love under armour and he made this store a definite stop Everytime we visit from now on.

Maybe its because it was crowded and the selection was sold already? But the womens selection was bland and basically the same clothes over and over in different colors. The mens selection was over half the store and they had all kinds of styles and designs (like superhero central). Just because Im a woman doesnt mean Im not a nerd. Literally all the womens shirts said I am strong, I am fierce. Get variety.

Weekends are packed but theyre usually well staffed. This is the adult store there is a kids one across the complex. Typical outlet store with decent deals. Clean store and friendly associates.

I have been shopping at this Under Armour for many years. I have always been treat well by the staff and usually find some good deals to fit my budget. Good job guys!

Personable employees, willing to take the extra time, despite being extremely busy with tax-free weekend--staff easily accessible throughout store for questions/assistance, employees take initiative to go to the back to look for the exact size and style of shoe that I was unable to find on the shelf, multiple registers open to accommodate crowd--and did I mention fantastic 40% off entire store sale--great shopping will be my first stop from now on!

While i visited aerie, my fiance went here because he didnt want to be bored to death! He is half fillipino and has a few tattoos on his arms. When i met up with him, he had 4 workers staring and watching him. I am white with no visible tattoos. they greeted me politely when i walked in, they never did him. They asked if they could assist me, they never did him. We were going to buy a few things, but after i seen them following him, i said no way am i spending my money here!! But he insisted on one shirt. I am not sure because of the tattoos or because he is half fillipino, either way what the store did was wrong!!! Will never be back!!

One of our must stops at Tanger. They have GREAT sales. Seems like they never have the air on though, its always hot as heck in here. Not good when youre stuck in the long lines. FYI the sales are definitely worth the wait time at check out!
